I accidentally sat on my Dell Latitude laptop 5 years ago, the colors on the screen were way off, I never fixed it and put in storage. I recently needed a laptop for my travels and finally decided to get the laptop fixed.Julio (Owner) provided a free diagnostic and explained in detail what I damaged and how to fix it. Great spot for many technical tasks. I needed a copy of a family DVD to USB drive and the same DVD to DVD and the person easily took care of the task. Even had it transferred to the USB to two different formats for compatability purposes. Highly recommend.

This place should be more well known. The owner is amazing! we can talk about customer service but I think that the 4.9 rating that he has speaks for itself. I had my computer reset because of some bug issues and it never turned on. I took it to a friend and they were not able to do anything. I took it to Geek Squad at Best Buy and they said I needed a whole new computer and offered me $200 for my MacBook Pro 2017 (such a scam by the way). I took it to Julio and he literally took a look and automatically knew what he was doing. He is very knowledgeable on what he is doing and will do the work EXCELLENTLY. I loved that not only did he do the work and had all the materials needed, he explained to me exactly what the issue was and further information on how to keep my device in excellent condition. It turns out that my computer had prior water damage that created a circuit cut and damaged the charging port area and would not allow my computer to boot nor charge. I felt like this is the type of place that you can put youre trust in and know that they are not trying to scam you. He did amazing and charged me very little for it. I wanted to just pay him double because of how cheap it was. My computer works wonderful now and I will definitely be giving this place my trust and future service. Recommend for any small or big issues. Amazing and fast working!

Finding a good and honest computer repair shop is like looking for a mechanic. You dont know how you went this long without one! I thought my computer was beyond repair...so many issues it wasnt even funny. Instead of trying to sell me on something I didnt need, Julio opened my computer up and started looking at things. Julio is an amazing guy very helpful and experienced was recommended by a friend more than five years ago. His prices are just not expensive and very good quality of materials from him. Really good service for the price. I brought my PC to Julio because of glitches and weird lags ive experience with my PC. Specially with FPS drop on my games. I also brought it because i need it to install a 1TB hard drive. The price for the whole thing was less than 30 dollars. I once paid 75 bucks at FRYS (City of Industry) just to diagnose my PC and the crew there were slow. Julio was pretty fast to detect the issue that was causing this issue. Im not giving him a full 5 stars because my problem continues with the gaming lag however, this is definitely a place that can save you a lot of money and is run by a computer technician who knows what he is doing.

Mr. Julio is an excellent person. Then a professional ethic as very few people have it in the actualized. I took my laptop with the problem of the internal cpu fan not working. Elsewhere I was told that the established motherboard was damaged and I used to have to replace it at a considerable cost apart from labor. But with Mr. Julio the opposite happened. It turned out that only one pin of the connector had bent and it did not turn on. Julio charged me a small and insignificant amount of money. I gave him much more for his work and his experience. These kinds of honest people should exist on every corner. If I could, I would give it 10 stars.

It has been months since my laptop was repaired and it is still in perfect condition, the service is pleasant and they give suggestions for how your laptop adapts to your use.
