Its a very popular place on a hot day. Had the Charlie drink and it was pretty tasty. I didnt enjoy having to wait in the driveway for so long but hey everyone had the same idea. The workers seen rather organized and it wasnt that bad and experienced everyone was polite and thorough. One problem though they didnt have the frozen iced tea drinks which were on the menu so that was a bit of an issue but they had a pretty big menu and a lot of other selections.

The wife and I love this place! We go into the app and feed our cravings!

I asked for a vanilla strawberry sundae with no nuts and no whipped cream I received a chocolate sundae with chocolate ice cream and whipped cream.

If I could give this place 1/2 a star I would. Professionalism? None whatsoever. I was the next car in line and I seen one of the SEYBA Coaches getting the kids ice cream. Apparently it was spilling and they asked for them to clean it up, before it entered their Vehicle. A napkin was placed around it… That was good enough for the customer. No worries right? Wrong!! Once the Coach pulled off, the Cashier yell’s “Yeah That B@$&H Got Her $h/!”, Loud enough for me the coach and the lobby to hear. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life! Coach and I both enjoy treating the kids to a job well done! But, at this point I felt unsafe. Coach stopped the car and started to retaliate, But how could she? She was trying to set an example for our adolescence. I pray for the young lady with the butterfly tattoo on her neck . Baskin Robins 👎 on their Employees. Horrible!!!

The drive thru always seems so packed but the wait wasnt too long from the time the order was placed to prepared, about 5 minutes. Friendly service.

I was on the west side of Cleveland and went to two other locations over there, which offered terrible service, then came here. The 30 minute drive was met my expectations!!

The ice cream was good, but I had asked for white coconut donuts and received toasted donuts instead. Plus, they didnt seem fresh at all. Things seem to be going down at this location from when I started 5 yrs ago.

Went in to pick up an order and it took 5 min to even talk to me by that time someone already left. The counter was a mess and the line of cars was outrageous... I hope they get better but Idk.

I love the morning staff led by Darlene. They are usually prompt and always have a smile on their faces.

Worker refused to answer the speaker ... then when we pulled up to the window she walked away and never came back .... horrible service at night

Baskin-Robbins has completely gone down in their quality and their service. The ice cream had ice chips in it and not just a little bit a whole lot I couldnt enjoy my ice cream which taste was completely diminished over the years as they have gone commercial and the quality of their ice cream is suffering. I also ordered a warm brownie sundae and to my dismay the brownie was neither warm nor tasty. It was about as dry as the Sahara Desert! Had there not been such a long line I would have returned these items. And theyre maraschino cherries taste like medicine. Completely awful a waste of time and money.

If you orde a cake over the phone your order will be wrong and that is if they even put the order in. I order a cake over the phone an the rep did not even put the order in. The other couple times it was wrong. I now only come in and pick out the cake and have them put the writing on the cake or order from another company. The donuts are a hit or miss. If you get a glazed donut you better hope it has glaze. Check your drink before you pull out if the drive thru

Horrible asked 2 med coffees, no sugar. Got sugar. Turned around went in. Coffee tasted bottom of the barrel. Never going there again.

Tonight it was crowded; full of cars; but they were moving them out quickly. Its was apparent they were not listening for how you wanted your ice cream just what type. I repeated my order and it was all the way wrong. The only thing right were the flavors. SMH, maybe this was their first rush of the year. I will give them another try some time later this summer.

2nd time I have visited this location and drive thru extremely slow service with 1 car ahead of me. I placed my order at the speaker but when I got to the window I had to repeat it, this also happened on my 1st visit. Again, the wait was extremely long.

I work third shift so besides gas stations, this BR is one of the only places open when I get off work. I went to the drive thru, 3/29 at approx 12:15 am. I ordered a milk shake and the cashier says “I’m not making any milkshakes right now”. I asked her why. Her response was “I’m just not making milkshakes”.

Visited last night and it was such a disappointing experience. Staff was rude and short with us when we asked them to tell us what our options for the 31 below were since the sign was dark. Then I ordered a 31 below with cookie dough and it was all cookie dough, barely any ice cream, I probably could have baked a dozen cookies from the amount of cookie dough that was in there. It wasnt edible. And my husbands milkshake was almost $7. Way overpriced, rude staff, subpar ice cream. Wont be going back.

This is the great experience icecream parlor donut shop. Six flavors in one cup. The service is great. The customers are treated with kindness and quick service. Its a wonderful experience. Everyone should make it an intentional treat.

First n last time coming to baskin robbins cashier was not helpful for valentines day. I wanted a strawberry cheesecake ice cream n he sed yes we carry it but u can only have whats out like for real? Im not a huge sweet person so instead of suggestin somethin else he was gon let me leave lookin at me like he rushig so he culd talk to his friend i sed can i get ice cream but wats it called n the cup he sed meanly milkshake then i sed ok. Instead of fixing it he chatting eith his friend n sed i make it n a min. I sed im n a hurry plz n he sed ugh n still went about his businness so rude

Came by early Thursday morning and ordered 2 iced coffees and some food. only received only one coffee, when. I finally got someone to answer the next morning I was told that the manager would call me back. I do not live near here and will not be back in the area until next Tuesday night. not at a convenient way to make up for their mistake.

Going to Baskin Robbins on the 31st of the month for their specially priced single scoop deal is worth it! Polite and helpful servers and a clean facility make it a pleasure.

This place needs a complete overhaul! The staff is rude and inconsiderate, its hard to get a decent cup of coffee if certain people are not there. Dont waste the time. I actually found an old receipt and contacted corporate.
