Paid for package of three different flavors of syrup. Have not received items, Business will not answer phone listed on website/app also will not reply to emails. Had to open a complaint with my PAYPAL to get my refund and report the seller. Thankful that I paid with PAYPAL. PLUS filed a complaint with USPS

I ordered all three syrups, and have yet to receive them. I was informed that my order had shipped per the vendor. Checked the tracking number provided, and it reflects USPS is waiting on item in Kennasaw, GA. Shipping label created and that is it. (Strange because I thought that they were in IL.) Contacted them via email and nothing. I called the number listed on the website, and it went to a verizon cell phone voicemail. Maybe companies should not venture out if they cant do simple things like ship products. One more week and this will definitely be a credit card dispute.

Just tried the Gourmet Butter Pecan Syrup! I usually prefer really thick syrups. Though this syrup lacks the thickness that I am accustomed to, it definitely delivers with rich taste and a subtle deliciousness that will make your tastebuds happy. This will be a new staple in my pantry!

Gourmet Butter Pecan Syrup definitely not gourmet. Totally artificial in taste. But I only use real maple syrup so it’s difficult to adjust to artificial flavors
