I went in with a hose from my washer and forgot serial number. The guy there was very helpful and friendly. He had ti order the hose and was quick about it. We only have about a day wait.

First of all the prices are ridiculous found the same items for less than $20 as with Coast I spent $57 😠 employee opened up one of the parts and when I returned the products I get charged 15% restocking fee manager was there and saw everything when I purchased the items yet when I returned them she was too chicken to face me 😠 TERRIBLE PLACE!!!

I am always able to get the parts I need to complete a job from these people. Case in point. Today I needed a new motor for my forced air heating system. I checked 2 other places which couldnt get anything until Tuesday. I called Coast and not only were they open but they had a right part in stock. I was able to get it and install it and my wife is happy again to have heat for tonight. Thank you Coast.

Boss Lady sent me away to Johnstone supply after looking at a standard wall heater gas valve I brought in for replacement. For some reason they didnt feel like being helpful in person and I wasted my whole day looking for a part they had in stock all along when I called back later. No model # needed

I need a replacment part for a dryer, I found Coast appliance and it was a half hour drive. I used their website, found my part - which said was in stock but I wanted to call and ensure. I called and they were helpful to confirm the part was in stock but after asking which location they gave me a 10 minute hold ...they can back saying oh yes.. no need for name ok. 1 hour 10 minutes later i waited on line only to find out they dont have it. Seems like a pretty simple procedure but they sure wasted my time and went on line and having it shipped next day for 3 bucks less with next day shipping. sorry I try to always buy local but when local shops waste your time via 3 different employees ..

Has and maintains a large selection of tool, parts and misc for your needs, however specialty items or items which require being ordered online, parts suddenly become missing or in transit. You are required to call everyday to find out if your specific item is in stock now. Customer service was friendly and did their best to cater to my specific needs
