They don’t have professional mechanics or equipment to diagnose. Your guess is as good as theirs.Went to get my AC fixed. Bought parts paid for installation and recharge. Still don’t work.I have my doubts and suspect the new condenser wasn’t even installed due to the fact that the cover panels are still dusty with no finger prints or signs of tampering.Anyways they are not mechanics just dudes dressed like it. Go to a real mechanic. Only come here for oil changesYou know how easy it is to trade new car parts.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!We went and they told us $75 for alignment then went on and said they couldn’t do it because the control arms were bad. They went on and still charged us $25, they said if we went back for the alignment they would discount the $25. We eventually bought the parts and took it back so they could do the labor for $120. Basically the total was suppose to be $120+$75-$25=$170. Then we came back to pick the truck up and we noticed that they only did the front wheel alignments and we then proceeded to ask why he said that it would be $50 more to do the back wheel alignments. They wanted to charge us $125 for the alignment in total!We told them never mind and just paid for the labor and front wheel alignment. We got so screwed we paid $75 for ONLY THE FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT!

I just wanted to express my concern to the guy who called me back to let me know their machine wasn’t fixed for the oil change before he rushed me off the phone, that my hood was left open. No work was done other than replacing the air filter but my hood was left open for some reason. It left me anxious when I found out while driving in the freeway because I didn’t know to exit immediately or what. But thanks for listening to a concern I just wanted to point out just for them to be more careful next time, we all make mistakes. Next time, I hope you don’t rush off the phone someone who clearly wasn’t upset or yelling. I was very kind and understanding to the situation.Thanks for the -$5.00 discount I was going to receive on the oil change due to the inconvenience, but today was the day was trying to get the work done since the weekdays my schedule doesn’t work with your business hours, but I appreciate it!

Nothing is free. They wanted to charge me $25.00 for telling me that my truck needed parts in order to do an alignment if I elect not to do the alignment. Parts plus labor was too high. Over $600.00. For an alignmentFraud in my opinion.

Stop in the shop for estimate very clean knowledgeable good price i will go back for service. I recommended.

VERY RUDE THE OWNER WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I WAS OUT SIDE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT NOT EVEN IN THE BUILDING OR SHOP OUTSIDE IN THE OPEN AIR AND HE RUDELY TOLD ME LIKE I WAS A LITTLE KID I NEEDED A MASK TO PICK UP MY TRUCK THAT I PAID 30 DOLLARS FOR A OVER PRICED CAR WASH THEN I NECELY TOLD HIM THAT I WOULDNT COME BACK ON HIS PROPERTY SO HE DIDNT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT AND HIS RESPONSE WAS I DONT CARE IF U COME BACK WELL I HOPE U DONT CARE ABOUT THIS BAD REVIEW EITHER AND U SIR NEED TO LEARN HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE AND WHY DONT U GO HOME AND TELL YOUR KIDS WHAT TO DO AND NOT YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Great service at a very reasonable price. New management is awesome.

They did a diagnostic check on my truck and then told me my computer was bad. Didnt even go to the computer and price anything just estimated a price at $950. I went to the Dodge dealership and they properly read my vehicle the computer wasnt bad they fixed everything on my truck for less than $900. Ill never go through slicks again.
