I’m writing this review because I got sent the wrong color boots, even thou on the receipt and everything else clearly stats BLACK! not sanded Brown! These boots were for a special occasion reason explaining review. Plus just read their return policy now I even have to pay to shipp these MFer back. Even payed extra for shipping.
The owner is very professional. I came here as a first time buyer who barley speaks any Spanish and he helped me right away. I was skeptical of the prices so I asked to google them and he did not mind at all. When I did the prices matched and even some of his prices were better than online. He was very nice and knows his quality boots.I will definitely come back here more often because of the service i received. Fast and efficient.
Well worth the wait... it took 4 1/2 months, but they are comfortable im 13 w but ordered 14w square toe and they are perfect!I recommend...Jkay S.E.M.

This place is tough to find and the Google map directions are frustrating but its because it really is not visible from the street. I would love to keep this place to myself but then theyd probably close down. Ive always loved boots and just on a whim (due to RD2) I really felt like wearing them again. I did my research and tried to find a pair that would be good to wear for a whole work day. I found a great pair at boot barn but I also wanted a black pair of square toed ranch style boots. The prices at boot barn were a bit too high. I went to broken horn and couldnt find help. I came here because it was close and I am so stoked to give it a 5 star review. The place was small and there were 6 other customers but the guy behind the counter took time with all of us. No pressure! I told him about my foot issues and he recommended a couple. Very patient and the best part it was cheaper than boot barn AND broken horn for the very same boot. I saved about $40. They have charro, vaquero and cowboy wear from boots to pants, shirts, hats, spurs and ties. Traditional and modern, this shop is a gift and I want to give them a huge thanks!

What a great find. We needed to find a pair of cowboy boots and lo and behold instead of having to drive all the way into Los Angeles or the San Fernando Valley, here in the San Gabriel Valley we have a great cowboy store with hats and gorgeous boots in South El Monte. They also sell online. Boots price anywhere from $150 all the way up to $1, 000. Who knew that eel and squid and ostrich and snakes and alligators and a myriad of other animals could be made into cowboy boots. The young lady that helped us pick out a pair of boots was a fantastic help and actually quite entertaining. They also had some beautiful womens boots that were classically styled. We will be going back to this store.

I never even stepped foot in to this store but I had a question regarding a shirt and they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to find the shirt that I needed. In the end we couldnt find the color shirt I was looking for but they responded to all my messages in a timely fashion and were very courteous. They went out of their way to try and find what I needed and I greatly appreciated all the help I got. Great customer service.
Awesome online store!! I placed an order for some cuadra boots and cuadra belt this morning around 6:30 am and got a call around 2 PM to let me know that the size belt I ordered wasn’t in my size but they assured me they can custom fit the same style belt in a different size to my size. Just went there, place was empty and getting service was like pulling teeth. Skipped several locations to go here and was disappointed. Went with the intention of buying boots and I walked out as soon as I could. Drove further to boot barn in san dimas to get what i was looking for.

Great place! a while back I was looking for some cowgirl boots online and I came across this website, normally I prefer buying my shoes at the store because I want to be able to try them on before hand but this was the only place I could find the boots I wanted. As I was browsing the site I decided to call and the guy actually informed there was a store in el monte, it is a little further than I normally drive but I decided the boots were worth it. im so glad I went in! the store had more options I didnt see online, I was able to get my boots and a cute little pair for my kid.
