Good afternoon, If you are looking to do business with these people I would suggest you go somewhere else. They are claiming they do not speak english, people at their wearhouse claim they dont understand english either. I called Sunny on here phone number directly and all she kept saying was OKAY OKAY. I know she understood me because she was communicating with someone in the background. Also when I called her location they did the same. Claimed they didnt understand me but they communicated with what I was saying in the background. It seems like they do not care about their business. They rather have a collections agency go after them than pay.UpdateI finally got in contact with the owner Oingwen Han (Kevin) and he wasnt very helpful. If he knew how the freight industry works he would know companies should not be held accountable for internal mistakes. He wants us to pay for his internal mistake his shipper. So anyone who is looking to do business with them I would suggest to stay away also if they quote you I would say to not pay any additional charges. Reason being the owner believes they should not be charged anything extra if they were not quoted for. So if they bill you more than what they stated I suggest you do the same. Its as to see a company not really care about their business.P.S- If they are unresponsive I suggest you just write a review, since this is the only way to get a hold of them. They will ignore you at both contact numbers.
