Horrible customer service and their was 6 workers and none looking to help. Very bad experience and really would avoid location.

Make sure to check your receipt when purchasing here. Theyll send you to the wrong store when purchasing a item they themselves dont have in stock. And then say theres nothing can do about the error. Now I have to drive extra 6 miles to get my item all because of their mistake.

Staff is very very friendly and helpful, once again i solved my car issues buying the correct part after staff walked me through. And like always... when oil changing you car... please use new drain bolts and always a rubberized gasket for easy dismantling for feature DIY oil change.

Had an amazing experience at this location. Stopped by last night and it was almost closing time. Gustavo took the time to check out my car and went into detail about the problem. I had to drive all the way to Pomona and he made my trip a priority by helping me get the right tools and under a budget! The store Manager by the name of Gabriel needs to be fired asap. He is sold me a Ford part and I specifically asked for chevy. I called to see why and he got offended or something because he was speaking extremely rude and was getting loud due to his error. I showed up to the store and he was all scared and nervous. I demanded my refund and he gave my money back fast. These guys are weird.

Wanted to shout out Juan R. from the South Gate location down on Imperial St. Came in today for a batter change, wasnt sure if we still had warranty on it. Juan went out his way to try and find our info even after several attempts. He was very attentive and friendly and very patient during our wait time. He even joked around with us, had a good laugh. Very good place to grab a few things and go, or even for some advice. Guys are pretty cool and nice about questions you may have. A little pricey, but good items sold here.

The staff is always helpful! I try to take my Daughters with me, whenever I can, so they can know what to expect and what to do when they get to have their own car and issues arise.

Called these guys to ask, very politely, if they did pre-purchase inspections. Hung up on me before I even finished speaking. Perhaps they find kindness and eloquence repugnant. Great for business!

The manager was a real jerk. He would not honor the life time warranty on the product they sold me a year ago, they had told me it had lifetime warranty when I bougjt it. I had to go back home and bring back the receipt to prove to him that he was wrong. He wasnt even apologetic, even though I proved him wrong.

Shout out to Gustavo the assistant manager at the South Gate location. He helped me with my passenger side mirror. He was friendly funny and very patient. I just bought my first car and didnt even know anything about anything and he gave me suggestions on what to purchase and offered to assist me. He went above and beyond which not alot of ppl do that anymore. Will be back soon if in in the area just because the customer service was A1.

Walking to an auto parts store is quite intimidating as a woman but thankfully Teresa helped me with what I needed! She was so nice and patient, that made me feel very comfortable; forsure coming back next time!!!!

Only go here if you want to be lied to by sneaky sales people.There is a young guy who lies and says that your part is not available and then tries to say the more expensive one is all they have. Come to find out 2hrs later of wasted time when I returned a part that I did not need they had the cheaper one all along... Shame on the manager too. I would avoid this store

Crazy how you get warranty to be able to replace your “no good” parts and these people refuse to give you what you rightfully paid for, i sent my husband to exchange our battery and the so called manager tells him he cant change it only charge it i went back to the store, got my battery and went home when i got to my house i connected my battery to my car and to no surprise ITS STILL DEAD now i gotta go back to auto zone for the third time to “see what they can do for me”. not the first time ive had issues with this store,corporate needs to hire new staff!!

Good place to buy parts

Always clean, and people are always there to help. Its annoying how they assist you on one cash register then they drag you to the far end to checkout.

I will never go to this stort again. I just went to return an item I bought at this location and waste 45 minutes with no costumers in the stort and the two guys who were working there were playing around and by the end they send me to return my item to another stort wores experience.

My first time here and needed a radiator cap. Good place and busy since it is on the main drag
