I work for a business that has used Fedex for over 20 years. This location has made us end our account. First, the driver never tried to deliver the package. We have moved. We put in a request for a address change on the package. They did not ever try to redeliver the package to the new address. We had to do all the calling to figure out where the package was. They kept telling us it would be delivered tomorrow for a week. We were told we could go to this location to get our package. Once there, the supervisor was extremely rude. She showed us our package, but refused to give it to us. They had made an error when typing out the barcode sheet and now the names did not match. They wanted and ID, well a business cant have a drivers license, so the ID didnt match the ID address. The lady at the counter pointed to her that the name on the pre-printed airbill matched the last name on the license. The supervisor kept saying if the name on the tracking sheet that they typed matched, then she could give us the package. Once that was pointed out to her she still refused to give us our package, which we had the tracking number and account number for. She then sent it to us and made a driver make an extra trip to deliver it. I told the driver how we were just there, and I apologize that he had to make this trip. He also did not understand because they have been delivering to us for years. I would never use this facility. The supervisor we had was beyond rude from the second we opened her mouth. Judging from some reviews, people have also had the same problem with the supervisor. (I would like to give 0 stars, but that is not an option)

Where to begin, I was suppose to get an expensive item delivered today and it showed delivered. I got the notification it was delivered but noticed none of my cameras went off including doorbell camera rewatched all my cameras and not a single sign of a FedEx delivery worker checked my entire yard. Checked the app it showed delivered to porch but I don’t have a porch. I called but they couldn’t get a hold of the manager there to call the driver to see where they left it. They wrote to the manager several times and the manager is yet to call me. This isn’t the first time this has happened with FedEx. They need to update their delivery where they either show where the driver is like UPS does or like Amazon where they take a picture of the item to know if it was delivered. Now I’m dealing with trying to figure out where my package is or if FedEx is going to do anything about it or not care because they didn’t pay for the item. Terrible service.

I had to drive to this shipping center. The only reason I feel my package wasnt stolen by this delivery driver is that the nice woman at the counter was diligent enough to keep putting calls in to me. It was I who kept calling in to fed ex because the delivery driver kept putting in reasons she couldnt deliver my package. First, the address was invalid. Even though this house has been built since the 60s! Then she said there was a caution sign on my road saying there was black ice. I will have to say this is the absolute worst experience Ive ever had with FED-EX and dont ever want to use them again!!! I would not recommend that driver! As far as the rest of them, they are doing a great job. But until this situation is rectified, I can not and will not change this review!!!

Worst service. Unprofessional employees. All drivers are liars. Received notification my package was delivered (LIE). Never even seen a FedEx delivery truck in my area. I still searched front door, back door, checked with neighbors. Called to file complaint. Useless customer service. Requested to speak with a manager the repSaid he could not transfer and the best way was to reach one was to hang up and call back, he then hung up on me. I absolutely hate bad business. One of my family members was expecting a package today, but it never got delivered. Turns out the person that was supposed to be delivering it, was a new recruit Im guessing. This girl kept on trying to say it was unable to be delivered, when she was literally across the street. She was very selfish, lazy, and ughhh. So we had to go to the main store to pick up the package. I would not recommend, unless you want your package to be✌️Missing✌️.

Drivers lazy, claim an attempt was made to deliver my package but no attempt was made at all. Didn’t ring a door, knock on the door anything. No door tag was even left to prove an attempt was made. Never even got out of the car, just drive right pass my house I literally watched them in the window. Worst location and customer service ever. Anytime I have a package shipped through this location I know for a fact I will have to go pick up from the facility, like seriously just go out of business already! Or fire every lazy person that works there being a waste of space.

For the second time having a time sensitive package delivered the driver did not leave it even though I had waived the signature, and put a note in the app to leave it in the mail room. I called and asked that the driver leave it no matter what, as it was time sensitive (which is why I did next day air shipping) no one knocked or rang my doorbell, I just got a notification that no one was home so they didn’t deliver the package. I called in and they told me the driver didn’t think it was safe to leave the package. Well I would’ve come down to get it if they rang my door bell, which is besides the point because there was no signature required and I left instructions to leave the package no matter what. Now I’m stuck driving 30 minutes on my lunch break to pick it up because I need it today.

Terrible customer service terrible drivers and workers. They literally forgot to deliver my package past my house two times. The app told me it was out for delivery 10 hours ago and I waited all day for it then at 7 it said it was at the facility. What a joke I saw the truck pass my house and they couldn’t deliver my package. I was waiting on a package from FedEx to be delivered to my house but the shipper needed a signature. I went down to the FedEx office about 30 minutes before closing, and had to wait for the delivery truck to return. The manager kept the door open and let me stay inside even after closing hours. About 15 minutes after closing, I received my package and left very satisfied. I really wished I remembered her name. This was some of the best customer service I have had in many years. Thanks again for your excellent customer service.

The same as many others, driver told dispatch delivery attempted and totally lied, one of the supposed delivery attempts was made when I was LITERALLY standing on my doorstep at the alleged time of delivery. This place at the very least has lazy drivers that dont bother delivering when they dont feel like it, and at worst, is scamming people for money. I strongly advise if you live in this area, to use another service, because these guys do not deliver.

The FedEx location in South Holland is the worst place your package can be delivered from. Packages are never delivered the day it supposed to be delivered. The package disappears frequently and no one ever calls to correct the problem. I picked next shipping but once it is on a truck you can forget about it. Terrible Service. Who are these drivers damaging residential property and yards??? If your package cant be left, or doesnt seem safe to leave, it wont be left, regardless of your note. If your lights are out and your address is covered, you might be missed. They offer a lot of different arrangements for you to receive your package, including having it held at a location NEAR you. If after all that, you still dont make arrangements to get your package, its your own fault. Its not rocket science.

Claimed they tried to deliver a package to my door and left a door tag. I would like to know where this door tag is??? because it wasnt on my door. If you dont want to finish your delivery run, just say that, but dont lie and have peoples packages sent back to sender. Its frustrating and time consuming. I ordered an air conditioning unit from Target. The delivery company Target chooses to use is FedEx. The closest FedEx to me that they do business with is in Lansing, IL. I looked on their website to see what options I had if Im not home during work hours. they have a delivery option for 5pm-8pm advertised on their website. they said they cannot offer me this option. the options that they did offer didnt work for me. so they made their 3rd delivery attempt again during the day.I told them I would stay at home and wait for them for the next delivery attempt, but they said the 3rd attempt is final. so I said just send it back to Target. a week went by, Target did not refund my card, so I asked wheres my refund? Long story short, FedEx claimed to have delivered it to my address and someone by the name of J. Buskie signed for it. J Buskie? really? the name dont even look right.they claimed to have delivered after they already said they couldnt make anymore delivery attempts. In attempts to make arrangements with them, they suggested that I sign the door tag and leave it stuck to the outside door so they can have permission to leave it there without me being home. Im glad I didnt sign the door tag because then Target may not have refunded my order. It looks like a FedEx worker stole my package. had I left my signed door tag for this thief he would have claimed he left the item and someone else probably stole it. I would have had no recourse.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! My package was supposed to arrived at 4:30 pm but I got an email at 5:29 pm claiming the package was delivered when it never touched my front steps! Driver lied and said he delivered package and knocked on door which makes no sense because two people were at home all day watching out the windows for a package and we had a humongous sign on front door that stated, ring doorbell a lot of times! in big bold red letters. I hope this place gets shut down. I spent a lot of money on am electric package and still havent recieved it!!

I accidentally sent my order to the wrong address. I called the 800# the fist time and I was told that they could not change the address of the package even though it was still in transit. They ship around the world this should not have been an issue. I was given the number to call the South Holland center. I came across Angel she advised me to call the 800# back but also told me to call her back if I have problems. The 2nd caller to the 800# was rude and told me that nothing could be done again.I called back Angel she was professional and apologetic and solved my address problem in less than 5 minutes!!!! She needs to be the face of customer service because the 800# is completely useless and very rude and were of no help to a customer, mind you I only ordered a swimsuit. I cant imagine what they do with other packages that surely have more value than mine. THANK YOU ANGEL (your name suits you well!!)

They are the worst, laziest employees ever. I always have a bad experience. I went to the facility to pick up a package, after the driver didnt leave it at my house, even though I explicitly requested they leave it. The facilities power was out. I tried to politely ask for help, and the employee shut the door on me without even listening to my question. She was just laughing and joking with an African American customer. Im a 30 year old white male... She wouldnt even give me the time of day. Its ridiculous that I had to experience racism as a customer.

I waited all day and then when I tracked my package the system claimed that they had the wrong address. My package was returned to the facility and now I have to go pick it up or I wont have it before Monday and today is now Saturday. When they checked their computer my address was correct so the driver was lying! Worst experience ever! Im going to file a complaint just to see what theyll do about it. Whats the point of shipping something next day air and paying the extra money if you dont get it?

Terrible customer service, which is a call center in India. I had to ask to speak to someone who actually spoke English, since I could not understand a word the customer service woman was trying to say. Paid $10 for 2 day shipping, didnt receive my package in two days, because they wouldnt leave the package at my door (I live in a condo complex). If they do not allow apt/condo delivery they should state that before taking your money for delivery. They told me I could go to the nearest jewel osco to pick up my package and that I was not eligible for a refunded because they attempted to deliver. Big difference between delivered and attempted. Save yourself the head ache and use UPS or dont shop online.
