Cute lil spot was Surprised at the unique collection of gowns, prices from low to high and everything in between. This was the first place that had a coffee stand where I can get me some coffee, tea. hot cocoa, & water customer service was a little lacking maybe not enough employees that day…. but this is definitely a place you need to stop in and try on dresses it’s worth a trip out to Puyallup might actually get our business. I am biased because my daughter is quite beautiful and any dress but the dresses here did stand out and we have been all over Seattle trying on dresses! Beautiful place to get a wedding gown! The selection is great, both the décor and styling were gorgeous. The dressing rooms were welcoming and spacious for guests and also had a private changing room. The atmosphere made the experience very memorable. I picked a dress in my first appointment, a couple of the designers they carry like Stella York were detailed and stunning while still being in a price range that fit my budget. I wasnt pressured to buy above my price range. They also have packages that include dress preservation!First thing at the appointment I got to select (3?) dresses I wanted to try on, based on that my stylist chose some others to also try - I think I got into 6-8 dresses in the hour and two of them I tried on twice. I would definitely recommend going in prepared so you dont get overwhelmed choosing the first couple, but be open to their ideas because the team is good at combining elements of the dresses you like.My original appointment was at the end of February and of course thats when the snow storm hit! They did have to cancel, totally understandable and we were able to reschedule without a problem. I wasnt scheduled to get my dress until sometime in August, but it came in mid-June :)

One of my bridesmaids paid to have the private VIP session so last night all my ladies joined me and I picked out my dress! The whole experience was awesome, it was nice to have the boutique to ourselves, it was set up so cute, and the stylist Courtney was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made the while process relaxing and enjoyable. Its a smaller boutique but theyve got a big selection and I definitely didnt feel like I wasnt given enough options! I will be recommending New Beginnings to all the future brides!

I found my dress at New Beginnings and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The shop itself is bright, clean, and gorgeous. All the employees are friendly and helpful. And the selection they had was amazing— there truly is a dress for every style, from the totally glamorous to the simple and elegant. I wasn’t even planning on having a veil but I ended up finding one here as well! As an added bonus, the owners (Tina and Daron) are a wealth of knowledge for all things wedding, so they were able to make recommendations for vendors which made the planning process feel a little less intimidating. All in all, I had a wonderful experience!

I can’t even begin to tell you what a DELIGHTFUL and incredible experience I had at New Beginnings!I was, like many, a suppose to be 2020 summer bride. I had shopped for my dress late 2019 and early 2020 and found “the one”. Long story short, like everything else affected by COVID, my original dress didn’t end up working out.SO, I ended up at New Beginning just 6 weeks before my 2021 wedding date to find a new dress. And not only did I find it, but I found Daron! She was phenomenal.Out of the more than 10 bridal studios I visited between 2019 and now, this was hands down THE BEST experience. From the moment we opened the door and were greeted by the ladies at the front, including Daron, everything had that feeling a bride expects to feel. It was magical and I knew it would be a memorable and successful day.I can’t thank the ladies at New Beginnings enough for all they did to help me pull off what I thought would be impossible. Not only did they do that, but they did it with such a delicate and personal touch.Ladies, if you’re looking for your wedding dress and you’re wanting to be made to feel special, beautiful and like the only bride walking through that door - don’t bother with another bridal studio. Omg the customer service was great. Upon arrival they ask what your budget is and youd think they would keep that in mind when finding you dresses.. initially you pick 4, try them on and while you are in your 4th dress they go out and get you 4 more that they think you will like based off the feedback you give on the first 4. Then when you go to order the dress the price of the dress is 8x the amount you told them. This dress was for my soon to be daughter in law...she put on this dress and instantly started crying....it was the dress!!! Her dreams were crushed as it was 8x over the 500 budget. Why would the sales lady do that to her??. The original lady who had been with us for over 2 hours went to work with her next bride to be and had her coworker check us out. At this time is when we were told the price 3850.00 ummm why do you ask for a budget if you arent going to take that into consideration when picking dresses for her to try on?? As a new bride I was pretty nervous to start my search for a wedding dress. I already had been to two other boutiques and had good experiences there but when I came to New Beginnings there was just this positive and happy energy as soon as I walked in the door. New Beginnings Bridal Studio in Sunrise Village is incredible. I was hesitant to even make my appointment and Im so glad that I did. You get a very warm welcoming feeling, greeted with a smile. I had the BEST experience at New Beginnings. I live in Austin but was visiting my family over Mothers Day weekend, and my youngest sister suggested taking a look at NBBS after shed been there with a friend of hers a few weeks earlier. She said the shop was cute, and they appeared to have a good plus size selection. As someone in a larger body, who has worked in bridal--I already knew my bridal size and was prepared for it to be larger than my regular clothes, which doesnt bother me. The challenge is sometimes the selection in store vs. what can be ordered is very different. My experience at NBBS was nothing short of amazing. My mom, sister, niece, and I met with Courtney (SHE IS INCREDIBLE!), and she ushered us into this cute room with 2 differed loveseats and a bridal pedestal and 3 part mirror. I could get dressed, then step out into this area without having anyone else in the shop be present. This was amazing--seriously, every bridal studio should do this. Id originally emailed about 2 specific dresses, and they had one of them--and the other had just been sold. Courtney had pulled some dresses based on what I wanted and shed done an excellent job. I narrowed it down to a final 2--and made an appointment to come back after a few hours so we could think over lunch. I called Courtney back within 15 minutes of leaving the shop, explaining that I loved elements from both dresses, and asked if there was a mash up of those two? She said yes, and said shed pull it for my next appointment. When I arrived at 4, I had my crew in tow--plus my iPad for my bridesmaids via Zoom, and I tried on the final 3 dresses. Courtney was a saint. She put me in and out of the dresses multiple times, helped strategize ways to achieve the look I wanted, and found quite possibly the most magical veil Ive ever seen. Now I wont say which one I bought...but suffice it to say Courtney was amazing, and Im a VERY happy bride to be...even in these covid times. I could not have asked for a better experience. The original plan was to shop in Dallas--and I cant imagine that I wouldve gotten this level of attention to detail and patience on a weekend day in Dallas. It was so special to buy this dress at home with my family present, and so unexpected to buy it this early in the process. I cant emphasize it enough--a great experience, great price point (everything under 3k), and there was a large selection for me to try on even as a plus size woman (Im a 20/22 in real clothes, 24 bridal), and Courtney was so kind, helpful, creative and patient. So glad we chose New Beginnings!

Out of the four dress shops I tried on dresses at New Beginnings was by far the best! Courtney was so amazing and patient with me while I was very indecisive in choosing a dress. Im not the thinnest girl on the Block so I was a little self-conscious about how I would look in a wedding dress. The stylist knew exactly what to pull! I fell head over heels in love with my dress. It was over budget, but they were able to accommodate a price felt good about. I have never felt more beautiful in my life than I did in that dress. This was the first place I went to on my dress shopping day, and I definitely had to go back and say YES to my dress there! My consultant, Staci, was so amazing. She took the time to look at pictures with me and pulled all sorts of styles for me to try on, and narrowed it down to one that I absolutely LOVED. The bridal consultants are exceptional - I worked with Courtney who has been so helpful in the journey to find a dress. She’s provides great customer service, very knowledgeable, and helps with factors to consider in selecting the right dress. After my first visit to the shop, while I found some great options, I wasn’t sure I found “the dress,” she followed up to let me know when new dresses arrived in the shop in the style I was looking for. I appreciate this level of customer service! The shop also carries a variety of sizes, which is so helpful as you can get a feel for a dress much easier if the size is close to your’s... Overall, I’d highly recommend this shop to friends searching for the perfect dress and a great experience.

My appointment was made extremely last minute. I had a 1pm appointment and I made it after 12 that same day. I just wanted to see what style looked good on me.. this was my first appointment to even look at dresses. Naturally, I was convinced I wouldn’t find anything but would have at least figured out things I did and didn’t not like. Well it turns out it only took an hour and I found the ONE. I couldn’t leave the store without it. It was off the rack and it fit like a glove.I apologize because I cannot remember the name of the lady that helped me. I didn’t know what I wanted but she took the time to go through all my options; sleeves, no sleeves, different shapes, etc. They always tell you to be prepared and have some idea but without really knowing I didn’t feel any sort of judgement only patience.I would highly recommend them to anyone the store is absolutely stunning and the customer service is just as amazing.

This was not my starting point for a dress, but was my final stop. I came in feeling a bit defeated, But Isabella changed my mind set with the first dress I put on.I had an appointment during the week with Isabella to find options with my maid of honor, then came back that weekend with my mother and future mother in law. Such personalized service, I had the best time finding my wedding dress. I loved how they had me start with choosing a few dresses I would like to try on, and then as I tried them on they asked for me to give feedback on what I liked and didnt like about each dress. Let’s take a minute to praise consultant HANNAH ♥️ I went to multiple bridal shops and the experience I had here completely outshined them all. I felt at other stores bridal consultants were easily frustrated when I didn’t like something about the dress I had on and were so quick to write me off. From the second I was greeted by Hannah I knew this would be a different experience than the rest. She took the time to actually listen and guide me in the right direction without making me feel pressured and that I needed to buy same day or I’d lose out. She encouraged me to follow my heart and take as much time as I needed to make the big decision. She was so kind and warm hearted to my family and friends. You can tell she was just an all around genuine person trying to make a moment very special for me. She actually made me want to be her friend outside of this experience. Not only did I find the dress of my dreams but the all around experience and vibe confirmed this is a business I want to support. I would recommend this bridal shop to anyone looking for an “unlike all the others experience”. With making such an important, nerve wracking purchase it was so humbling to have someone be so kind, calm and so inviting. Ask for Hannah! I promise she will make you feel so welcomed and important. This was the second shop I went to to look for a dress and I immediately knew I wanted to get it from them. The atmosphere of the store is so beautiful and they have personal spaces for your family/friends to sit while you try on dresses in an adjacent fitting room. They knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me so many different beautiful options to try on. The entire experience was wonderful and I felt so comfortable the entire time. During my second appointment of trying out dresses I was able to find the one and it arrived so quickly. I highly recommend them.

Talk about true customer service! I ended up buying my wedding dress at another store and through the process of alterations my dress was ruined only 9 days before my wedding. Tina and her staff were so amazing to assist me, getting me an appointment right away, and then getting me connected with their seamstress who has been a lifesaver! I cannot speak highly enough of the genuine support this team offers. Every bride should feel confident coming to this store!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. I called ahead and asked if they knew how to handle a bride who is extremely tall, and they assured me that they did. Turned out that they think all that means is additional inches on the bottom. When I got in, the consultant had brought out several dresses that were labeled as my size, but they were all too small. Obviously I was incorrect when I guessed what my size would be. Rather than getting me different sizes, the consultant just kept trying to shove me into dress after dress that was too small. I finally cut the visit short for two reasons - I was nervous that I would rip one of the expensive dresses, and I had reached the limit of my emotional capacity of looking at my fat, huge body in too-small dresses. What shaky self confidence I had was so shattered that I cancelled my wedding. I obviously can’t be seen in a wedding dress.Don’t go here if you need anything other than the standard fit.

I recently had a VIP Appointment at New Beginnings Bridal Studio. After having a less than desirable experience at another bridal studio, this was a complete 180. I was greeted by my consultant Isabella. She immediately made me and my family feel welcome. They had my name inside the dressing room on a cute chalk board, and had a sign above the mirror in the main space that said Future Mrs. Mills...these little touches just add so much to the ambiance. After showing a few looks that I liked to Isabella, she pulled them along with others she thought I would like too. She made me feel so comfortable trying on the dresses, and it wasnt awkward like at the other salon. After trying on multiple dresses, I found THE ONE! I was thrilled. In a crazy time of Covid, and trying to experience the normal wedding planning events, New Beginnings Bridal exceeded my expectations. It was beyond perfect, and everything I wanted and more. Thank you again Isabella for providing me and my family with a memory we will never forget.

New Beginnings Bridal made me feel right at home and comfortable during my dress shopping experience! They had so many beautiful and designer dresses. Each dress had a picture with it so you could visualize what it looked like on, which helped a lot with dress selection. I eventually found my dream dress at this cute studio!

I had a great experience here! I only had the one bridal dress shop experience and it was great. I had already checked the website for dresses and came prepared. I was interested and the gal helping me was amazing - unfortunately, I can’t remember her name but she was petite with short blonde hair! She was very kind and knowledgeable during my fitting. I was able to slip in and out of each dress with ease and didn’t feel rushed. I ended up not liking any of the dresses I’d seen online but the gal found me a similar style that was absolutely perfect! All of the women at the front were very friendly and welcoming too. I absolutely will recommend this place to local friends getting married!

I appreciated all of the bridal consultants that helped me find the perfect wedding dress for me especially Hannah! She was fun to work with, very personable, and made the experience enjoyable for me and my family! There is so much pressure to find the perfect dress and I appreciated that the consultants at New Beginnings Bridal supported me wherever I was at whether I was wanting to purchase a dress that day or not. So cute inside this bridal shop and the staff is very friendly. They made me feel so comfortable, I went in being super picky and not knowing what I wanted, but they picked up on my style and I found my dress within 2 hours. After a long day of trying on dresses in other shop, our last effort was to call New Beginnings. They had 1 opening that afternoon and squeezed us in.Walking in instantly felt peaceful, clean, organized and welcomed.Bella set us up in our own dressing room. She talked with me about all my options and she brought in 5 dresses to start with. Each one was a perfect fit and exactly what I was looking for and in my price range. I found my dress on the first visit and was able to walk out with it the same day. Purchasing was easy. I had a smaller budget and the manager worked the price to fit in my budget. They even set me up with a tailor who did all my fitting within the 2 month period before my wedding!New Beginnings was a just what I need at just the right time. Thank you Bella and management team for making me feel like royalty not only in your shop, but also for my big day!

2020 hasnt been the easiest year for planning events, let alone the most important day of a brides life. Adding salt to the wound the brides supportive tribe and family was limited to one guest.Tough decision but i choose to go alone and have the support of my consultant Isabella G. She picked samples of things i liked and listend to what i felt needed improvement.
