My husband and I came into the dealership today, I bought 5 shirts & the ladies were all very nice and helpful. Unfortunately my husband did not get the same. There were 4 salespeople there and not 1 of them greeted or even acknowledge him. Very disappointing.

I have purchased 2 bikes from this dealership from 2 different locations and have always had a pleasant experience but this time going for a 3rd purchase it wasnt as good as the past I was told trade value was half due to the mileage than what it was when I checked it was almost 2 times what they said it was worth and I paid them 3 times that much for it and ive only put 1200 miles on it what would mileage have to do with it when I said that about the 1200 miles he said you bought it here I think you have us confused with another dealership well I think maybe I do have my wires crossed and will us a different dealership from here on

Working with the team at H-D of WV was a great experience, very easy to deal with and no pressure sale tactics. Smooth transition from trade in to purchase of the new bike.This is 3 bikes now purchased from them within my group and we all couldn’t be more pleased.

Ive traveled to harley dealers all over the country and never been to one with such unwelcoming staff. The first Ive ever been to that doesnt offer a military discount, not a thank you, not a have a nice day, nothing.

I was very happy with my first purchase here. However, I’m very disappointed with my most recent purchase of a 2008 Rocker with 17xxx miles on it. I was told at purchase the bike had been serviced. After getting it trailered home in March, I discovered the oil was black and had not been changed. Shortly after 2 short local rides, vent line started leaking and voltage regulator went out. I fixed it. Now the oil pressure light is on and I replaced the switch to no fix whatsoever. All this occurred in less than 300 miles.I cannot get any resolve through the dealership so I will have to cut my losses and will not patronize this dealer in the future. Extremely disappointed

Had a great experience. Called down to get a oil filter for my KFX 700 and the didnt have it in stock, or so I thought. I drive down to place the order for said filter and dude already had it for me with 3 quarts of oil. Now thats customer service.

I wouldnt recommend to no one low ball trade ins I found same bike I was gonna trade in but basically stock parts 9000 I have same bike 5000 in upgrades half the miles they offered me 6000 an I was gonna buy another....never from there again

Was disappointed in the sales service. The sales person was rude. They low balled my trade in by 60% compared to 2 other Harley dealers in the area.I have bought 2 bikes off a Harley dealer, directly off the sales floor.Unfortunately just not from this dealer

This has to be the most disappointing Harley Dealer I have been too, was driving through and decided to stop in for some apparel. The whole time we were being watched as if we were going to steal something no one asked us if we needed help or assistance, also the staff wasnt friendly and made it awkward for us as customers.

Broke down on the road. Had bike towed to this dealer. I cannot say enough positive about the experience so far. Everyone there bent over backwards to take care of me. The mechanic on my bike is a 42 year employee, and Super knowledgeable. Wait to see how it turns out

By talking with the parts manager, we were able to find parts Ive been looking for (for over six months) that are not in the regular paper or online catalogs. I want to black out my Fat Boy, but trying to find OEM black handlebars and risers has been almost impossible. I was ready to resort to powder coating stock chrome equipment, but by mentioning that Ive seen stock black handlebars and risers on the 2016 Fat Boy S, he searched his database and found found what I needed.

Wonderful place. Went in looking for some bolts forMy bike they did not have them in stock. But the service department matched them up for me and give them too me. They have my business for life.

May of this year doing the Run For The Wall I did a pre ride inspection on my Harley Davidson before starting from W. Virginia and discovered splits in my rear tire and needed to be replaced.While waiting for the service department to open coffee was brought out to us while we waited.Got the bike in and the tire was changed quickly and I was able to catch up with the formation 3 hours later.Awesome dealership and thank you very much for continuing the legacy of being a Harley Davidson Family.

Sales team very disrespectful. Not willing to help at all with price inquiries over the phone. Called about a 2020 Street Glide CVO wanting to get a rate over the phone. The rep acted like I was speaking a different language when I asked for cash price out the door. Buy your Harley elsewhere. Not getting my business.

Excellent staff

I have been dealing with this dealership for several years. The girls in the motor clothes department are wonderful They are always friendly and helpful So are the guys in parts. always help and if item is not in stock, they will order for you. But the problem with this dealership is there service department. Again today, they did not disappoint, they lived up to the problem of never having my bike ready, even though they were given a week to perform the service. I have had my bikes in there for service and never once have they had it ready when promised. I always have to make a second trip to get my bike. I have missed a trip and today, missed a great day to ride.

We were passing through and our ignition coil went out. The man in parts was very knowledgeable and his customer service was phenomenal! This was by far the best service we’ve had at any Harley!

Great customer service and an amazing selection of toys accessories and clothing. I am not a motorcycle person, but I am amazed at what they have to offer!

The service department fit me in on a Saturday morning for a diagnostic check of my electrical system, Rex took very good care of me and most of all my bike diagnosing my problem... I was a 12 year Cole Harley in Bluefield customer til I couldnt even get a call back after several (8) calls to set up a appointment with not a single call back so Harley Davidson of South Charleston has all my business and my recommendation for any and all needs.... They only service Harleys. They have everything they need to service other motorcycles but will turn you down. I asked if they simply could change out and/or mount on new tires and they said they couldnt and wouldnt because of insurance reasons... I call bullcrap.

This is probably the worst motor vehicle buying experience in my life. They told us we would be able to do things financially based on military status. After we had finished all paperwork and took the bike home and rode it. They told us we didnt qualify and had to give the bike back. The person who called to get the bike back was very rude on the phone. Getting mad at me for not answering my phone. I am a school teacher, I cannot answer during school hours. He was unprofessional and I will not be giving my business to them ever again.

Ill go to Honda for a motorcycle before I every buy anything from this place. Was there for an hr looking at bikes and never once had anyone talk to me. Its not my job to have to chase someone down to get info. Customer service was a joke. This is not the first time either. When I bought my last bike I stopped in here and had the same issue even tried to get help and waited 30+ min and no one every showed up to help. Needless to say I bought a Victory before they went under.

Bought from them years ago. Ive become disappointed in the clothes and accessories dept, no selection just high prices t-shirts with the ugliest art Ive ever seen. Just cause I live in WV doesnt mean I want a coal miner on my shirt.

Very helpful in finding parts for my bike (04 model) and also for my Dads bike being much older (92 model). Very knowledgeable staff.

Staff were very pushy and if they close at 4 they will turn the lights off with customers in the store, very unfriendly feeling for a Harley store.

One of the worst harley Davidson shops around if you want to even call it that they have limited accessories and very few parts in stock and if you dont buy your bike there then they wont even work on it for you and other than 1 or 2 people on the sales floor including parts counter that r rude but the clothing department they r nice and will help you out if you need it
