I went to take the covid 19 vaccine and instead had to deal with a very rude and intense pharmacist who apparently doesn’t know how to treat the people that go there. After she spoke rudely to me and my daughter I decided not to get the vaccine there. I was not offered a choice nor did she care if I had one. Please give this job to a person who respects people in general. Don’t go there she is not nice at all!

The closest Rite Aid to home but the worst customer service, I walked into this location searching for the sake in drinks. I walked the area but did not see an add, I saw a lady standing by the registers I figured she could help me. I ask “excuse me where are your sodas located at the ones on sale?” She turned around pulled her glasses down and looked at me, said and pointed “that way in the back somewhere” instead of greeting me and politely guide or direct me to locate the item I wanted. No! Very unprofessional.I saw her standing there so busy on her phone that i almost thought to myself that she might have probably been on her break, I asked the cashier if they could please call a manager on duty and well that rude woman happened to be the manager on duty, Rosa. So disappointed. Thank you Rite Aid.

The place is nearby my home and is quite helpful. Gone there many times for items we needed like fulfilling prescriptions, getting bandages, etc. Pretty good ice cream too, we always get a couple of tubs of their Thrifty brand. It even has more items compared to the other Rite Aid next to my clinic. Not sure whats up with the reviews with the pharmacy, the wait time is about the same as CVS and Walgreens in my experience 🤷‍♀️
