We had a really good experience with Graphix Signs. They did a great job on our very large 2-faced sign and 1 smaller 2-faced sign, and beat their competitors bids by quite a bit. I really like them because they came out the same day to give us a bid and even did additional work for us not pertaining to the original signs. I had David make and install a sign for a new business. The sign went out months after installing and the owner forwards and never responds to my calls nor emails for the warranty repairs. Its been 3 months since Ive trying but the few times I got a hold of them he says hes very busy. Let it be known here David, you are not that busy, youre just a scam. Save your hard earned money and dont waste your time with this guy. Like a another recent review said, this sounds like a small claims issue.

I am a local sign shop who has given much work to Graphix signs. Some went well, but overall they have caused me bad relations with 3 companies and a good bit of money. Terrible communications skills.Some quality work and some poor work. I resisted this bad, but honest review until I finally got totally fed up with the owner not doing my work and not communicating with me at all. Called him day after day foralmost 3 weeks and have had 2 conversations, neither of whichresolved anything. I have a job that is 3 to 4 weeks late and have no ideaof when it may go up. Starting to look like a small claims problem. onlygave him 2 stars for the few jobs that he did that went well.

Do not reccommed. Worst experience, bad customer service and terrible quailty. Trust me sometimes its not worth the savings you THINK you get. Sign is still not working after 2 years and countless unreported calls. Reported them to the BBB.

GREAT SERVICE FLYERS AND BUSINESS CARDS

Dont deal with this co. They are a RIPOFFS and dont stand behind their mistakes,I was promised by David the owner after 20 phone calls and 4 face to face meetings that they would install my LEDS a 2nd time because the first time they installed them incorrectly.Need less to say I had to go with another co to do the work.

The place is closed on Saturdays 😇but not for my group. They made away to get us our shirts and we a looked sugar sharp😉

Very poor design. I did not like the work done !!! Bad attention and delayed delivery of the order. I do not recommend to anybody. Other than that they charge you for everything. You carry your initial design with the colors and specifications you want and then they call you because they did not charge you for something and then a message because they forgot to tell you something else and more and more money after you have already paid. Very bad experiences there. I will never go back there again. Lack of professionalism.
