DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! November 2020 we received our Tao DB20. it arrived and we put the motorcycle together. We followed all instructions and also make sure we tightened all of the screws.The third time with our son riding this on level surfaces the rear brake caliper popped off. not only did it pop off it broke off and the brake pads fell out.We contacted the company in November and as of February 9th they still have not sent the part continuing to say its on backorder. If you go to their website they say they have a full inventory of all of their motorcycle parts. They offered us up to $30 to go out and buy the piece our self. The problem is, this does not include the labor to install such parts. So far we have not been able to find the piece and we are still awaiting this company to send one to us. Their warranty which they claim to stand by says we will replace the parts which they did on the broken brake lever that popped off The handlebar cracking in half. since then the motorcycle has become nothing but a rattle trap. Though we regularly tighten screws the chain guard has fallen off the bolt snapped off in the starter and we had to go out and buy our own parts to fix this. The ignition wires are slowly coming out of the ignition. Keep in mind our son rides this on flat dirt he does not go over any jumps or rough surfaces. The screw holding the muffler in place also rattled out and the muffler fell off. Weve had to use zip ties to hold this on.We have continued to try email correspondence to get our rear brake caliper. We actually called and spoke to some lady who was nice enough to hang up on us although we were not being rude we were just asking about the delays.the funny thing is, we actually upgraded the purchase to the better motorcycle. As far as Im concerned this motorcycle is nothing but a piece of junk, with only the finest Chinese components which are absolutely horrible. if you dont believe me read all the reviews but also go on to the better Business bureaus website. They have I believe its 195 complaints against the company.my feelings are they will do everything they can to sell you the motorcycle and once its out of their hands they could not care less about the customer.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is hands down the worst business I have ever bought anything from. I ordered a go kart for my son through their website. Their website says you have to call within 6 hours to cancel order. I called 10 minutes after ordering to cancel but could not get through to anyone. I called and left voicemails 7 more times over the next few days. I emailed the company and sent instant messages through their website. NO RESPONSE. Then 3 days later they finally responded and said my order could not be cancelled because it was already shipped. (They marked the order shipped at 11pm and sent me the email 5 hours later at 4am). Today I received the go kart and was told by the shipping company that I could not open the crate if I was going to refuse delivery. So after they got it off the truck and dropped it in my driveway and drove off, I opened it up....... THE GO KART WAS COVERED IN MUD AND DIRT, BROKEN, RIPPED, AND SCRATCHED FENDERS, BREAK SYSTEM LEAKING BRAKE FLUID, FOOT PADS BROKEN OFF OF FLOOR BOARD, HOLES IN FLOORBOARD WITH RANDOM SCREWS STICKING THROUGH, MISSING BOLTS AND PARTS, ALMOST EVERY PART SCRATCHED AND/OR RUSTY, ENTIRE ENGINE PUSHED SIDEWAYS AND THE SPROCKETS MISS-ALIGNED WITH CHAIN ABOUT TO FALL OFF, ENGINE LEAKING OIL, SHIFT LINKAGE BROKEN, HOLE IN THE AIR FILTER, HOSE FROM THE CRANKCASE BROKEN OFF.... and the bag with bolts and parts in it, opened that up to find whatever plastic cover that is supposed to be attached was broken too! This company is a scam they will NOT fix your issue, they will not refund your money, they do not care.

We had a great experience purchasing a 125 CC for our daughter... Was nervous after hearing some of the bad reviews but our experience has been great... the quality Of the product exceeded our expectations... Assembly was easier than expected and shipping was fast... The overall performance and quality is great, very happy with purchase and will be getting our future ATVs from this company... The woman on the phone also told me not to sign for theproduct until we major everything was in good shape ...so we did this ...came in a steel crate definitely was well packaged...happy to find an affordable vendor wirh good quality products

We received the dirt bike. It was missing several bolts. We had to go find these at a local hard ware store. We called and reported this to customer service and they did send the missing part but it took 2 weeks to get them. Once the bike was up and running our son has really enjoyed it until yesterday. We are constantly tightening the bolts. They work there way loose constantly. We have been putting lock tight on them as we find them loose however a few where missed and worked there way loose on the rear sprocket and engine cover. This caused my son to have an accident. He was wearing the proper gear but the bike will need some repairs.I have called and emailed them with no response to even help me get the replacement parts. Please if you order for a child, check and tighten everything on a daily basis.Update- We are currently waiting on the parts. They were very nice and did not charge for the parts but it took many phone calls to get through. I will post an update if and when parts arrive.The parts arrived and are the wrong parts. Now they will not answer the phone.

I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! I had purchased an atv from this company only to find a huge hole in the cylinder head allowing dirt, water, and debris inside the motor. There response was that some of the motors have holes and some do not.They said the would sell me a new motor without a hole at a discounted price! What a joke! Terrible business practices!

Great prices on bikes, but they will never return calls, or emails. I read this in previous reviews, I should have listened. It may be better to find the bike you want elsewhere, even if it costs a bit more, just to ensure you can get ahold of someone if you have issues. I’m now over my first 30 days which is unfortunate for the issues I was having that I needed their help with. Can not caution enough about considering your purchase

Ordered a kids atv. Xbolt 110cc. Came faster then expected. It was actually in stock just as they claimed. Crate was moderately damaged, but atv was not effected. Assembly was not bad. Although i did not see instructions, most likely they were there. But i was able to put together all the same. Did have quite a few extra bolts and nuts though...the bike runs and rides fine. No issues. The chain was 0retty tight and i did loosen it. Front brakes a re a little hard to pull and dont really grab that good. Overall its great. I can ride it and it hauls butt. Pops wheelies and power slodes. Very fun. The throttle adjustment works good for my younger kid.

Purchased two 125cc pit bikes (DB-T006). One motorcycle had a bent frame! Both had either damaged or missing parts. PowersportsMax sent a couple replacement parts, foot pegs and a tank mount. They did not replace the missing handlebar riser, damaged number plate and bent frame. They offered a $30 refund. Thank god we have a shop, AGK Racing, and can fix things like this. Stripped the bikes completely down and spent several hours building them with proper parts including grade 10.9 hardware, loctite where appropriate and nylon insert lock nuts. Gave 3 stars instead of 1 because the motorcycles are really fun after all the work we did. If you purchase from this company be prepared for products needing a lot of work to be reliable and just know going in, the service isnt anything to brag about. Good luck!!

I would like to complement this company. Ive seen bad reviews it made me scared but my item came today and I had it together in less than a hour. After putting oil and gas in it. It started up no problem. My son had been riding it all day with no issues. Seems well made. However they did forget to send my helmet I purchased and they are sending it now. But for any sceptical people out there listen to me they are well worth it.

Well, so far this transaction has been super smooth. I haven’t had any issues. I’ve had constant pleasant communication with them through email the past few days for small inquiry. I got a scooter from them 8 years ago as a birthday gift and I love it. As any other bike, I had issues here and there, but nothing major and they sent parts I requested rather fast. I just purchased the X-Pro 125cc Vader and I’m sure I’m going to love this as well as my son. Finally big enough to ride! Looking forward to getting the bike. And for all of you complaining about your product being broken on arrival, I just have one question, did you read the Shipping Inspection/Shipment Damage Policy. I did, thoroughly and I printed it out for the delivery date. Well, again, so far 5 stars. I’ll have another review on delivery day, but I don’t have any doubts. Just thought I’d share my experience since there are so many negative reviews that probably could’ve been avoided with some simple reading. Anyways, thanks guys, and stay stellar.

Yes i bought a dirt bike. Yes it was exactly what I ordered. Shipping was fairly fast. But one problem. It struggles to run. Only will idle. Customer service haha dont kid yourself once you pay for it its now your problem. Now ill have to pay to get this thing going. What a joke. Leaking gas now. Hope its not a start to a problem bike. Honestly just spend the extra money and buy from a local dealer with a better brand. Save yourself Honestly. It will pay off to spend the extra money. If there was Customer service. Id say difference. But there isnt.

It is very difficult to contact them I bought an ATV and a tire arrived badly and I cannot communicate with them I sent them an email and they only sent me a video but it does not say anything about the problem I haveThey also agreed to bring the package to my home and that because the company of the quad bike gave him the wrong phone number, they could not deliver it and I had to pick it up desperately this.

Don’t waste your time. Dirt bike came damaged and missing bolts. Customer service is not existent. Can’t get ahold of anyone after purchase. After repairing the damage and buying bolts this bike will cost me another $300. Their “live chat” option is a joke. No one responds. Their email address comes back as invalid. They don’t answer the phone. I’d never buy from this company again. Spent the extra $100 if you have to to get what you need elsewhere

I love how powersportsmax shows over 300 positive reviews under powersportsmax.com yet when I search powersportsmax on Google I get powersportsmax maxxpro. Com LLC with negative reviews how can I put this negative review with all those positive reviews where may actually help someone.I ordered an engine back on February 12th. That order. Sent to the warehouse on the 15th. Powersportsmax hold the product from their website around the 16th. I called on the 17th and 18th to get shipping information and to make certain I had an engine coming which was verified by someone who answered the phone prior to ordering more parts to make this engine run. Days passed and I called back several more times to get tracking information. This morning I get an email telling me theyre sorry for the inconvenience but they will be refunding my card because they do not have any stock. This would have been understandable have they told me that when I called one of the earlier times to make certain I had the engine coming before ordering more parts. This has been the worst online experience and transaction I have had to date. And they are very difficult to get anyone on the line. When you do get someone on the line I think they have a script to read that basically just is boilerplate language without even seeing your order.

Terrible !!! Do not buy from this company. A year warranty, But my bike is less than a year old and not a single thing has been covered by a warranty. The bike has never been wrecked, there isn’t even a scratch on the outside of the bike ridden less than 100 miles. Yet it has been in the shop five times so far in less than a year’s time. Now I’m being told that I need a complete new gearbox. Of course each time I reach out to customer support. They say I will be given a call back, yet after numerous calls and emails, not one single response. DO NOT buy from them

In December 2017 I ordered a 125 Xmotos dirt bike. My experience with the company was good, with the bike arriving on time with all the proper parts. While the quality of the bike is not on par with similar Japanese bikes, it far exceeded my expectations. Ive been pretty hard on it too and still repairs have been few in number, easy, and inexpensive. In short, any quality issues related to use are not the companies fault (only initial condition). You get what you pay for with these Chinese knockoff manufacturers.The main reason Im writing this review, however, is that I was told I would receive some free complimentary/promotional gifts with the bike (gloves, goggles, and grips), which were not shipped. I recently ordered a few parts for my bike without having too much trouble finding the right ones. With my order, I mentioned I had not received those gifts with my bike and asked if they could just send the goggles, since I already have gloves and didnt really need the grips. They obliged and sent not only the goggles, but the other two items also, free of charge, which arrived just a few days later with my parts. Given the vast number of incredibly negative customer reviews, I didt think they would have, but they surprised me by doing the right thing. So far, I havent had a negative experience with PowersportsMax and will continue to buy parts from their sight, but I think a cheap Chinese bike is a one time purchase for me, despite it serving me well so far.Ill end this long review with a word of advice. If you do consider purchasing any kind of motorsport vehicle from this company, DO NOT pay for full assembly, which may lead to damage during shipment. Only light assembly is required otherwise which will save you money and help familiarize you with the vehicle.

See update:The bike came damaged and I knew I would have to switch out some parts as soon as I would get new ones to replace from damage in shipping. I message them and it takes forever to get someone to answer you back. Then I send pics of the damage and they want clearer pics. WTH the fork is bent (not to hard to tell) and so is the left foot peg. Tank was cracked and spewing gas everywhere. I had to weld it for the time being.Update:Almost 2 weeks later of daily emails I finally got my stuff mailed to me. The worst part is that the response time is slow, but did eventually get the stuff to fix it for free.

Do not buy off of these people very I bought an atv off of them paid extra money to have it assembled and evreything fell apart once I rode it nothing was screwed on correctly or right parts were not were they should have been .I contacted them immediately through the phone and was told to email them as they do not take care of things over the phone . I have another almost identical to it so I feel at least versed enough to troubleshoot and fix. Stay away from this company, bought 150cc scooter, came with a bent rear wheel, it is shaking up and down, also the engine does not work on the idle keeps shutting down. Tried to get a hold of someone and it turned out to be IMPOSSIBLE. Tried calling the phone numbers that are available, no one ever answered or called me back. Emailed them the request to replace the rear wheel nobody ever replied!

Purchased 110 Dirt Bike for my 9 yr old NOV 14th. Arrived at my door with lift gate service on the 19th. Assembled in

Bought 2 quads for grandkids, arrived with cracked parts-customer service did Nothing!! After a few months all tires went flat!! We found out that the tires were different sizes causing quad to have alignment issues- called service they responded “tires r not in stock” when we responded “is that IT? Your not responsible for anything??? They have yet to respond. Do not run the risk of dealing with these ppl. Pay a little more but local, trust me!

Really impressed with the experience I had. Bought my nearly 5 year old a X-pro 50cc dirt bike.From order to delivery, 4 days. It came semi disassembled but was super easy to assemble, and finish. Added fuel and it started right up.Everything works, and I’m very impressed with how much you get for the money. It also looks awesome, and I know my son is going to flip when he gets it on his birthday.Thanks again guys ! Keep up the good work!

Purchased an ATV broke the next day after receiving it, I called and nobody ever answered, I emailed and somebody replied, it took 2 weeks to get a response, and they sent out 2 parts so I can fix it myself, one of the parts was not the right one so now I’m waiting for a response for them to send me the right part, this was a gift for my son and now I regret buying from them..... they never return your calls !!!! You just have to keep calling and calling them, they do have caller ID and they can see how many times you’ve called, there’s never a manager to complain to. Very very disappointed!!!!

Powersportsmax.com should not be allowed to sell ATVs! I have a 13 page documented letter with pictures of all the defects my sons ATV had he has only been riding it since September so essentially less than 3 months. They offered to send us money for welding but never did. They sent whatever small parts they had in stock but the overall quality of the bike is a cheap Chinese version it is NOT HONDA nor does it have HONDA parts like they claim. DO NOT BUY from this company. The 50 day guarantee is useless they charge you for the shipping to return and they charge a restocking fee it will cost you another $400+ to send it back you may as well keep it. Most of all I feel really bad for our son he was looking forward to this and he spends more down time then drive time because it breaks with every use. Why is this company still in business!

Representatives are terrible and rude. They have no customer service skills at all. This place is a joke. I originally ordered a dune buggy and a 4 wheeler. The 4 wheeler showed up on a timely manner. When calling to check on dune buggy they said that it wouldn’t ship til end of August. So I switch for one in stock. Now they are saying 2-3 weeks when a few days ago it was 1-2 weeks. They kept suggesting to cancel because they didn’t want to help. Would never recommend.

Horrible customer service! Save yourself the hassle and order from a different company. The shipped me a four wheeler that was all beat up. The front and back fender was cracked in many places. It took them forever to respond to my issues and cannot even provide me with the same color to replace it. They won’t even let me return the helmet to replace it with a matching one.

I ordered 4 wheeler had missing parts and did not come with charger. Said they would reimburse me 20$ and I never received it. Place is bogus

Ordered a G125 go kart that has been an absolute disappointment. The frame has broken in several places. There is a catastrophic failure of suspension or frame or steering almost every use. It also came missing some nuts and bolts. When contacted they did nothing. The kart has been used only slightly as every day the use it it takes me a few weeks to get around to fixing it. Do not do business with this dealer.

I also bought a quad.Went through 2 of them that both had major issues.Im still waiting on a refund check, keep getting told its in process and got hung up on when I wouldnt take their answer. Im going to keep calling every day at this point.First quad arrived damaged and leaking oil with a bent axle. They repair the leak only. Test rode and had smoke coming out major after riding for a bit. Got another quad to exchange. It squeaked all over, smoke came out like the first one and had a bearing noise from the front.Took it back to them. Sent the title it and am still waiting for my refund.This all occurred from December until now, which is mid May.5 months. Go elsewhere. The customer service it horrible and they are overwhelmed with returns and repairs to keep up.UPDATE: Ive finally received my check, nearly 2 months after I dropped the quad off. Phone calls were zero help. I emailed and got a date after many, many attempts.

I purchased a 200 cc street bike runs great fast shipping got it in three days. Has been really slow on the registration part and not very friendly on the phone when calling to ask about it. Other than that I would have given 5 stars. The motorcycle is awesome

Their customer service is a joke and you cant get a hold of them; their number will have you on hold for several minutes and then hang up on you every time. The 4 wheeler I received after waiting almost 2 weeks (no confirmation email was sent to me) was missing parts! Theres a 24/7 phone line youre supposed to be able to call but cant get a hold of anyone, they NEVER respond back to their Live Chat on their website, and I have yet to receive an email from them. This is and expensive, useless purchase that my daughter has now seen and cant even ride because they SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seeing some of the Google reviews of this place I decided I would be cautious and place a small order first to see how things went. I ordered a helmet and a rotor lock. The items arrived quickly, they were well packaged, both items were exactly as advertised and of very good quality.Just placed an order for a 150cc scooter and expect that everything will go the same way. I suspect that the negative reviews are most likely specific store front franchisees who are not living up to the quality of the parent company. Mixed in with established U.S. Scooter/motorcycle sales competition who are just trash talking the company due to their lower prices. At least thats what I suspect and certainly what I hope is the case.On YouTube Ive seen several different reviews of these scooters with owners seeming to sing the praises of these things while dealerships seem to want to upsell people to higher priced items. While it is true that you get what you pay for. Its also a bit ridiculous the amount of hatred thats been thrown about on this topic. I certainly dont expect a rolls royce from these guys, nor do I expect that the product will be unusable with little or no way to resolve issues. Ill see how things go and hope to be happy with the results.

I would not order from this from this place. Customer service is terrible, and you can not get a hold of anyone. I received a 110cc go cart for my daughter and she has only been able to use it for about 3 days out of the month Ive had it. Constantly breaking and no one will return my calls for parts.

Some assembly required, its right on their website yet people complain and give a bad review because it came shipped in a box and not fully assembled. You can go to a local store and pick up these bikes fully assembled but you will pay more. If you cant handle some very minor assembly then dont buy it and then complain about it when its on their website. As for me, the 50cc scooter i bought took like 1 hour to get it unpacked and up and running. The 250cc motorcycle i just received took about 2 hours from unpacking to getting that up and running. Both my orders came packaged very well, secure and undamaged. I expect some minor scratches from them being shipped all over the world. So be realistic people, read the website, understand you will have to do some minor assembly, and you are buying a cheap Chinese bike and you have to deal with what that brings along with it. The first thing i would recommend is going out and spending 60 to 80 bucks on a better battery. But again you are buying a cheap Chinese product so stop complaining about it being a cheap Chinese product, gezzz people just dont buy it if your not willing to understand what that means as an owner. People want everything dirt cheap but then complain when they buy dirt cheap stuff. Its no different with these Chinese bikes, they are cheap but require some TLC, but they will last just as long if you take care of them. I will not hesitate to buy again from Power Sports Max. For the price these bikes are a bargain, 1200 after shipping for a 250cc dual sport bike that i can take to work or go on the trails with, Thanks Power Sports Max

Ordered a 50cc bike it showed up one time but once opened it was cracked scratched all muddy full of oil and wont run. Almost every bit at bolt is missing all the fender stickers. Peeling off. Had to go to parts store to get bolts to assemble. I have been calling since the day I received with no response. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. If I dont. Get a respond Ill be filling a fraud claim.. do not buy from this store.

I had higher expectations given the hype this company gives itself on its website. I ordered an ATV for my nephews birthday and so far pretty disappointed.The ATV overheats and the only solution given to me was to take the engine out and send it back. I find this completely crazy since it is brand new and just taken out of the shipping crate. It hasn’t even gone through the break in and already has problems.Who pays for the labor to take it out and shipping ? So much for a kids birthday present.Even after calling “technical support” no one has a clue about anything related to the operation or specifications of the ATV or running temperature. Superb technical support.Oh, let’s not forget the “free gifts” that were to be included with the ATV...the gloves, goggles and foam grips....never came and when I called to ask why they hadn’t come I was told they would send them out. Doubtful...Save your money and avoid the frustration. Shop elsewhere and don’t be sucked in by the fake, nothing less than five star, reviews they post to their site.

Worst company EVER to deal with! We purchased a Go Cart for my kids for Christmas. Worked about 4 days starter has gone bad and getting to the replace anything is a joke!! And you have to send them 40 pictures of everything!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! If at all possible I would give them 0 stars!

Ordered an ATV from them. Said it was in stock and had gotten an email three mins later saying it was out of stock. Then gave me another option and was also our of stock. Canceled the ordered and two months later still have not received my refund. Also was told there was no manager or accounting to speak with. Stay away from this company

0 stars if I could. Bought two bikes. Had paid for the assembly and when I got the bikes they were basically broken from the start with stripped screws or loose bits. I went through and fixed a majority but ended up trying to get warranty work on several parts that were bad including the handle bar bracket, carburetor, starter, and a few other things Ive now had to replace out of pocket even though the warranty was supposed to cover these parts.They did send me replacements for 2 issues, however, waiting for the new parts to arrive took nearly 2.5 months. I unfortunately had to go for job training during the month of December and didnt get back till after January 5th only to find out they sent me the wrong parts and wont replace or re-send the correct parts per the warranty work.Before I left for training, I called upwards of around 20 times with zero call backs on the parts arrival.Currently stuck with 2 bikes that wont run correctly and one that doesnt even have handle bars because whoever put it together over torqued the screws and broke the assembly. Since I have to pay another company for spare parts, I recommend you avoid this company all together and get your vehicles and parts from someone else.And this was the summary. Avoid this place. They dont need to be in business with their professionalism. It is companies like these that give the Chinese bike scene a bad name. It isnt the bike, it is the business.

The worst experience my family has ever had with this company. I bought my 5 year old boy a 4 wheeler for Christmas. It came in with broken and missing parts. I called this company and emailed them. I finally got to speak to someone who tells me no problem. The parts will be mailed out and you will have them within 5 days. 2 weeks later and still nothing. So I have a little boy who cannot ride his bike and asks about it everyday. I sent numerous emails and the best response I got back was we will look into it. This morning I finally get someone in customer service that spoke over me as I explained my situation then hung up the phone on me. I called customer service back and asked for a supervisor and was hung up on again. Finally I called sales and got a guy named Mike who told me that it would be another 5 days or so. Atleast he didnt hang up on me. I have bought my boys 5 ride on vehicles. This is the first and last time I will ever use this company. Not only do they ship there products with missing parts, but when you call to address your issues the customer service department is rude and they hang up on you. I called trying to be nice even though I was at my snapping point with these people and was still treated terribly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. There are many other companies out there that actually care about there customers and more importantly this 5 year old boy that cannot ride his bike due to there incompetence. STAY AWAY!!!!

The 4 wheeler I received had many issues right out of the box. My Daughter was so disappointed that she couldnt ride it because the product was not in working condition the day i received it

They told me that the warehouse did not have a replacement in stock and could not tell me when they would be able to order one. They offered me a $30 discount and told me to fix it myself. That would not even cover the cost of the paint that was chipped much less the cost of labor to have the bar straightened. It has been 3 weeks and now I cant get in touch with them and thee has been no resolution.

Ive bought 3 atvs and they are all junk. Falling apart and they dont want to do anything for their customers. Definitely dont recommend

So bought a four wheeler 125..paid 800 bucks.. Shipped for more. Had to put it together what was easy and came fast.. But missing bolts.. And a Chinese battery that will not hold a charge.. Step it up American made... Would be better

Bought a go-kart form them and 2 weeks later (paper thin) frame broke in half while my son was riding, THANKS GOD HE DIDN’T GET HURT. After I contacted them and sent a ton of pictures per their request and weeks of email communications (they won’t talk over the phone), they told me that the warehouse did not have a replacement part in stock and they dont even carry frame replacement parts. They offered me a $30 discount and told me to fix it myself. That would not even cover the cost of the paint. Repair would require engine removal to make welding excessible, to pay someone to transport go-cart around town to find welding shop. And they value your time and labor for all day waisted for $30 when they charge you $200 to assemble go-cart and it take about 1 hr. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY OF SCAMMERS.

I would give no stars but not an option. Had product 1 month, used 2 weeks. The accelerator pedal doesnt spring back, chain guard broke, and seat does not adjust. They sent new carb 15 days later did not solve problem and now must wait indefinitely to speak to tech. Poor service and product thus far.

I couldnt have chosen a better place to buy my daughter her first ATV. From the moment i got there everyone was super nice. I had called before walking in and my questions were answered with 100% honesty. I purchased a coolster 110cc for my baby and she is loving it. I had them assemble the unit and everything was great ready to run the moment i picked it up. You can guarantee i will be purchasing for myself in the future. Love your company!

Worst ran company ever. Trying to spend a simple $500 and cant get the order through. They need verify account information with bank online and expect my wife to share her social security number over the phone while Power Sports Max is on the phone! Over $500? Jesus.

THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING AT ALL.I just bought a 50cc moped and it wont start.I called customer service several times and no one pick up, so I call the purchase line and they pick up the first call. I asked the lady to transfer me over to customer service or tech support because I couldnt get a hold of them, and she answer me with an attitude saying how can I help you so I told her what happened to my moped and all she said was go to the website and scroll down to the troubleshooting Page on the bottom and figure it out yourself or just go on YouTube and look it up.What kind of answer is that?FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF OR GO ON YOUTUBE AND LOOK IT UP.

I was just about to order 2 125cc atvs from this place and after reading these reviews im honestly afraid to and will not now. Thats a real shame that they ignor customers and hang up on them and not honor warranty or damaged on arrival products. Of course their cheap products and im fine with that because i think the prices are fair. But the deal breaker for me was seeing how many people received damaged products and this company would bot help them in any way or us being liable to pay another $200 to ship back. That i do NOT agree with. I wish i would of looked at the reviews before i had my kids pick out the ones they want but oh well Ill just keep looking. Ordered a TaoTao 110cc Dirt Bike for son for Christmas. Received it and didnt run. Called the company several times in attempt to tell them it doesnt work. They didnt answer the phones. So, had to use their online email portal to communicate almost every instance. Horrible customer service and they do not stand behind their products!!!!The dirt bike was never in working condition - it did not run…EVER!!!! They even sent me 3 (yes, 3!!!!) different carburetors and blamed faulty carburetor each time but replacement never resolved the issue.Still, the company charged me and will not refund me or let me return the dirt bike. STAY AWAY from anything Powersportsmax.com or Maxpro-llc.com related!!!!! This review would have been 0 stars if that rating was allowed.

DONT SHOP HERE. The website stated I had ordered the right part for my specific scooter, when it came it DID NOT fit. Their website does state that IF returning any purchased items that the customer would be responsible for the cost, HOWEVER, if I ordered the right part specifically for my scooter and it DOESNT FIT, thats now my problem? When calling to get an explanation I asked for the supervisor. Once she came on the phone I asked is this a supervisor? She replied Sure. Oh so you dont know? So I explained the situation and she was fixated on her phrasing of maam it says it on the website that the customer is responsible for shipping and returns. As I tried once again to state your item was supposed to fit my scooters make an model she cut me off and said have a good day maam and hung up on me. This company clearly doesnt care about customer service. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else and read that companys reviews before hand. This place has a 1 star review for a reason. You folks leaving bad reviews need to be more realistic. If you think you are going to get a $3000 unit for $700 you are not in the real world. These Quads are GREAT for the money. If you are not mechanically inclined you should not buy a cheaper unit and pay for the assembly. These are very affordable and great quality for the money. If you dont want to deal with a few missing parts then pay for the assembly. This company sent me EVERYTHING that was missing or broken. I found them very honorable and reasonable. If you want a $3000 unit, then pay for it. Dont expect it for $700.

Ive bought 2 scooters from another online retailer in the past (first experience was great, second was terrible), but that retailer recently raised their prices so in the course of looking for other options I stumbled onto powersportsmax.com.Ordered it last Saturday and it was delivered yesterday (Im pretty sure they only ship on weekdays, making this turn-around even more impressive). While I was unpacking the scooter from its crate I got an email that my MCO and bill of sale had just been mailed. Pending its arrival next week, this will cap what has easily been my best experience from any online dealer. Regular automated emails letting me know my order status and Im getting my paperwork without jumping through hoops. This is the way its meant to be!Disclaimer: Please understand what youre purchasing and the nature of the business relationship youre entering. First, these are not Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Vespa, Kymco, or Can-Am machines. Second, this is not your neighborhood, next-door mechanic. Read the last two sentences again. If you dont know the significance of these two facts, then buy these machines from a local dealer who can easily provide warranty service or cough up the money for a name brand machine. The last time a human laid eyes on these machines what when they were being boxed in China--no internet retailer is looking at these before you get them. Buying from this site saves you a boat-load of money over an assembled, name-brand machine for a reason. This is my third Chinese scooter and each one has had a few issues. No big deal, I totally expected that, and Im a good mechanic. Guess how many times Ive called the retailer demanding they fix stuff. Exactly zero. I cant imagine trying to facilitate a fix-it conversation over email or phone, especially since there are so many resources (forums, videos) on the ol interwebs. So much easier and cheaper to buy the parts on Amazon and do the work myself. If youve never worked on small engines before, be open to learning--or else just spend what it takes to get a machine that wont require you to get your hands dirty.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS. I ordered two 125 cc atvs on my first order a year ago. They came slightly damaged but I repaired with no real cost. These are foreign made cheap atvs so you get what you pay for. I had to replace a clutch, carburetor, and both batteries in first six months. I bought all parts on amazon or eBay because getting anyone on the phone to help you with this company is hard to do. This year I bought a 200cc ATV for my older son. I figured for the price, I would be ok even if I had to do the same with the other two. When I received the 200cc ATV it was damaged (broken toe rod) and there were no foot rests/pegs included. The ATV could not be operated safely. It has been almost a month fighting with this company to get the parts. Today I finally received the parts and it’s the wrong parts. They did not included the supports to put under the foot rests. They have quite possibly the rudest staff I have ever had to deal with in parts and service. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for a well known brand and stay away from this company.

Weve been on the phone with these people for over an hour. The brakes broke as soon as my daughter got on it. She was able to use the back brakes but about 5 minutes later this loud ticking noise started coming from the engine. I have to keep the throttle turned so far down because if my daughter presses the gas it flips. Im guessing thats because of the poor design. The people we contact on the phone are in America but say their head quarters are in china and they dont talk to anyone over there. At this point my wife has been on the phone for over 2 hours and just keeps getting transferred from person to person and having to repeat the issues. They want her to pay $200 to have it shipped back to them for a refund when we paid $200 to have it shipped to us and the ATV only cost $300. Theyve offered to send replacement parts but were not mechanics so that would do us no good. Were contacting our lawyer to get this resolved since it is apparently a death trap and not safe for anyone to ride. Its all just a scam and I encourage everyone to shop for their ATVs, dirt bikes, etc. anywhere else but here.

Ordered a hoverboard from here for my son, didnt work upon arrival, multiple calls, multiple emails and the refuse to take care of the issues, very rude and short when you do talk to them or they hang up on you.. l would not reccomend to purchase anything from here !!!

Bought a boom Vader from them and had a broken motor mount and the tail pipe busted at the weld within 2 weeks I contacted them to get andit fixed they said Im sorry, can we ask you kindly weld it yourself? I told them I have no welder and asked them to send me a replacement as the warranty is supposed to cover, they stated they have none in stock and said they can only give a $30 refund toward my financing in the bike I asked if I can get the return toward my debit card they stated they cannot do that. I am waiting on a reply back I really want to go to the office and speak to someone because theres almost no way to get ahold of anyone. When I call in it rings once and goes to dead air. GOOD LUCK to anyone who buys through them....

We purchased the first X-Pro atv Tao Tao125cc we have owned it for 4 years and it starts every time, again some minor maintenance new battery, plug ..for the money its been great . I just ordered 3 dirt bikes for the family and I cant wait to receive them . I will let you know how they did on that delivery!

Purchased two items from this company! My ATV came in Damaged. I filed a claim with the LTL company and notified the company directly of the issue. They mention they would take care of the problem. I sent pictures and videos of the problem and they will not fix the issue and refund for the product. The product came in on a damaged pallet. They want me to re send the item back to them but the LTL will not pick up a product on a damaged pallet. This company expects me to go purchase a pallet and purchase straps and cardboard to re secured the damage product and ship it back to them. When you call in to speak to customer service you get the same person with multiple different names. The sad part even the employee mention thats what the management tells us to do. Im all about doing international sales but definitely keep away from this Chinese company. Dont just take my word for it, check out the BBB.

$900+ ATV was purchased as a Christmas gift for my son. It was DEAD ON ARRIVAL. I contacted the company and submitted a ticket. I was sent a generic link to a troubleshooting page that had zero helpful information. Now i am stuck with a sad 11 year old and a 300lb paperweight. Stay away unless you like throwing money away!!.

What a disappointment! Bought a four seat go kart for my grandchildren for Christmas. It ran for six times. When the poorly made front assembly broke I tried for months to purchase a replacement part from them. It only has a 90 day warranty and I see why. Since we bought it in December and didnt start using it until April, it was out of warranty before we used it. Its been almost three months and they are unable to get a replacement part. The product is made so that local parts cant be used, which would be tolerable if they would sell replacement parts. I have begged them, sent them pictures again and again, named the part on multiple times and each time Im told to wait. Im guessing that they have to get parts from China. Dont buy from Power Sports Max. Poorly made and worse service

I do not recommend this place. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I purchased an electric dirt bike in May 2018 and the motor went bad by the beginning of August, with very little use from my son. I have been trying to get the problem fixed since it is still under warranty for 3 weeks now. I finally got in touch with someone and they said they would send me an email with instructions on mailing the motor back to get repaired. Really?! Three weeks later and they tell me this? I could have sent it 3 weeks ago! To make matters worse, i have yet to see that email... I am tired of the run around and my son has been unable to ride the bike. Go somewhere else, avoid this company.

Nice 125cc four wheeler. No complaints there. Terrible customer service. Ours was delivered on Good Friday and they apparently were closed then and for the weekend. It was delivered with NONE of the bolts necessary to put it together, nor did it have the free goggles and hand grips. I emailed the complaint to three different departments. Went to the hardware store to buy the bolts and spent $30 and only did so because it was a gift for my son and his birthday party was on Saturday. (Imagine if you will, surprising your child with a 4 wheeler, but then telling him he cant ride it because some incompetent person didnt bother to check to make sure everything was in the shipping crate!) Over the weekend, got an email asking me to circle what is missing. I have no idea what that meant, there wasnt an attachment, so I responded with the, EVERY BOLT NECESSARY TO PUT IT TOGETHER!! And free goggles and hand grips!! Mondays email from them... well process your order ASAP. Wednesdays email... Heres the list of things were sending, its been shipped and heres the tracking number. STILL NO GOGGLES!!!! So I call, get put in auto-hold and then told that theyre experiencing a large call volume and to call back later. Thats all I heard Monday too. So, to put it mildly, order from them at your own risk. We wont be a returning customer solely on this problem. We didnt even get an apology! If we didnt get the bolts from the hardware store, we would still have it sitting in a shipping crate from 3/25 (today is 3/31)!!!!! They will not rush anything and they will not go above and beyond even though theyre at fault here.

I ordered a Tao 140cc pit bike over all good strong pit bike starts up with one kick they did forgot to send me a bolt for the suspension and registration but got in contact with them and within a few days they sent out the registration and a new replacement part for my bike over all happy customer!

Figured the two four wheelers would be low quality and only last a year or 2. I am pretty mechanically knowledgeable and said hey, I can fix em if they brake. Not to mention they say for 16 and up I thought for sure they would have no problem carrying my 7 and 9 year old around the circle drive.As soon as I received them in the bent and smashed metal crate I started putting them together. One had all parts and the other was missing a few and looked as if it had been put together and drove around before it came to my house.Within the first month the hubs on the axle of both four wheelers broke because they weren’t welded all the way around the mounts... got new ones coming under warrenty and welded the old ones to use until the bearings went out. Did get parts after a few weeks.Reminder you have a 3 month warrenty on certain parts.Seemed to be doing alright until (month four mind you) chain brakes on one and both FRAMES have broken under motor area.I contact them via e-mail letting them know that I got a couple lemons and to see if there was anything they could do.They did say sorry and offer me 30 voucher to have the frames welded locally. 😂😂The main issue is the CHEAP CHINESE STEALNever again sir never again

Horrible experience! If I could rate with zero stars I would! My son received a hoverboard for Christmas. After only a few uses it quit working. It took multiple phone calls (several of which were disconnected on their end) to attempt to trouble shoot over the phone with no success. We were instructed to return the item at our cost even though the item was well under warranty! We spent $105 to return it to find out they had nothing comparable to replace it with. The person who bought the hoverboard was refunded the money and we are still out $105. I will NEVER do business with this company. I wish the person who placed the purchase would have read the reviews first. I assume he would have avoided as well.

Someone needs to start a lawsuit against these scam artists asap. Bought a dirt bike from them. When it came all the screws and bolts were loose. No instructions or maintenance manual. Doesnt even tell you how much oil I needs. Too much brake fluid on the lines so the brakes were always squeezing. Now 3 months later ilthw engine bogs out when I give it gas. Now I need to take it back to them to get worked on. Tried to post a review on their site but they screen everything and post the fake good reviews. Thanks for nothing. I dont know how they are still in business. Huge scam.

RUN!!! This company is HORRIBLE!!! I purchased a go kart for my sons birthday in December. It arrived with tears all in the seat and in the roll bars, it was missing bolts, the lights didnt work, and the steering would only turn one direction. I tried contacting them several times and they either wouldnt answer or would answer and then hang up on me after being on hold for 45 minutes. Then they wouldnt warranty anything and said it was user error. How can something be user error if weve never used it? Ive continued calling and sending emails and they finally got back to me and said it had been 3 months of us enjoying it and they wouldnt warranty anything. Unbelievable. Theyve now said that if I want a refund, I have to dismantle the go kart, find a box to fit it in, make a crate to put it in, and then pay $250-$300 to ship it back to them, then they will take out a restocking fee and maybe refund some of it. They are THE WORST and need to be shut down immediately!! They are fraudulent -- RUN RUN RUN!!

Really disappointed with their service. I think they are lethargic or not sure because I send them money order and they received on Monday and after a week still my order status is processing the payment. When I open them in google and saw rating I get the reason what is going on. Hope I dont have to suffer like others like missing part or any problem. Just purchasing for 2 months and half of the month they just wasted with processing and ordering. First time forgot to see the review before purchasing anyway lets see.
