Im think they or I hope they got rid of the manager from a few years ago. I went recently and got pretty good service. I am going back again this week. Depending on what manager is there will determine if they get full stars.
Extremely rude young man at front desk. Got upset I accidentally mixed my amazon return codes and started slamming my items around on the counter.
Billon dollar company with a residential voicemail message. Who does that in 2020? If you call The UPS Store at this location, you think that youve call someones home. No company greeting, No mentioning of the Company Name and no one answers the phone. I confirmed I had the correct number, this is just how they do business Just Wow
This is my second trip to this store and I could say Ive never sent a package and been out so fast. Two thumbs up to this store.

Horrible customer support experience. No answer when I’ve tried calling the past 3 hours, and I have a 3 day select package that had been in transit for a week now, it is at the UPS store as of 6am, and they are holding onto it until tomorrow. Total bs! If I can’t come to the store and have the right to pick up my own package because it’s 4 days late, I’m not gonna be very happy. I have to go to the actual store because nobody there wants to answer the phone. Very unhappy!!

UPDATE: Chaz Roy, at this UPS store made what he could, right on behalf of UPS. Great customer service and extremely polite! One piece of glass survived the beating it took from prior shipping, so Chaz boxed it up and sent it properly. He deserves a salary increase for his customer service skills, kindness and understanding of this situation. Because of Chazs actions, I will use this store again.*Shipped three boxes out of state. One of the three boxes made it to the destination fine... The other two boxes were torn up and barely delivered, by the time they were received, in a couple pieces of cardboard. One box contained valuable glass.I will choose a different delivery vendor next time. Lesson learned, UPS!!
Really wouldnt recommend this place. If you have an issue you wont get any help. As a matter of fact Jarred was really rude. Three packages shipped from here. One had glass from Blenko that was packed by Blenko. The boxed was supposed to be clearly marked fragile and they knew it was glass. The other two boxes contained air mattresses. Two of three boxes arrived damaged. The glass was returned to the store and Chaz said UPS would come to inspect for possible refund. Jarred, his coworker, told me today that Chaz was clueless and didnt know what he was doing. That no one from UPS is coming and then he proceed to tell me that UPS isnt going to do anything. Jarred then told me that Blenkos staff was really incompetent and didnt know how to package anything correctly. I reminded him that Blenkos didnt pack the air mattress so who did he blame that on? He finally said he would ask UPS to reopen the claim. I asked for proof and he said of what - a phone call? Super sarcastic. He then said he had a bunch of customers waiting that he could really help and he hung up. UPS has also moved their customer service overseas and I was told if the store you shipped from wont help then you are just stuck. Use Fed-Ex. This place is awful.

Had a package that needed shipped first thing this morning. My girlfriend woke up and left for work early just to be at The UPS Store at 7am (the time they are supposed to be open), and nobody is there. Doors locked. She waited 25 minutes and nobody showed up. This is just ridiculous. Somebody should be fired for this crap.
More than one day I’ve called this place numerous times and also left my name and call back number as instructed. They’ve answered the phone zero times and refused to call back at all
I wish I could review the store itself. Unfortunately I have tried 6 times this month to drop off a package and have never been able to park to go inside. This location has terrible parking and is in hard to pull into location.
Worse delivery service ever. Have had several packages delivered my address by UPS but get one idiot driver cant find it???
No help whatsoever. It seemed like they wanted to get me off the phone asap.
