Night parking is there on the street if u come before 9pm, near the park their is space of parking and rest over the streetBut if we talk about reciever, they dont have doors, a bobtail guy will take ur trailer from u and return it back in 3 hour mostBut u have to wait for him to come and take ur trailer even after ur aptU can go early and try but depend up on availability, they might take u inModerate experienceCheckin at 8amCheck out at 12 30pmApt was at 9amThanx

My company had a delivery here. We had an appointment. Someone screwed it up and we ended up sitting here for more than 2 days. This place doesn’t care about businesses servicing them. 0 regard for other people’s time or money. I highly recommend skipping this place as much as you can. The worst in a very long time.

Arrived at 9:15 for a 10am appt. Checked in and parked down by the park. 12:45, yard jockey came and got my trailer. Done at 1:30. Guess it deserves 5 stars since all I had to do was wait in the street. Cant complain about not having to dock.

Owner is a joke be prepared to loose your next load.you will wait.big guy that took my paper was a real good guy.bring lunch and dinner

Hi drivers never come here to unload, I was kept for 35 hours. Receiving office👎🏿 (Thomas not responsible) no parking no Restroom

They told me to go sit down by the park & sometime would come get my trailer. They got my trailer fairly quickly. Then 3 cop cars showed up. Hassling the RV people at the park. I was waiting for the cops to come tell me I couldnt park there. Since there are signs stating no parking of large vehicles more then 30 min for Un/Loading. But the cops never came to hassle me. The Drum Co needs better parking.

Awful Customer service. Very unprofessional. My company will never do business with Ted Levins company ever again. Checked in at 5 a.m. appt. Didnt get released until 2:07 p.m.

I was here for delivery. They take by appt. I rather not come here again. 2 hrs to unload a truck . No place park truck overnight
