This use to be my go to store then Target then I found Walmart. I do still shop at Jewels. I love my spanish dip and crab salad. Dont let me forget the zingers the honey ones is the best. I always do a mix of honey and hot get me some ranch dressing the little cups on the go and thats my lunch. This still my store just not the number one.

The sales were so good, I was so happy to have found these taco salad shells Jewel is the only store that has them now which makes me happy and they were on sale for $2.49 regularly threesomething still reasonable

Love this store always in and out... Management needs to do a better job of keeping all sales items in stock. Other then that great staff and clean store. Love the flowers also again keep up with whats on the floor please.

Jewels South Holland. The first time in my many decades of shopping at a major grocery store. They ran out of bags. A large chain grocery store. Absolutely amazing. SMH! Like a former emplo yee said the South Holland store is the last stop of the day.

Im so grateful for the kind and caring pharmacy staff that was working tirelessly to provide covid vaccines yesterday and everyday. The pharmacy was bombarded with patients but they moved everyone through quickly and efficiently. They clearly enjoyed protecting us from this deadly disease, our pharmacist talked about how much he enjoyed giving these vaccines and how happy everyone was to be a part of it. They answered all our questions, never made us feel rushed and provided exceptional care. I had such a wonderful experience getting my immunization and Im so grateful.

I was satisfied with my shopping rxperience at Jewel. I also get my prescriptions filled at the Osco in the store

Great Customer Service & The Floors Are Always Clean

Jewel has a great produce section and delicious fresh cooked chicken that is readily available and moves quickly; store is organized, clean, and managers are always available for questions as they work; frozen foods, particularly vegetables, could be better stocked to accommodate advertised sales and have more variety. Floral section update is fantastic and beautiful fresh flowers skillfully arranged are convenient for that last minute gift or decor! I appreciate all the changes! Keep up the good work 👏!

This Jewel was recently remodeled so its much more consumer friendly. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. During busier times, I wish they would open all check out lanes. Severe weather approaching...more people shopping...more lanes should be open. NFL championship games this weekend...more people shopping...well, you get it.

I visited osco...other than being slow...things were good.

The workers have been very nice but the quality and quantity of food has not been adequate.

I got spoiled chicken here. As much as I usually like jewels, Ill do a hard pass here on this one.

The overall appearance of the store has improved. I dont care for the one entrance and exit. Some of the employees need to take a class on good customer service skills and how to appropriately speak to customers. This store frequently does not have sale items and doesnt give rainchecks. The store needs more than one cashier at the 7am hour or they need to open up the self service lines.

This review is not for jewel but more for TCF bank, first. Theres no TCF in this location & thats ok but the fact that the only atm in there has the tcf logo on it but charge tcf customers, come on tcf. Step your game up, thats how your company get down now. You feel the need to sell your customers out.

Service is great love going there, friendly employees are always working especially the stock guys ; sometimes theyre just out of stock on certain stuff and this store needs to be modernized

I dont care for the way Jewel rearranged the store nor Its one way in one way out design for customers. However, I support my neighborhood and continue to shop there despite. The employees are very friendly and helpful and you can tell they take pride in their job.

Very helpful and accommodating. I always check my receipt to make sure discounts are applied for coupons that are clipped. Usually someone will offer their assistance in locating an item. Love the South Holland store.

Great place to shop, fresh produce, great meats and friendly faces.

There was no sanitizer available for customers to clean carts prior to use and no staff available to actually clean carts for customers. The couple is check out lines open were extremely long so I opted for self check out. The register froze and no one was available to assist so I moved to another self checkout register and it stopped working. Staff emerged and told me the register had lost power. I moved to yet another self checkout register and took only the couple of items in absolutely needed and went down the street to Aldi to complete my shopping.

Jean in the meat department is awesome. Jewel has gotten pretty expensive over the years, but the quality of their fresh products are what keep me coming back.

A bit crowded but the store offers a very good selection of fresh meats, fruits, and vegetables. Nice Bakery section also

You can find one in each town, but this Jewel has a warm inviting feel and the customer service is much more better than some of the other Jewels. It gets crowded and sometimes what you’re looking for is out of stock. That’s really common this year due to covid.

This is my local Jewel so I know it well. The managers and cashiers are mostly courteous and helpful. However, during this pandemic, I do not think management is doing due diligence in ensuring employees and customers are wearing masks a d/or wearing them appropriately. Also, the produce section is poorly managed; very often there are no prices on produce. Finally, sale prices are outrageous, sometimes 50% higher than last year. Where is the fairness a d empathy for consumers during this crisis?

Jewel has really had some good fruit this season. I also found the BEST OF CAKE that I have ever eaten besides my grandmothers pound cake. The cake is called the Colossial unicorn cake. It was a pretty healthy slice, a pretty cake and DELICIOUS!!!! I wish I hadve taken a pic of it b4 I ate it. 3 people helped me eat it and they all agreed!! Yum!!! Oh and these organic bites were delicious as well. I cant find either of them anymore!

Jewel-Osco in South Holland is really stepping up their game! A new look, with better organized layout, seems like new products too, and well stocked as well. Lets revisit once everything is a 100% complete.

Well just for general grocery shopping I was a little pressed for time but if you get the pre made salads which are $5 make sure you pick up the salad dressing cuz it doesnt come with it.

I love the new design of the store.. it appears to be slightly more options.

Well ran location. Check out stations are always staff appropriately for store occupancy. If i could offer one critique it would be better communication of the one way aisle. Inform the consumer upon entry then hold them accountable. Otherwise keep up the good work.
