Large selection of comfortable slip resistant work shoes

I love shoe carnival, which is why we drove about half an hour to get to this one. They have a much better selection of kids shoes. Unfortunately, their sales have become a little goofy. Although a boot BOGO was all over the front of the store (I was looking for winter boots for the kids), upon entering I was told it was only the center aisle of boots. This wouldve been great if I was fine with my six year old wearing high heeled boots all winter, but that just sounds silly to me in general. Anyway, the staff was really friendly and we found something for everyone.

Theres always a shoe sale here regardless of what youre looking for.

Xavier, Emilia, and Janya all went above and beyond to help me get what I needed even as the end of the night and closing time neared. These employees made it happen and I am grateful for them.

Ive gone to this location for shoes back to school for years and myself Im not. The staff is very hopeful the store is very clean and they are out for the consumer they have no problem helping you find a better deal with their website and coupons and they keep things on the up-and-up so I recommend going there its hard enough sometimes when youre going back to school shopping for your children they made my experience much more pleasurable thank you

The deals at Shoe Carnival are good I hated that they were constantly doing advertising blasts over the PA system the whole time. My daughter is like going there because they can spin the wheel after we buy shoes. And, it is nice that they do carry kids shoes. For a little tip you dont have to pay for the horse just press the coin return button a few times and it will start going.

Not much of a selection and prices not that good. Unless you take advantage of their buy one, get one 50% off. The struggle I find with that is finding another pair of shoes from the limited selection. Note: as a man I am referring to their mens selection. Women and kids selections may be better.

Such a huge selection of shoes and I finally found a pair of comfortable gym shoes. The price was right and they offer coupons on their site.

With a name like shoe carnival you would expect games, rides, and the opportunity to win a large stuffed animal. Instead this store sells shoes. The prices are reasonable and they tend to have a BOGO deal almost anytime I visit.

Does this place know that there are people that have size 13 and above. The dress shoes that are available in 13 are so badly designed that anyone with that shoe size will be hard pressed to get their foot into a shoe....

Didnt have my kids size shoe and had them ordered, ok no big, the store employee was as dumb as a box of rocks tried to spell circle 4 times, part of my address, before his manager had to come help him. also had a hard time finding near by stores that jad my daughters size

Ask for help at the store and they told me to read the box of the shoes. I think they need to training the employees about customer service .

They dont have my real size. Eventually I had to buy little bigger than what I wear.

Manager is very unprofessional and will talk about you loud enough for you to hear from across the room while you shop in the store.

People were curteous in finding what we were looking for, but the signs for the shoes were confusing as the signs for the isles were by manufacturers and not styles like most stores
