SvS vision was such a wonderful experience. The entire staff was very help and informative. Dr. Bon is wonderful at his job! He is very professional, informative and thorough with his exam. The moment I walked in the ladies at the front desk were extremely generous. They engaged with every patient who entered the facility. Pam was so awesome! She was very patient with me finding the right pair of glasses. We had to go through at least 25 pairs until she finally helped me find the most flattering pair. She was so helpful and took her time sanitizing every pair I tried on! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience I have received in a very long time. They are very appreciated!

I needed an appointment right away, and called everywhere but the only date available was a month out. I only had 1 contact lens and no backups. I talked to Maria, and she was so kind. She said she would call me to let me know if they had a cancellation.A couple of hours later and she called me back saying they could fit me in that day!Omg, I was so grateful. The staff, Rodell, Pam, and especially Maria where so wonderful. Outstanding customer service and the doctor gave me a really thorough exam and an excellent prescription. Id had lots of trouble trying to get a prescription that didnt make me have to use readers, and finally I got one! If you want to have a thoroughly enjoyable customer service experience this is the place to go!!

I had no idea this place was practically right in my backyard. I walked in to a warm greeting and was immediately offered a cup of coffee--you dont get that everywhere!The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and Dr. Rais is excellent. Im glad to have found them!

I wasnt expecting the Excellent service! Attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I went with my mother and I became and customer myself! Decent selection of frames purchased a fabulous pair of RayBans. I will be going back to them for sevices, when needed. I actually had a good time there. The manager was outstandingly personable, the staff works really well together I would highly recommend them!! 10 Stars.

I had a wonderful experience @ SVS Vision. The staff was so friendly.The associate that took care of me was great! She took the time to work with me to get that glasses I wanted @ a price that I could afford. Also, the doctor who did my eye exam was very thorough & kind.

My two kids and I had our eye exams at SVS and our experience was very good. The doctor was thorough and explained each procedure to us as he did them. He answered all of our questions and made certain we had all the information we needed before the visit was complete. He made some helpful suggestions, as well.The staff that fitted us for glasses was great, as well. They were very helpful in guiding us toward frames that fit well and looked great. They were also very patient, even though we tried on about a million pairs!Overall, my family had a great experience at SVS and will definitely return for our future vision needs. I highly recommend them.

My experience at SVS Vision Center exceeded all of my expectations. The entire staff was exceptional, Stephanie spent a lot of time with me helping me choose 2 pair of glasses. She listened to what I wanted and knew exactly what to recommend to me, super easy and relaxed experience. The doctor (sorry, I can’t remember his name) was warm, professional and very thorough, this was the best eye exam I have ever had. I cannot recommend SVS highly enough.

The staff was great. The doctor saw me before my appointment time even started and was quick and professional. The staff was very patient and helped me figure out my insurance to make sure I got a good deal (and that my glasses looked good).

The Eye Doctor was very quick but stil made sure I had the proper lenses. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My mother recommended this place and I would recommend it to others as well. Very great service all together.

Both the optician and the front of house staff were very pleasant, helpful and patient. I would definitely recommend this as a very good and convenient place to get your eyes tested and to get glasses.

The BEST eye appointment I’ve had in 20 years - both Dr. Rais and staff!!! The attention I received from Dr. Rais was unparalleled; the staff was helpful and kind! I’m extremely grateful and would recommend this location to EVERYONE!!!!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous, and Dr. Rais was nice and made me feel comfortable. He made me feel as though he had been my doctor for years, when it was in fact my first time of seeing him.
