Their product is great and their customer service almost awesome. They were a touch hard to get a hold of so I did drop it a star. But when I did talk to them, they were phenomenal about resolving the issue. No qualms about recommending them.

Weve had a CIS Ink setup on our Brother printer for 4 or 5 years now and it works great! We havent had to deal with buying cartridges or running out of ink since then. Highly recommend them!

They sell a variety of products in their warehouse . Pretty surprised they dont only sell toners and ink products here. I was able to get some LED lights for my fish aquarium . Awesome !

Very disappointed. just bought some heat transfer paper from you guys and honestly Im speechless on how cheap the material has gotten. The transfers cant be peeled from the paper, wasted about 6 transfers and they all ripped while trying to peel them from the paper. Very cheap....

Cartridges didnt fit my printer. These guys were great on letting me return the item for a refund. Great service

Terrible customer service. Bought a continuous ink system on Amazon and am seriously regretting it. The chips seem to need replacing and trying to get to that stage required 3 e-mails. I had to send yet another one to be told that I had to buy the chips on their website but no link provided to it!!! How can I buy a Continuous ink supply system for more money than it costs to buy refilled cartridges for the chips to only last a few months then have to keep sending messages just to be told, without a link, that I have to buy the chips on their website! Come on now, CIS inks need to do better. This is my first and last purchase from them. I will go back to buying either Brother or refilled cartridges. Never have I ever had to communicate with a seller so many times on Amazon before!

Saved a lot of money for T-shirt presses and am able to maximize my printing capacity other than using OEM inks . Thanks guys
