Had multiple fittings for a custom made dress. The dress was not completed by the promise date, thus unfinished and tacky when picked up. Vendor refused to fix the obvious issues, and remained unprofessional by not returning calls to address the situation. Do not spend your money at this establishment. They are not reputable and does not care about the customer or quality of work. I will never use this incapable vendor again or recommend them to others. They should not advertise as a bridal palace, but rather a bridal disaster.
