This company was horrible to work with. The worst service I have ever received in my life. And awful quality. We spent several thousands for new cabinets. Half had defects and when I went in person to get some replace the rep Leon was too busy with his lunch to help me. Half of the cabinets were damaged or split. They tried to blame the installer (we used the installer they recommended). Please please please go elsewhere to buy your cabinets. You will regret buying anything from this company.

I am a contractor for over twenty years, and we have worked with many cabinets suppliers in Los Angles. We finally settle on Exquisite Cabinets since their quality and price are the best and they will take care the customers like their own family. Highly recommended, nowhere else.

We dont agree with those negative comments, most of them are untrue. We have been struggling with the bids from other construction company, and this company was referred to us by our follow company for our 120 units apartment building. The rep is very professional, starting from the measurement, design, cabinets delivery, and installation. They finished our 120 units with high standard and ahead of time. We are very happy with their service and they solved our headache with other companies.

There should be negative stars for this business! Totally waste of your time! Never record correctly on what the design was! Go check out the yelp reviews!The truthful are those negative comments!Never has any business can survive in the end with this type of response!

They not profesional

WARNING WARNING this company helped our contractor make false invoices in order to rob us for money! We have a letter from their ow. Employee JENNY SOLIS admitting that she in fact typed an invoice to help our contractor to milk us for thousands of dollars! We will post the letter as soon as all agencies and police reports are complete and we get our money back! This company is a complete farce, dishonest, and disloyal to ALL customers and willing to do anything for a penny!!!

The sales person was a great person, however the technicians didnt speak english and they did a poor job in cleaning up after themselves.We were not told that we will have to deal with the plumbing or electrical in the beginning. The cut the counter tile on the drive way leaving the entire new drive way that was sealed a week ago completely damaged and didnt even bother to clean it up.I would not recommend this company .

Poor customer service,

Very unprofessional, zero customer service and they don’t fix the issues that they mess up and customer service reps are liers. They don’t stand behind there work or try to make it right with the customer !! Stay away from this business. If there were zero stars I would give them below zero!!!

This company is very bad companyThey don’t have stock and the service is very slow. I only have to wait two or three hours when I go here and I really do not want to go there again.

Really bad customer service they dont care if you are standing there for 20 minutes they just pass by you dont ask how they can help you and when they do they just say come back in minutes we are in lunch
