Rented a unit for a few months while in between moving. The process was quick and easy and the unit was just as explained. They customer service was above and beyond by the young lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Janette. Will definitely return if I need another unit!

Clean and well lighted. But expensive and they raise the rent all the time to supposedly fix the lights when it was fine already and other stuff. Even though we did not agree to it. They add their own INS lately too. They to have a bug problem too need to fix that.

First time renting a storage, their was a huge dead roach in my storage I figured they had fumigated which is good I made an appt. To use moving truck on the day we went to pick up truck we arrived @ 11:05 & was rudely told we could not use it because we had arrived after 11, We had to make 8 trips back & forth definitely not good service.

First time coming to Nova Storage here in South Gate. Very affordable to rent a storage place of your own, as well as getting your own PO Boxes. For anyone looking for a storage place, I recommend going to this place.

Turn down is when you need access in the morning and you cant get your tools, if you are a contractor do not get their second floor service, clean place and decent storage service for the price but until 10 and before 4pm is when you have access typically us contractors need access from 5am until 9pm this is not the place for a contractor to store tools definitely
