I have visited this gas stations multiple times and the service and prices and great. They have some flaws though, such as the road in the parking lot has pot hole and the lines on the parking spots are never proper. But other than that a great gas station.

I had my card get stuck at the pump and you never want that to happen. Before I can come in the attendant came to my aid, I didnt have to ask for it and I really appreciated that. She saw that I was in a jam and she didnt hesitate to help me.

Bad customer service and potholes everywhere avoid this gas station at all costs

Definitely need to take a closer look at staff... bragging about weed in your purse, sex your having, pulling your clothes up to show your sunburn. Not cool for customer experience. I swear they hire a bunch of drunks and drug addicts. No customer service when help is needed. And some staff is just plain rude!

Everyone that works here is super friendly, the gas prices are great and you can gamble your heart out on the machines. BIG PLUS, they kick out the jams inside and out over the PA system. Props!!

This gas station had music playing as I was filling up and it was rap music with heavy swearing. Couldnt believe how loud and bad it was. I went inside and it was playing in there aswell. The manager said its privately owned and they can do what that want and was unbelievably rude and didnt see a problem with the music. I had purchased a car wash with gas payment. When I went through it didnt wash the front or the back completely. So not wanting to go in again but upset cause I just paid $8 for a car wash and didnt get it cleaned I talked to manager again and tried telling him and wanted to show him the car he just said get out of my store. So I advise you DONT get a car wash and shame on you PS Market for hiring that manager. The number he gave me was just for that gas station.

I normally have a good experience here because the prices are competitive and it is a clean station with friendly service. Unfortunately, it only takes one bad experience to turn one from using a service any longer. I still have hope that this issue will be corrected and I can re-rate them. I buy a carwash with my fill-up nearly every time I shop here, and I either get the carwash at that time or save it for later. Often, I let the carwash code expire either because the timing is bad for me, or their carwash is closed. It seems like its closed a lot when I want to use it. Either because they dont want it used while its too cold (other carwashes stay open in temperatures below theirs), or its closed after 8pm when I get off work (other carwashes stay open even at midnight), or its just broken. Well, even with an expired code, they have always been happy to give me a new code lasting another 30 days if I request one. Its never been a problem until last night when I went in to get a carwash, found the carwash closed due to being after 8pm. I asked for a new code since mine had expired. My request was denied. They said that if I had asked for a new code a few days after it expired, then it would have been no problem, but 15 days was just too long. I asked what difference it makes, and they said their owner (or manager) would give them trouble if they gave me a new code. I asked for a refund and that was denied also. I told them that they basically stole my money; I had paid for a carwash and they could neither provide the wash or a refund. I still cant figure out why they can renew my expired carwash for 30 days, if I come in only a few days after it expired, but when it becomes 15 days late, it suddenly becomes vile trash that cannot be touched or rejuvenated! Plus, when you purchase a carwash, there is nowhere on the machine that informs you that it expires. You only notice that when it prints out on the receipt. I really hope they correct this because its a good station. Just a lousy policy.
