The folks at the durfee AT&T store were very helpful and knowledgeable, Maria, Gilbert and Kenny were very helpful on assisting my mother Gloria and myself on our AT&T bill as well as adding a hot spot plan on our account. They went far and beyond our expectations. The service Fernando provided us with was amazing. He was very detailed and explained our current plan, current offers & phone features. It was about a 30 minute visit. I was able to get my new iPhone 12 Pro Max - in stock no wait - and phone case for it.We took him up on the current offer to trade in for a generous credit & will be returning later today to upgrade my son’s phone as well. Roxanna is Excellent! She is very friendly and patient. My parents are Spanish speakers and she was able to give them accurate information while making them feel comfortable in their language. We didnt feel pressured to buy anything and she was straight forward with all the extra fees and taxes. I will definitely keep coming to her for future purchases.

I had a pleasant experience at this location. Mayra was very helpful and went beyond in helping me choose the right plan and phone for me. She also showed me different phone cases, screen protectors, and charging units that would best suit me. I had trouble transferring everything over from my android to and iPhone. I came into the store and she helped me transfer everything within minutes and answered all my questions. I wish more locations had people like her. Came in to replace a phone that I had for years and received great help from Maria from choosing a new phone and down to transferring all my saved data.

I was recently at this branch store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Daisy. She was absolutely AMAZING and was able to assist me with all of my needs! Went to pay my bill and waited outside because only one person was on the floor helping a customer. The worker had to use the phone to get another worker to come out from the back to help me. The person came outside to help me when theres were only 1 customer being help inside. I informed the person I wanted to pay my bill. Keeping me outside she insisted that I couldnt pay my bill with cash. I told her I only had cash and that I didnt want to get charged a late fee. She said I could have paid it sooner. I told her I just got paid. She told me to go to another store. When I said by law cash is an accepted form of payment she finally decided to take my account number which I had to read to her because we were standing outside. She then demanded that I have the correct amount because I wouldnt be getting any change back. I gave her my payment and said to credit my account with whatever change I was due. She took my payment went inside leaving me outside to wait for my receipt. Ive made cash payments to this location many times before and have never had to stay outside during the whole transaction when there was only one customer inside. Ive also never posted a review before but Im tired of the customer service that has been happening these past few years in most of these monopolize industries.

February 1st, 2021 Dear Neighborhood, Sales Rep: Ms. Martines is well advised. Why would this person come at&t store switching processes from cricket wireless?I lost my pin ejection for retrieving SIM. There is an asian store manager in middle age used my pin ejection for retrieving SIM as well.

I went into the store and was instantly greeted by Mayra. She was very enthusiastic and extremely helpful. Definitely coming back to this location!

Always had a good experience coming here up until recently. This guy was wayyyyyyy to aggressive and pushy to get us to add two lines when I only wanted to do an upgrade and He advised to get a new number and cancel my phone number instead... why would I do that? I’ve had this number 20 years and all my clients have this number. Exactly why I left Verizon over shady reps like this. Worst part about it was he was so overly eager to sell sell sell but when it came to anything related customer serivice he turned me away and became rude . Might need to switch again Don’t remember his name but he had curly hair.
