They also guarantee delivery in 2 days. You also determine the amount of fuel you want delivered. Nicest people too. I give them 5 stars!!!

This company does business strictly online via credit card. If you dont pay your balance your cost goes higher. 100 gallon minimum. Your price per gallon is determined by usage, size of your order and amount you actually take. They occasionally run a .10 per gallon sale which sounds good but read inside the numbers. .10 cents per gallon times 100 gallons is 10.00 bucks. .10 cents per gallon times 150 gallons is 15.00 bucks. If you dont take at least 100 gallons a surcharge is applied ( watch your credit card statement ), big business for them, 10 or 15 bucks for you, dont spend it all in one place lmao. They also have numerous companies under their umbrella.

Love this company!!! We just order oil on the website when we need it. The delivery comes in a couple of days. They run flash sales every so often. The prices are less expensive than other oil services. The process couldnt be easier.

Oil isnt the best price around but we like there service. Buyer beware tho on promotional deals the delivery can take up to a week to get oil so dont buy if your very low on oil. This last time we ordered was not a good experience but the other 8 times we have ordered oil were the best

They have the best prices around that either match competitors lowest prices or even go a few cents lower; they also offer promo codes regularly, and the savings add up! I’ve purchased a service plan and they’ve been true to their claims having come out to service my equipment regularly, delivered oil same day if necessary and been available for my questions and concerns with their customer service reps (or receptionists) being friendly and informative. I purchased my home three years ago with zero knowledge of maintaining a heating system powered by oil, however knowing I can rely on a business to be there has eased my mind. While PaylessForOil caught my eye with their low prices, I’ve continued to be a loyal customer for all of the reasons listed above and will continue to do so.

Ordered oil on Friday afternoon, was told most likely Monday/Tues delivery, which was fine. I called to follow up Monday morning and now Im being told probably Wed. As a single mom with an Autistic son, this is not good business. I pay at time of order, and have touted such great prices/service from this company-NEVER AGAIN! Youve lost a good customer! I can’t stress enough how easy and convenient it is to order oil from Payless. Our fill pipes are inside our garage so we either need them to call ahead to be let in or figure out the garage code but we have never had any issues. Their app is easy to use and after comparing their prices a number of times, I just stopped bothering because they were always low. I highly recommend them.

I had ordered fuel and early Tuesday morning 3 huge trees came down in my upper driveway I called to tell them bit to deliver the oil, well the driver was already out and I was on his schedule they were totally gracious about the situation and they rescheduled my delivery for Friday I would call them back to confirm the driveway was cleared. Really pleased with the customer service! I ordered oil and then we realized our tank was on EMPTY! I called and spoke with a friendly woman who knew her trucks couldn’t deliver on the same day, so she gave me some tips on using a little diesel to hold us over. To my surprise, they delivered oil the very next morning! A little bummed we spent money on the diesel, but overall very happy we have an almost full tank for this wintry weather we’re having!

I like the ease of ordering online but every time I order I write what time I will be home to accept delivery and they always show up when Im not home. The problem is I need to open a gate for them to access the tanks. I write on the special comments section to show up after a certain time. Im not asking for a specific time just something like delivery after 2pm in the next two days. When I call when they dont deliver the secretary says the drivers make their own schedule sir. This doesnt make me feel like they want my business. I dont think I asking for much to ask for a delivery after 2pm. Am I?
