I was very pleased and satisfied in selecting this Extra Space Storage near my location in South Holland. It was great to have the storage free for the first month. He told me the size that would be suitable for the abundance of belongings I had to store. The manager Dez Medina was very pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable at Extra Space Storage. He was very thorough in telling me the license and contract agreement of having Extra Space Storage. I am very pleased to put my items in the right size; 10 by 10 storage space. It was clean, well ventilated and secure.

I had a great experience with this storage community. The customer service I received from Jasmin was refreshing. She was friendly and inviting when I called about a unit. The site itself was very clean and affordable prices was affordable. When I felt overwhelmed Jasmin offered options.

I decided to go with this storage facility because I was assured they did not have any problems with rodents and they assured me the facility was clean. I stored my household items here while I sold my home. The items were stored for 6 months. When I moved out of the unit I discovered mouse droppings throughout the unit and on my items. I addressed this issue with customer service and was told to take pictures to file a claim and that he was sorry it didn’t work out.

Cleanest storage in town hands. Jasmin is always friendly and helpful.10/10 would recommend

The site manager Dez Medina was great to work with regarding moving into my unit upon arrival of the facility. My contract was edited and completed directly on site with no issue. Checkout for the unit was done completely online and pretty straight forward on registration. If you have experience with storage sizes than you’ll appreciate the business conducted with Extra Space Storage as a whole. I’d recommend this company to those in need of a great storage facility. I had the option of an indoor unit which is great for moving during any weather conditions.

I came into the store today to my pay and the staff were really great Jasmine and Dez greeted me with smiles and the place was very clean I would defenitly recommend this place if you ever need storage .

One of the best workers I have ever met. A customer called while I was renting a storage space, and she wanted details on pricing & info. So, I have changed their review.Stay away from this place. They have a 35% Mark up. I was not there a year when they started talking about an increase. Yes, he smiles and talks you into an insurance policy you will never need,, it is a fraud.

The associate, Dez, went above and beyond and helped me find the perfect space for my needs. One thing that makes us feel comfortable is the supportive customer service that we received from Maria and Kayla . The facility is clean and cameras noted with monitoring. One way in and one way out. There are two doors on the unit that we have. We’re very happy with the services that we received.
