Walgreens has always been my go to for medication and toiletries but this evening was different. Melissa their new pharmacist assisted me in detail with my new medication. Melissa was kind, compassionate and informative !! I truly appreciated her advice ( which was the same as doctors to gargle after inhaler ) and customer service !! 10 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very disappointed with customer service. The young clerk didn’t put the receipt paper in right. So it would take 10 minutes to get a copy. After having surgery two days prior I could not wait because I was in pain. I was at deer park earlier and online the item I was looking for was is stock. It wasn’t and I had to go to Farmingdale.

I was there 3 minutes after closing and my medication was ready for pick up when peter was dealing with a customer. When it was my turn he told me he is closing..i was there to pick up me medication the only one in line. i think this was very unprofessional and im going to make a complaint to the highest level..he didnt know how badly i needed my medication..i guess he had to be somewhere because he was out the door before i was

Convenient, people went out of their way to help, to get us something that was not on the shelf. Pharmacist worker came out to show us where something was. Walgreens brand meds work as well as or better than brand name meds.

What a terrible selection of birthday cards. Nothing for Mom just very generic. And they have no eggs. What is that about?

I love this Walgreens. Pharmacy have saved me numerous times and there’s always someone asking if you need any help.

I can always count on the intern to go out of her way to help me manage my moms medication and insurance issues. The pharmacists tend to seem unconcerned but the intern I always deal with goes above and beyond for even other people ahead of me on line. Shes the reason I use this specific location.

Does anyone actually work at this Walgreens?

I sat on hold for over 40 minutes 4 times only for someone to hang up on me before saying hello. Will NEVER use this pharmacy again until the management is fired and replaced by competent human beings.
