We had a broken window on one of the panes of our french door. It was the original glass which was thicker than typical glass. Supreme brought out a couple different gauges of glass to ensure our door was back to its original state. Friendly, fast, cleaned up the site. Would recommend.

Professional and Incredible service! Our front window shattered. Within a half hour of our call, they were at our home working on replacing it. They cleaned up the mess of glass that had shattered everywhere and put in a safe and aesthetically pleasing temporary replacement while they ordered the new window.

They came out on time, took accurate measurements. A week later Mike installed the window. It looks great. I would highly recommend them.

Great contractors. Their replacement windows were literally 3/5 the cost of the big window guys, for the same product. Their installation team did a great job. Theyve also done screens and storm windows/doors for me in the past, never had an issue. The owner is smart and responsive. Good company.

Was very flexible and accommodating about coming out for estimate and helping us pick best options for our budget and (old) house. We decided to go with replacement of 4 windows. Took about 5-6 weeks to get installation appointment scheduled following deposit, but once the appointment was made, the team came out on on the scheduled day on time and got all the work done in one day. Perfect.

Supreme windows is great. Especially the technician Mike who did the work. I had a storm window and a leaded glass panel broke in my living room at my 1930’s built Shaker Heights home. I was unsure who I could find to fix leaded glass. Mike came onsite he was extremely polite and more importantly very skilled. He fixed the single lead glass panel within an hour or less. Supreme is a great find for any old house homeowners. They have the skill to take care of any window on site and the pricing is very reasonable. I would use them again and highly recommend the company.

Let me first start off by saying that we are satisfied with our window replacement as well as the people who came to install it. The reason for this low rating is for many other reasons. When we first had a guy out to give us an estimate, he said that the glass could be replaced within 3 weeks. We were quoted at around 300 dollars, and we had to pay 150 dollars up front. Instead, it took 6 week for the glass to come in and when they came to install it, the window had a crack in it. This made us have to wait another week to come back and change out the new broken window. Once the glass was installed and everything was good, the installer said that we owed 315 dollars. I told him that we prepaid 150 so it should only be 165 and he left and said he would get back to us. After about another month, they finally call us asking again for 315 dollars. They had no record of us paying the 150 ahead of time. In our opinion, we should have been given a discount if anything for the time it took to get this fixed.Overall very disappointed and couldnt recommend this to anyone. Although the glass was a decent price, their neglect to track payments makes me very uneasy. The only thing that I can say nice is the delivery/install workers were very nice and professional.

Very awesome service. Can count on Marc to do the job first class with care. Always doing more then you expected. Does it all. Also gladly handles all the little jobs. I took very old broken storm windows in there after calling all over Cleveland hearing we cant do those anymore. But Supreme window says, NO PROBLEM! Only window shop in the whole Cleveland metropolitan area you need to go to.

I had a 5 star experience with Supreme Window and Glass. They were helpful in the show room. Not pushy, but professional. No pressure upselling, but genuine smart suggestions as to the window-buying process---that I certainly have never experienced before. Installation was spectacular. Had I not known that I had my windows replaced, I would not have known there had just been construction going on at my home. Plants outside were in great shape after the installation. No visible sign inside, that Id just had two huge picture windows replaced. Terrific to work with. Always got a call back.

An old saying in gambling goes, Money talks, and bullsh*t walks. We just bought our second storm door (front door this time) from Supreme. Once again, the installer took his time, worked with precision, and the door is of excellent quality. I highly recommend them. You wont have the door particularly soon after you order it - it takes them a while to take the measurements and then to have the door made - but the wait is well worth it.

Supreme Window did an awesome job fixing and replacing a broken window in my home. I called them on Wednesday and they were able to come out on Thursday to repair the window. I love the prompt service.They are extremely professional and know exactly what they are talking about. They got my broken window out and the new window put in, all within 45 minutes. Prior to contacting Supreme Window, when I got quotes from big-box window companies, those companies told me a 6-8 week wait and crazy high prices. Bought a very nice storm door, but what set this place apart was the the installation. The door we replaced had been bought and installed by a big box home store (4 letters, starts with L, rhymes with flow), and, as I recall, the installer had it done in about an hour. It turned out pretty shoddy. Supremes installer was working for 2.5 hrs., checking and rechecking every detail of his work. The difference in the quality of the installation is obvious and much appreciated.

I needed a piece of glass cut in a pinch. I was trying to replace some trims for those squared 1950 recessed lighting fixtures. Couldnt find them anywhere, they just dont make them anymore. So I decided to see if someone could match the glass with the remaining lights and do it now. It was the last thing on my list to finish this job for a very good customer of mine.I called and they were very professional and told me to bring it in and theyll see what they could do for me.I was in and out in less then 15mins and it was a very good price for the service I received.Go to place from now on

Supreme Window & Glass did a great job on the four windows they installed in my home. One thing I learned is that once you place your order, they do not want you making changes (I thought my windows would look better without grids in them). Just something to keep in mind.
