I went there to put a system in a 2021 rav4 prime. I bought a kicker component system, kicker 6.5 rear door speakers, and a 5 channel amp. They installed my own jl audio sub woofer. After initial installation, the sound was good but not great. Alex helped me by recommending I instal an lc7 output converter. Once installed the sound went to a different level. Great service, great product knowledge. I will continue to come here for other car performance needs.

Good people, great prices and quality work

Spend 10 minutes of my day listening to the staff trying to convince a youngster to spend $1,200 on a sound system, providing payment plans and the youngster was indecisive, staff kept giving options while I stand there unattended with money in my pocket and knowing exactly what I want. As I walked out the door he didnt even ask if I needed anything. Went to Andys Auto Alarm down the street and got what I needed, in and out in 5 minutes.

AVOID this place! Do not do businesswith them. They started off very friendly. Joe was very helpful then turned Very rude after we demanded them to fix our issue. We purchased a in-dash stereo and after installation, the alarm does work and the volume doesnt work properly with the steering wheel. They guarantee their installation and parts but obviously that is not True since they will not fix their errors.. Taken the vehicle several times to get it fixed and nothing. They are just making me go and leave my vehicle for no reason.

Friendly but bad service, I called to request a quote on a mirror dash cam installation. The guy that answered the phone quoted me $100 for the work. when I got to the shop $100 that I was quoted has now doubled to $200. I waited for 3 hours to get the work done just to have the work done incorrectly. Very disappointed called about having the work re- done correctly . I will never go to this shop again . Dont pee on my leg and tell me that its raining when I question the quality of the work thats been done.

Well i read the reviews i was not felling it but there always a story on the other side i went for some wheels an lift for my Chevy Silverado 2016 i have went to other shops first before going there. I was greeted by salesman an i ask for what i was looking for right of the bat these guys new what i want and there price was amazing and on point just a bit less then the other competitors around them so after picking out what i wanted they said it take about two days for work to be done an they finished it on time like they promise an work was excellent cant ask for amazing job. an like i stayed in beginning theres always two side of the story i will give them 5stars an recommend my family an friends too thank guys

I went to this shop a week ago for some wheels an music for my BMW i was surprise by my salesmen greeting me as i walk in i been to several shops an its not like this place. Ive had my Stereo System installed here before..They Did a So So Job..But my Speakers kept cutting off at high Volume.I went to a Different place..Only to be told they Connected the Speakers wrong..And I ended up throwing away a Pre-Amp thinking it was the Problem.I tried going back to get it but the Dumpster already got Emptyed out.One of my Amplifier blew out.I ended up having to buy a New one.

Terrible customer Service I called asked the gentleman who answered the phone so they install speakers for Motorcycle he said Yes however when I asked where the would be installed On the bike he responded “ Are you installing them or are we”That was very rude all I wanted to know is where in the bike this would be installed. He claims to be the owner I guess he needs to hire someone to answer the phone that can do a better customer service Job.

The service here was unlike any other stereo shop I have ever seen. these guys want to appreciate all the questions you have weather they are detailed or not. I was a bit surprised when I saw the show room filled with customers and they still got me scheduled in to get my amp and stereo installed. These guys are awesome I will def return for my rear view camera! I literally went next door to Petes burger to eat while they did it all and the time worked out perfect

Great quick service

These guys are scam artist and are extremely rude. Don’t do business with them unless you put your negotiation with them on paper and have them sign. They changed their prices on me numerous times and lied about it. They ended up robbing me of at least $300. I’d say take your business elsewhere and get your money’s worth.

I walk in the store the first thing I like that I was greeted by Joe then he ask if theres anything I can do for you just ask. so I told him Im in the market for some wheels I know what I wanted so I gave him the make of the wheels an tires.so he said give me a second I get you the best price for the items. So he came back what a price I told him your sure he said yes an but I would have to order them he said take about a day to get them he gave me his word so I came back to store get them install quick and friendly service I will recommend this place… to everyone

Really bad service and tried to scam me.I came in to have a after market radio that worked fine in another vehicle. They installed it. 2 minutes into installation, My after market radio doesnt work. They upsell me to buy one of theirs. 2 days later their radio system stops working.Loud static starts coming out of the speakers.I come in again and they turn me away telling me they are too busy.I come in a fourth time and they tell me the speakers are now blown and will cost 250 to replace.At this point 1 problem is possible, 2 is less likely and 3 times, no way. I went to another shop and it was just wiring crossed on purpose. Do not reccomend.Never again.

STAY AWAY! Wish I had read The YELP & GOOGLE reviews earlier. Purchased and had my fender flares put on my jeep by these guys. As everyone says…friendly at first, then when you run into a problem…they just give that “Sorry...your problem, not mine...and by the way I already have your money and don’t give a $h!t about you anymore” attitude. They left the adhesive buffer pad on when installed, but it was all F’d up and they had to take them off and remove it. The flares unevenly spaced and the bolts keep coming loose as they are stripped out. When we went back they said there is nothing they can do! Went to two other places and spent $100 dollars only to be told they won’t touch it due all the fasteners being stripped. ( We told MOE this). Went back again today and spoke with MOE, one of the owners. They tightened the one bolt that was really loose and again told us there is nothing they can do. We said it is YOUR workmanship that is the cause. Said they have done hundreds of Jeeps with no issues. Then turned it around saying that it is OUR fault for having the adhesive buffer removed, and to bring it back to the other place since they cannot fix it! “Thank you and good-bye” were his last words. I really don’t know how they stay in business with all the 1-star reviews. Needless to say, we are complaining to the credit card company and leaving this review on every review site we can, and reporting to BBB. Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS! Look at all the other reviews!

Had a great experience with this place . I was there on tuesday getting a stereo and some new speakers for my car, they were very professional, answer all my questions and concerns and got everything set up they did a very clean set up in my car . I would definitely be coming back and be recommending this place to all my friends and anyone else who is in the market to upgrade there sound system .

Lucky for me i read some of the reviews in Yelp and google. I went here a couple of months ago to get an estimate seems like a nice guy working there and gave a me a real nice quote but one thing i did notice is that his shop had no customers nor they are working on any cars. So base on the reviews ill be taking my business elsewhere. THanks for all the reviews!

I was looking to buy a remote for a audiocontrol epicenter and luckily they had it. The guy that was helping me was really cool and seemed very knowledgeable. They Sold it to me for the same price as sold online elsewhere. When I installed it, it didnt work. My epicenter it self was on, so it was either the remote or the connection on my epicenter. I returned to their store and told him what had happened and asked if they could test the remote to see if it was my epicenter and they said no. At that point, the guy had a dick attitude. Instead they opened up a used epicenter kit that they had and told me to hook it up and if it didnt work, that it was my epicenter. Hooked it up and worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the remote is used and is a bit beat up. Asked them if i can get a new one and they said no and that if i wanted, they could just refund the money. I said no and went my way. Kind of disappointed that i paid full price for a used remote, but whatever, At least it works.

If you are thinking of going with these guys, do it. very knowledgeable with everything they offer, completely blown away with how clean my tint and audio installation is, these guys know what they are doing and they do it right. they have earned a repeat customer for life. thanks everyone at car stereo pros .

After having a less than pleasurable experience with another car stereo shop, these guys went out of their way, and were super accommodating, and extremely informative and respectful. All these attributes of a professional and customer friendly company that I never experienced during my horrible time with the other place made my time and money spent with Tony and Moe truly amazing... I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! I took my car in for my suspension. I called several times before going to try and get an estimate. Over the phone they said same day purchase and install. When I arrived they gave me a completely different response. Now I had to wait a week and reschedule another day off from work. They day came just to find out my parts were still being delivered. Again I waited....long story short. I was screwed for 2,000 dollars!!!! Dont wasted your time here!!! I had my car towed twice from thier neglect!!!....done with this place!!

Alex was very good. I took my car in around 2 and they told me that my car would be finished at 5:30 with just the navigation, but Alex did the navigation and the speakers and finished at 5. No wires were showing and everything looked stock like it came from the dealership. Alex sat down with me to show me the ins and outs of the navi system. I recommend this place to anybody. I plan on taking my next car there for a full system install. Thank you Alex

Terrible off the bat. I bought a set of Oracle colorshift lights. Complete kit. Everything they need included. Yet. It took them 8 hours instead of the 4 they quoted me for. Then the install itself? Very sloppy wires hanging everywhere. Unfortunately I do not have a picture of my engine bay. They installed this in April. I was upset with the install and did not trust them. So off the bat. He didnt want to see me again. Why? Because of my opinion. Fast forward to today? Im on the freeway heading home. Yes. With the lights on like usual. And all of a sudden its spark a little flame and starts to smoke. None stop smoke probably about 10 mins. Me? No idea to shut off the lights. Too busy panicking. Anyways. Long story short. I go straight to the shop. To ask what happened. And off the bat he insists its the kit I brought him. An oracle light kit. Professional kit. Not no swapmeet everyday lights.these are top of the line light kits by the way. In April there was something that caught my eye I mentioned to him about. And thats that they ran the wires under my cold air intake metal cover. Mind you that rested on top of the metal body. Now the wires separated the two.He insisted he was the pro and knew the deal. Today? I mentioned it to him and then showed him how since April of this year. The wire under that intake cover is stripped. And yes it was the same black wire. Which was caught on fire on the remote inside the car cab. He claimed he had to charge me extra money to fix this. I told him it was unfair since it was theyre mistake on the install. He kept insisting it was my equipment. Yet none of the wires were cut or anything. I told him it had to do with the wire under the cold intake. And you could clearly follow the wire and every couple inches there was a burned bubble on the wire showing the overheat. Once I realized that it was that bad I mentioned to him you know that puts my life in danger bro He got upset and told me you know what I dont have to help you and then asked me after that what do you think about that? in which I responded very VERY insulted and angry yes youre right. You wont be touching my car again. And I got in my car. Hurt, angry feeling taken advantage of. And feeling stupid because I knew off the bat their install was bad....... Guys .... You wont believe how hard I worked to get those lights just to have these gentlemen not care about the install. And when I showed them there was something wrong they got defensive instead of just fixing it for me. He clearly stated he doesnt care about the safety of his customers. Just look at how many one stars he has. Its no wonder I had this bad vibe ever since the first moment. But no. I just HAD to get them installed. The excitement blinded me from these terrible people. Thats all I have to say. Apparently they wont fix what they did. And Im left with figuring out what it is they did to my car. All I know is that wires were smoking after a small spark all while I was driving.im afraid to drive my car. I got work tomorrow. What do I do? I added photos of today while I was driving. I had to. To have proof. And he didnt even look. He just said he wont fix what he did ... If I could call the police I would. Bottom line. I want to punch this guys nose. Especially if there are more like me that he does this too. I spent 500 on his install. But $1500 on my lights that he so carelessly threw on my vehicle. Sucks that I dont know how to install huh? Then maybe I wouldnt of ever needed you. Im very upset. They took advantage of me. And they will of you too. RUN away from this place. Dont be mislead. Take your hard earned money elsewhere

This shop was formerly known as car stereo plaza. They had so many negative reviews that they changed their names. Same people are still there. this was my review from them from beforeI usually dont do reviews, As a matter of fact this is my first. These people are liars and cheaters. so much so that they actually forged my lease agreement with the finance company that I was supposed to finance my stereo with. Then they lied because when I went they did not have the correct parts and I immediately told them to cancel my order. They lied and cheated their way in to a sale. These people especially the one they call MOE will advertise one thing and try to deliver another. People head my warning STAY AWAY from this place!! DO not I repeat DO NOT do business with these people. Hopefully they will go out of business soon!!! Cops will be notified about the forgery!!

Uh yeah. i wish i would have read these reviews first instead of yelps because these are way more accurate. im unable to go into extreme detail because its a long story but my experience was literally terrifying! they installed an amp and component system (that we bought elsewhere) in my car for $100 and was told it would be done properly because my husband thought it would save him time to have a professional do the job instead of doing it himself. upon inspection of the job afterwards by my husband, they got frustrated by his demands to fix several errors that he found (unplugged cables, incorrectly wired cables, not using proper wiring that we purchased for them to use for the speakers, and missing small parts from my car) and at that point omar told him he should have done it himself if he wanted it done the proper way! the police had to be called because my husband, whos frustrated by this point, called them out on everything and one of the front desk employees ended up trying to assault my husband with a drill while yelling obscenities at us when we decided to leave because they didnt want him watching them try to fix everything they messed up! i seriously feared for ours AND my cars safety, i thought he was going to throw the drill through my windshield as we tried to leave! these people dont know what the hell theyre doing and will do half assed work and hope you wont notice. luckily for me, my husband knew what to look for. they finally refunded our $100 after being threatened with arrest by the police. the altercation was also recorded on video by their own cameras! these guys are class A idiots. go elsewhere if you want your audio done right because that certainly wont happen here! in addition to this review, i have filed a complaint with the BBB. these guys definitely need their business license revoked!

They istalled an alarm on cadillac, The alarm would go off, and it made My instrument cluster go crazy when i finnally took it to The dealer they told me that The alarm system was poorly istall. they put olot of tape and left some wires hanging My car stereo would get hot. they said i was lucky i dint catch on fire, not to mention they also cut wires they dint have to. Before I never had a problem with My car, and now I pay more to install it Correctly

I heard about car stereo pros though Instagram, at first i wasnt really convinced but i went ahead and got my sound system with them and I was glad I did ended up doing my sound system with this guys !!!

When to go get a 6in lift for my truck and they said they could do it, took 3weeks for them to lift it and they didnt install the lift i ask for, and they messed up my hand brake which doesnt work no more (brake light its always on). My brother got an alarm install from them that was wasting his battery and didnt work at all. They sold everything based on lies, and didnt explain the contract at all.
