Great, helpful staff. We were almost at the end of our 4 month trial with our mattress and were allowed to exchange for a softer mattess with zero hassle. This company has a lot of old school professionalism and customer service that sadly seems to be becoming extinct in todays businesses.

I searched online and compared mattresses from many different companies before calling Terry at Sleep Outfitters. I wanted to research so I was informed prior to shopping in store so I knew what questions to ask. He was kind, professional, and easilyxx do understood my concerns and preferences. After speaking for less than 2-3 minutes he walked me to the perfect mattress on the first try! He then helped me try out several other types of mattresses to make sure I was confident in my selection. He explained the differences between each mattress, explained each charge line-by-line, and confirmed delivery date and preferences. I cannot think of any way this could have been smoother or a person I would trust more to help me than Terry.

After shopping for a mattress in all the surrounding stores, we settled on Sleep Outfitters. The prices were great and the staff was very helpful. They didnt jump and try to sell us the most expensive mattress like the other stores did, and they worked with us to stay within our budget. Absolutely recommend them if you are shopping for a mattress, they are by far the best in the area.
