I once made an appointment i waited for months, they canceled it for me the day of the appointment, a month later was my next appointment i was a few minutes late and they canceled it for me. This place has a horrible selection of glasses, they have very long waits and just totally unprofessional. I truly wish i could give it a negative 5 stars but take this one star.
I had the best care and experience seeing Dr. Cohn. Great doctor, nice modern office and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Their selection of glasses is bad. I ended up just getting my prescription paid glasses and will go back to Kaiser plan better
Dr Cohn needs new staff in the front desk.
Dr. Cohn is the kindest and best doctor. He really helped my vision and I had seen multiple eye doctors prior to coming to him that werent able to. I have only had the best experience coming here. I always get the best service and care. Highly recommend this doctor and practice! Thank you Dr. Cohn for all you do!
The absolute best. Very thorough exam. In office selection of glasses. Dr. Kohn is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for taking such good care of my eyes.
The doctor is very good and full of knowledge but expect to spend about 2 hours just waiting!!!! My appointment was at 10:15 and it is now 11:45 and I am still waiting!!! I asked the receptionist and she said patients were late so it backed up the whole office. Patients who are early and on time should not have to suffer and wait this long just because other patients cant get to their appointment on time!!!!
Best opthamologist I have ever been treated by. Dr Cohen is:1) extremely knowledgable, 2) very kind, 3) Most thorough eye exam I have ever had4)professional, attentive support staff. 5)Doctor and staff very respectful to all patients.
I have been coming here for 37 years! And am soooo disappointed with them! I came in January and was turned away cause my authorization code was wrong by Sandra. So I had it changed. I came in today and was told my code is wrong and needs to go back to the first code! Its sad that none of them agree on what code is to be on authorizations. I feel like I need to find a new eye dr! 37 years thrown away I feel so hurt. If they treat old patients like this I feel sorry for new patients. Dr Cohn has been so accommodating with my vision problems and I truly trust no other but I cant get in to see him. I even offered to pay for the visit and was told I couldnt cause I have insurance?! 😥😠😠 I hope he knows what his office people are doing.
Boy do I got a story for you. So, the first time my mom went here (earlier this year) she had a check-up. They did some stuff & put those drops in her eyes that opens your pupils. After the appointment, they sent her home. Mind you, they just told her to leave, without any protection. Her pupils, obviously, were huge. She left while the sun was still out, which is a huge hazard because she had NO PROTECTION. Her vision was also blurry. But, she drove home anyway, with her eyes all watery. They did a huge mistake, but, being the nice woman she is, she let it go.Now, my experience. I went to my appointment, but I needed an authorization from my doctor, which I forgot. The receptionist was being rude about it. But my doctor’s office were nice enough to fax my authorization to them. Everything was FINE the rest of the time. The doctor was done & i was like ok?? I went to the receptionist to try and get the next appointment because I thought that’s what I had to do, but the doctor was like “no no, you can leave now. Come back when you’re comfortable with the contact” (which is what i went for). After a while, my mom made another appointment for me because I was ready, and they were being so rude to her. They asked what we wanted and my mom said “um idk, 12:30?” And the lady was like “No. You can’t have that. That’s our lunch time”. Like girl, how are we supposed to know IF YOU DONT TELL US. So we made the appointment. It was for today. I didn’t make it because I overslept, so my mon called for another appointment. Again, the lady was being hella rude. My mom has had it. She went off saying how she shouldnt talk to patients like that, and how what they did to my mom wasnt right and stuff. She also talked about how they dont explain things right, like, i only had one contact for my eye, but the doctor said it wasnt going to help with anything. It was just to help me get used to it. But the receptionist was trying to back him up and stuff but how tf is she supposed to know if HE TOLD ME. So my mom said look, we’re just trying to make an appointment. But i was like umm no, im not trying to go back there & we were like “okay byeeee”. We called my doctor’s office, who were soooo nice, and now we don’t have an eye doctor until further notice :)
Dr. Cohn might be the best Ophthalmologist that Ive met.Thank you Dr. Cohn & Office Employees.
One of the nurses/guys who dilates your eyes must hate their job or something because he was super pissed when i couldnt open one of my eyes. And the doctor just wont listen, i dont know if he has hearing problems but whenever you tell him something it seems hes ignoring you or has hearing problems.
Its great. I always get the places Im going
Bad customer service would not recommend to any family or friends.
Web page said they open at 9 on Saturday. It was 9:30 and they still did not open. I left...
Called and was put on hold for a while twice than they hang up
The best!!!!
Pesimo service., The receptionist is the worst is very arrogant and grocers., My mom has insurances that cover and pay full and comprehensive coverage and only for an error in their date of birth they did not accept it and I almost put myself out on the street and my mom surprised that they did not take care of her when in all the offices and hospitals they accept her and they take care of her and she never had problems., very olgazanes to get her work done, the receptionist wants everything in a silver tray because she does not want to call the insurances to clarify and that patients are treated without problems and are also pesimos to care for people because when we arrived avia about 20 people and attended too demaciado very slow., the good thing that there more specialists ophthalmomogos better and good alone is a question to search on the internet., BLESSED GOOGLE.
A week ago I took a form of the DMV to the office to be filled out by my attending physician, when I handed it to me I did not realize that I had the same amendments that were observed by the DMV reason why they rejected my driver license renewal application after a Wait three hours online. I took a new way to be filled in the proper way and yesterday I went to pick it up and when I checked it I noticed that it again presented amendments and when asking about this issue the lady in charge of attention was extremely rude and arrogant with me, telling me, between other things, that they were not going to fill me again one more way and that someone in the DMV offices would look for me to accept it under those conditions, forgetting that I am a patient-client and that I have every right to request reports about me treatment, that is something that cannot be tolerated, I will look for formal mechanisms to demand that the form requested by a government agency be filled in the proper way and demand a dignified and respectful treatment towards the patients that we have chosen, unfortunately, this ophthalmological center to assist us.
The best doctor Kenneth Cohn
