I came to Honda World after buying a used bike from a private seller and the people there were SO helpful. Jason especially. He quickly told me time frames, costs, repairs, everything I needed to know. He was very honest with me and was super patient and understanding. (Which was especially nice since Im a new motorcycle rider). The other people I met there were also extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place for its service repairs and if youre looking to buy.

Pretty crazy I live 2.5 hr away want to buy a Bike for my son just needed an out the door price to get the money for them.They refused to give me and out the door price. That tell you one thing is that there is a lot of fees that they don’t want you to see. Oh the old school stuff just don’t work so good anymore. So Blake any the store just lost business.

Jason did a simple job get me a set of keys.but he needed to pull the ignition switch off to get the code, I won’t lose them again going into a holiday weekend he told me that they were back up to a week. I still needed them i took my bike in he called me the next day told he put a rush on it. Got to ride before it gets to cold thanks to my new favorite bike shop I come back because of Jason treated me like he was a good friend.

Bought a brand new 2021 Africa twin! Love the bike. I purchased this at Honda world, and was be excited to be there. However, the sales floor really couldnt answer my questions, and didnt really satisfy my needs. I knew what I wanted before I went in, yet my experience with Honda World wasnt what I thought it would be. From a lack of guest services, to lots of back and forth. I originally wanted to trade in my CBR, but after poor negotiations and insulting offers, I chose not to. While a few of their competitors had a little better pricing, I ultimately chose Honda World because they had a bike I was interested in, in stock.After purchasing the bike and some accessories, I found myself having to call them about installation and service rather than what I was led to believe.All in all, Honda World served me, but I think they have lots of room to grow with guest services, specials for large purchases, and more.

Went to Honda World in April to purchase a bike for my daughters birthday. The bike is great but unfortunately the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. It took 45 minutes before we were helped out and that was after asking for a sales rep twice. We ordered my daughters bike and we’re told they were a little back ordered but could guarantee it the end of May and at the latest the first of July. Totally understandable considering covid delays . At this time we were also told we were second on the list.Fast forward to end of May no bike and no communication. Call in to see how much longer the wait would be and during that call we were told that we are third on the list. I mentioned to them that we were told we were second and was told that we could be but the list is hard to read. After no contact from them and having to call in week after week and being told I was different spots (one of them was 5th on the list) each time we finally received my daughters bike in September.When I went in to pay the remaining balance they could not find my paperwork and I had to wait for a good 30-40 min for them to figure it out. Which makes me think I was second on the list and they skipped over us due to the lost paperwork.They also forgot to mention to us that we would also be paying for $508 in setup and freight as well as a $249 document fee. Even though the bike was not financed . I understand the need for certain things but just “forgetting to mention” shows how unorganized and highly lacking in communication.They have zero customer service, zero organization and could care zero percent about their customers.

Very happy and really appreciate the service from all the employees at Honda World. Called on a Wednesday trying to make an appointment for service on our 2005 Rubicon. Was told to just bring it in. (Had called another shop that is owned by a retired NBA star, was on hold for over 16 minutes until I finally hung up) Arrived @ Honda World that same day after 2 pm. Was greeted by one of the service advisors.He helped me unload the 4 wheeler and went and got Jason the service advisor that I had already made contact with.Jason called me around 3 pm. on Thursday saying the service had been completed. We talked for a few and decided due to the age and mileage it might be a good thing to change the brake fluid, anti freeze and the spark plug. Jason called me on Friday around 2 pm. saying the 4 wheeler was done. I was at work until they after they closed. I had to work on Saturday at 10:30. They open at 10:00. Jason told me to come in around 9:30 and they would get me taken care of. The same service advisor that helped me unload was there and met me in the parking lot and helped me reload the 4 wheeler. Think his name was Josh but not 100% sure. Matt the service manager made contact with me and made sure I was satisfied. The cashier was very friendly and considerate of my time constraint.We are very satisfied. Thank you to all the nice friendly employees that helped us with our 4 wheeler.

Walked in at 5.30.told them I was out at seven. By five minutes to seven I had my bike Bought and out the door.

The service, sales and parts department was very helpful and had a great experience when purchasing a bike. However, every time I called the main line, the receptionist/operator she was rude and unprofessional. Every time I called the receptionist acted like a was a complete nuisance to her for calling. She even hung up on me rudely towards the end of the call twice.

Great experience! I bought my third motorcycle from them. Cute little Rebel 300 ;) and the whole experience was great. Mackinnon was my sales dude and he has been the best salesman I’ve worked with yet because he was never pushy once. Just went along with whatever I said and made sure the singing went as quick as possible for me. I recently went to Karl Malone and got a bike there too and am even more disappointed I wasted time there. I was in a rush and they took advantage of that and snuck stuff in at singing (my error for not paying better attention, but the finance guy was an absolute sneak) but the finance gal who helped me out at HW was like night and day. Quick. Easy. Didn’t push anything, just offered. I’d absolutely recommend getting a bike here

I’ve been to Honda World a couple of times, each time not pulling the trigger on bike due to my own anxiety. Finally I end up going there and met up with Tyler, this dude rules. Everyone there rules. They are respectful and open about whatever your experience with bikes is, whether it be just starting or ten years in, doesn’t matter to them, they are there to help! That’s what made it even better about working with Tyler, he felt like a friend! I ended up picking up a Honda Super Cub as my first bike and love it. I came for a oil change and every single employee was so nice, they helped me figure out any questions I had, they were fast with the oil change and I really enjoyed there service and what they do, this is the motorcycle shop I’ll go to anytime if I have and question or problems. Every time I have visited, I have not been impressed by the staff other than the lady in apparel. Everyone else seems bothered to help. She is the only reason I have continued shopping there. Absolutely Five Stars. I’d give them more if I could. I was traveling from Bozeman to Albuquerque, and the Mechanic in Bozeman had tightened the chain too much on my Africa Twin It was making noises. The mechanics at Honda world didn’t have time or space. But they made some for a traveling motorcyclist. They made some time when they had none, - to make sure I had a chance to make it home safe. And because of them I did. All the stars!

Jason and the crew over at Honda World deserve more than 5 stars. I brought my bike in as a result of a huge fail from another dealership I bought it from. They diagnosed exactly what was wrong, how long it would take them to fix it, and outlined very clearly the scope of the work. They were extremely busy but made time to squeeze me in and get the work fixed in a reasonable amount of time. They even bought me an Uber to get me home! Upon pick up, Jason washed the bike, lubed the chain, and got me back on the road. I highly recommend Jason and the crew at Honda World!

Overall the offering at this location is very good and who can dispute the Honda product. I rated this as a 2 stars due to their pricing and integrity. Although this location is very close to my home, I just cant justify paying these higher prices. I purchased a new Honda 520 Rubicon this past spring and just could not bring myself to pay the extra 20% they were asking over another dealer. I also priced service work recently and they were 25% higher on a repair. Lastly, they serviced my Honda last summer. I recently found damage that was done during the repair. I was unable to convince them to cover or warranty their work. This was upsetting since I am looking at $1,000 in repairs on a new ATV with less than 500 miles. I understand they feel they did not damage my ATV and I know I did not damage it. So, in the end they felt it was my fault, so I lost.

Sure love my local Honda World! Jason, Tarzan, and all the other guys and gals that helped me have been great! Their whole team is amazing and I will always be happy to do by business through them. I trust them every time they manage my machine. They exceed all my expectations through and through. Great team to work with and I will always continue to do business with them!

Side by sides are found everywhere! Most dealerships offer the same products! But this place offers SO MUCH MORE! Respect, hard working, amazing customer service, such a chill NON PUSHY dealership! We had money down on a side by side at another dealership but the customer service was AWFUL so I pulled my money and went back on the search! I browsed Honda Worlds Website and found a Honda Talon I liked... I simply clicked to text and I got an instant response from Zach! I live over an hour away so he sent me detailed videos of the machine inside and out and helped me set it up just the way I wanted it! We added a street legal kit and was amazed at how the dealership squeezed it in and got it installed!! The installation is FLAWLESS! When we arrived Zach met us at the door, followed by Blake and Matt! All to which made us feel as if we had been purchasing from them for years!!! THIS IS THE ONE AND ONLY PLACE we will purchase from now on! Completely worth the drive!!! I purchased a used Honda from a private party. Once I got it home, I found there was an electrical issue. Stopping by the dealer closest to me was a nightmare. They werent helpful at all, so I left. Honda World came up on a Google search so I gave them a call and talked with Jason, the service adviser. He ran the bikes VIN and found I had nine days of warranty left and suggested I bring it in for repair. I did and have to say I was impressed with the whole dealership. It was clean, bright, with a lot of inventory, and the service bays were clean and well-lighted. After a tech inspected the bike, Jason called and said there was indeed a repair needed and that they were ordering a part. The part quickly arrived and Jason (as well as Matt, the service manager) made sure it was installed the same day so I could get one more day of riding in before snow hit. Im very pleased and impressed with Honda World and will continue to give them my business. You should, too.

Alex was super helpful when I went in to check out the new 2022 groms but I tried to follow up and place a deposit to purchase one and was left wanting more. The salesman on the phone couldn’t give me an out the door price or a time frame in which I would potentially get one.

I bought a brand new Honda CBR motorcycle from this place and decided to get the extended service contract with them, what a joke. Trying to make a service appointment is a total nightmare, and every time I brought my bike in it got damaged. Everything from scratched rims, mirrors, and my display was even melted. I called them to tell them about the issues and the service department said what do you want me to do about it. Dont waste your time or money getting anything here.

What a great experience I had at Honda World. I originally went in to get my bike appraised, but had a couple of options in mind other than just selling my bike to Honda World. I was greeted by Tarzan, who was extremely pleasant to work with. He is genuine, listens to what is being said, helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and made sure I was aware of all my options. I either wanted to sell my bike, trade it in, or do the minor repairs it needed. I ended up trading in my bike for a 2020 Rebel and got a sweet trade in price for my 2018 Rebel. Very professional sales team went I to purchase a crf50 and they said its 1-2 month out Wich Im totally fine with waiting and Dillion the salesman was not pushy or rude he has only been there a few weeks and I told him theres no rush when he was doing the paper work super nice and will recommend to all my friends and family

I sent them an email asking if they had bolts for my Honda ATV. I was in Salt Lake and I waited several hours for the response. Then I drove home and finally got a response. I removed my Bolts from the ATV and went to Lowes to buy them. No doubt, saving myself about $50

Not great but Not terrible. They had the part I went in for but it ended up costing a lot more then I expected. I got the part but ended up finding a cheaper one on Amazon. Customer service from Mathew was bad. Availability of the part was good. Mix of the price and bad customer service from Mathew caused me to look for a cheaper part online.

The guys over at Honda world are the best!! Zach absolutely knocked it out of the park with my new works addition crf 450, polite honest and most of all do what they say they were going to do and all the managers and works are very knowledgeable about everything in there store. Definitely buy from them again.

Service characterized the interaction far more than the sale; and when it came time to talk price, I felt like Zach did what he could to help me out. Im happy with the deal. Tarzan at Honda World was amazing. Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond during our purchase of a new cb650r by spending a good hour buffing out and removing minor scratch marks on the tank left by the factory. The other staff were also great. Highly impressed with the people and service.

I bought a 2019 crf 450 r had a couple problems with the bike but overall the shop and everyone there has been very supportive and understanding over the circumstances and are doing the best to get me back on the bike, maybe going to grab another bike with the love from the Honda family and support. Definitely think they will be the brand I stay with the people working hours on end to satisfy everyone is truly amazing thank you all for the support and helping me and my family follow our dreams.

Excellent customer service... We didnt expect to buy a new bike on our visit.. Zach was such a cool dude and was very patient. He gave my wife and I all the time we needed to talk about the numbers and the details. Honda World was fantastic. Zach got us what we wanted, quick and easy. No trying to sell us anything we didnt need. Very courteous and genuinely kind. He made sure everything was in working order before explaining all the bells and whistles with our new scooters. Zach even stayed after the store closed so he could help us load the scooters up and tie them down since we had no idea how. All the other staff we encountered were also kind and genuinely friendly. 110% recommend Zach and Honda World for any future purchases!

I came in with a busted license plate light that I needed fixed. I work at night, with my moped being the only way I can get around, and with the light out I was going to have problems. The rep help find a replacement and within 30 min and helped me replace it. They understood that my moped was my car and needed fixing as quick as it could be done. They have a lifelong customer in me.

Walked a few laps around the store and no one asked if I needed help or anything so I left. They where pretty busy but a well be woth you in a minute would have been cool.

Zach did an absolute incredible job. This place is biz-zee and Zach took the time to make sure I was taken really good care of, got what I came for, and left ready to hit the dirt with our new bike. The dealer fees are firm, but seriously, thank you Zach for the smooth purchasing experience and for a fantastic bike ready go. These guys did what they said they would and more. Very customer oriented. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back for another bike.

Andrew and Blake and Alex were truly a pleasure to work with. They were very efficient and incredibly easy to work with. I had thee best service experience with Honda World and their entire service staff! I would recommend to anyone and everyone over and over again! I was in dire need for a back tire change and was unsuccessful on five different attempts with five other shops all around The Valley or any type of timely service and Honda World was able to take care of me same day. I brought it in at 10:00 AM and dropped the bike off and by 4:30 that same day they were complete with no hassle.Exceptional service, customer service was on point and really friendly staff that was willing to help and backed it up by taking care of me same day!Great Job Honda World you have a customer for life!

Honda World is fantastic. I was a little intimidated when I first went there for my Shadow and then my VTX 1300 but they were great.They got all the parts I needed and were very patient with all of my questions.Great place.

I enjoyed my experience at Honda World, Christian is a great salesman and a fun guy to hang out with at the dealership. I have been into other motorcycle shops but not with the same experience as I had at Honda World. Will be back when the need arises!
