Salesperson Jessica is extremely rude and gives here 2 cents when no one asked her. I asked to see a dress is a different size and her rude self told me it’s not gonna fit me. I tried it on. It fit, I bought, and I will never return or recommend. I receive better service from better people at the flea market. Also the fitting rooms, aka curtains hung in a circle, are too dark. I understand humble beginnings, I don’t understand poor quality, if you have a mirror in the ‘room’ there should be proper lighting. If I wasn’t saved things would have ended differently, she would have received the same energy she gave me, but now I know that people only put out what they have inside of them. And it’s very clear what’s inside of her... and why this shop stays receiving negative reviews... and was empty on Mexican Independence Day...good riddance.

Very cute dresses available and a lot of variety. The prices are fair for imported items. Its the best Mexican folklorico store in the Houston area.

Where do I start zero stars for this place they are very disorganized .take about huge headache dealing with this location the kids standing up in a quienceniera had to settle with miss match clothing because they couldnt get the clothing in on time after being told serveral times they would arrive not to worry but here we are having to settle with the guys not matching would not recommend this place at all

Great service! The reps are very attentive and helpful. They have folclorico and mariachi costumes as well as traditional mexican attire. Prices are reasonable for imported goods.

This store is awesome for finding Mexican dresses! It has a lot of variety at fair prices and the staff is very polite and courteous. Not to mention the dresses are beautiful! The best one in the Houston and Pasadena area. I will be coming back for sure!

I came to look for a Mexican dress for my daughter, and they had a variety. Customer service was superb!!!! Very friendly!!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do NOT trust these people. We ordered my godsons suit here for his baptism, and they said it would arrive on time. I called a week before the event since it is an hour drive from where I live and they told me it “would arrive tomorrow or the day after”. I call them the next day and it was the same story. I gave them a whole week of excuses until 2 days before the event, which is on Saturday. They told me it would arrive Friday or Saturday. Now it’s 2 days before the baptism and i have no suit for him. What’s the worst of it all? Not even 1 apology from anyone in the store. I drove 1 hour to get my money back and no one even acknowledged the fact that they made a mistake!

Horrible place! The owner said the mariachi suits would be ready by a certain date but was not true! We gave her until a week before the event and only part of the order was delivered! Because of her lack to keep her word as a business owner our plans were ruined! Never again! Do not trust this place! I can not stress this out enough!!! I asked for her to call me and call me and call me and she never did until i asked for my money back. Until this she finally called me back and she didn’t even care to talk like a civil person but instead went straight to yelling and being very disrespectful. Horrible customer service! I do NOT recommend this place to anyone when you are having a big event. Only cause I need to give a star but I would not even give it one if it was up to me!!!!!

Its a great place to find cute Mexican dresses, but the prices are ridiculous!!! I understand its handmade but you can find better quality online & better prices.

I ordered a traje charro for me it came exactly how i wanted and it look very nice and elegant although the buttons weren’t open but they gladly accepted to open them for me would definitely recommend this place for your mariachi suits

Clothes are not of good quality very rude managment would not give a refund for a shirt that was torn and stiched back the stiching was awful i wish i could give it no stars very poor selection scam artist at their best giving a bad rep to the mexican hispanic culture will never shop here again i would not recommend it either when i spoke to the manager he was very impolite and laughed at the issue instead working with the customer even though the customers are the ones that make a bussiness grow but what do i know...

The sales guy followed me around the store as if i was going to shoplift. I didn’t even have a purse on me so it made me super uncomfortable. I had gotten pricing from them via messenger before heading out to that side of town and he ended up charging me more than he should have. When I got home I noticed that it had a price sticker inside the dress that stated the price was about 20 dollars less than what i was charged.not ok to take advantage of your customers.

Worst customer service ever! The owner is a very rude person towards customers and very pitty. Upset because a comment was said about her skirts being too expensive. Then cancels my transaction I was making mind you I was buying something else from her store. She said she couldnt accept the comment I made therefore she was denying Service to me. So who lost here? Youre better off buying merchandise from Mariachi Connection!

Terrible customer service !! Products way over priced. Sales are final but they dont tell you until you read it on the receipt after paying.Owner is the rudest person I have ever met!The worst customer service experience I have ever had in the US! I went to return the next day a dress that they sold me at double the price of other stores and they told me that sales are final and they do not accept returns! I ordered a Mexican charra outfit it has been the worse experience ever the outfit did not fit and told them they sent it back to get it fix and supposedly they fixed it and they dint I told them I wasnt happy they said just to take it like the way it was I paid $ 650 and they gave it to me worse then what it was never coming back to this store.I bought a charro suit and they sent it to me because the lady didnt take the right measures 6 months later they told me that I was ready and they didnt fix it they told me to take it to me as it was that they couldnt do anything wrong Service I will never return to the store !!

Very bad experience with this place. A month and a half ago I went to the store to order a charro trade for a baptism. I ordered the accessories because the ones they had were too big. Well my party is this Saturday. They had given me that by the last week of August the entire order arrived and they called me. Well I wait for the call and nothing. So this Friday that happened September 7 I went to the place to see what my order. Turns out they didnt have my full order but the order was arriving the next day. I told them to give me my money back and they denied it, I told them my order is already late, I made my plans and my child had a photo session and it had to be canceled. Well I waited and until today I went because I no longer had time for the weekend. I arrive at the store today and they dont have it and they finally give me my money back. So that so much back and forth would have returned my money from the beginning and I was looking for an alternative to my son but no and now I am 4 days away from the party and with nothing.If I could put 0 stars I would.
