Your Better off buying online!!Gamestop used to be the place you could trade your older games out. And walk out with a different game for under 20 bucks. They Carried all types of console games from older to new.ITS NOT LIKE THAT ANYMORE! They sold out! Its only all new games, and only for the newest consoles. I guarantee you you could not walk out of GameStop now buying anything in there for under $20. Their prices are extremely ridiculous considering you can go on Amazon and buy the same two games you wanted for the price gamestop wanted for one.I Do Not Recommend.

Stopped in today to trade in games (wanted new mario kart) and was greeted by a very knowledgeable employee, we were checking out other games and she knew about every single one and even what the have available, and the dates I could get them shipped to me if needed. Incredible customer service, wasnt pushy at all. I wish I could remember what her name was but Im sure she gets all the good reviews.

Honestly, writing on behalf of the store, and not the company. 9/10 times I come in here and the staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable, hard to complain about that. They explain current deals and specials and just do good work.

Great deals are to be had here, especially for their membership club. I went there for an extra Xbox One controller, which they were out of due to Black Friday, but I did find two great games at very discounted prices.

Absolutely the best one Ive been to, the gentleman I spoke with (either a manager or the owner) was very straightforward and actually talked me into spending less money and explained in detail why which for me was important because I was there for my kids and havent played Nintendo since Mike Tysons punch out lol!! Would definitely recommend and I will be returning for sure!!

GameStop is a pretty cool place. They also have a really cool membership thing that you can get set up on and get points and earn rewards. The way they have the store set up is nice. Its organized according to platform. I dont think there is as many use games as there used to be in this place. And its probably because theyre ripping people off when they resell games back to them. employees are extremely nice and very helpful. They have a vast knowledge of games, gameplay, and background stories.

Dont buy $gme buy $doge instead.

This store is the reason brick and mortar game store will be a thing of the past. Every time we go there they never have the item on stock. Their excuse for having it in the shelf in the first place is we can order it.. wth get it together

Staff was very helpful and understanding what games would work with our Nintendo system. I had to go back two times for different reasons and both times were good. the man helped me understand what games would be best for my kid on the first time. The lady helped me get games from another store reserved.

I’ve been going to this store since I was 8 years old, and still go there to this day. The staff is always super friendly and willing to suggest games or give you advice on anything gaming. The only reason this doesn’t have 5 stars is because, as everyone knows, this is Gamestop. The games are a little overpriced and you might as well be giving away you’re items if you trade something in. But other than that, this is one of my favorite places to go talk to my fellow friends, geeks and gamers. If you ever need advice about a game, this is the place to go.

Best staff I’ve experienced in my shopping history. I have gone in three times in the past week trying to get my Christmas figured out for my children who love gaming, and me with very little knowledge about deals, video game history or current trends, and this staff, different people at different times, have all been incredible. They led me to deals I wouldn’t have known about, went above and beyond with my requests of items they didn’t carry to help me find them at other stores not affiliated, even dug in the back to throw in a sign I liked that wasn’t for sale and as a thank you for being a new customer. I’ve never seen a staff like this and will refer them always. Amazing.

I dealt with Alex at this location it was terrible. I came to this location to pick up a game for my son. When I brought the game up to the counter Alex pulled out a used copy of the game, but then rang it up at the brand new price. When I asked Alex if it should be the used price he gave me a bunch of B.S. trying to say that an opened game is still considered as new. He refused to help any further and starting giving attitude. Dealing with Alex was the worse experience I have ever had at a gamestop.

This location gets an extra star for the helpful and friendly staff, but as with any GameStop, the prices are ridiculous. The trade-in value is always super low when you want to offload used games, then marked up heavily for resale. I get that: they need to pay rent, pay staff, keep the lights on and so manage to make a profit, but the amount of markup has always seemed a bit excessive even with that kept in mind.Example from the website: Halo: The Master Chief Collection retails used for $39.99. if you trade it in, in-store, you will get $8.80. They give you less than a quarter what they will sell it for. On the other hand, you can buy the same game from Best Buy for $29.99. New. Thats only if you cant find a better price elsewhere and have them price match. I did this, and got them to match Amazons $27.99.Great local service isnt going to convince me to buy from GameStop. Corporate needs to fix this before they price themselves out of the market.

Called the store on 3/19/20 at around 9pm, and Robert Christensen was super rude to me on the phone. We were there for a release that had been cancelled without notification and I had some questions about how to get the game, and Robert basically ended up yelling at me over the phone that it wasnt his fault, and refusing to give us any help or advice. Real bad.

Me and my husband come in this location frequently since we have moved to the area, staff there are very friendly and help us every time we walk in the door, have never felt uncomfortable there as they all make conversation and make us feel like more than just another customer, and they always try to go above and beyond their normal responsibilities to make sure we are happy customers, thanks for making this location great! .

I love there used games for sale, you have 7 days to try out the used games and exchange the games if you dont like the games. With a receipt of coarse. The customer service is great, they will look in the computer to find what store has your game in stock.

Love this GameStop the manager dude is hella chill but the balding lady there is kinda rude to other customers. like a customer would come in and ask for something and she is always like nope we dont got it but she didnt even look into the system doesnt offer to look it up at other stores until customer ask for it and I go in there pretty often and I never she her out from behind the counter. She is not a customer service oriented person. But the rest of you guys are awesome.

As far as prices go I would definitely try to shop around to see what you really want. The staff is nice and they have tons of games however dont ever trade anything in! If you try to sell it somewhere else youll get way more money! I usually look here, amazon and walmart to see which has the cheapest prices for a certain game. Theyre usually all over the place as far as prices for the games go.

Great staff and clean store

Well stocked, clean, and a good selection of games for sale. However, the two sales associates behind the registers didnt even acknowledge us until after we had walked around an empty sales floor for almost 20 minutes.

I ordered a Wii U for Christmas online. The system came defective, then I went to this store and the manager at the night evening shift, a lady with short hair, was extremely friendly, customer service oriented and professional. He resolved the problem and won my business. I will buy there and refer that store anytime! That was good customer service!

The people are friendly but you can tell they are forced to upsell and its sad to good employees forced to be a little scummy when you can clearly see they dont want to be. I love the employees there but I dont like what the company is turning into.

Went to take in my defective Xbox since I had purchased the 2 year warranty. I was met with a lot of skepticism by the employees.. I was told that since I didn’t have the original controller they’d have to remove the one from the new Xbox I would get. I don’t know how they are going to do that since I ended up having to order the one I wanted since they didn’t have it in stock.. I was also told that the serial numbers between the Xbox and the receipt didn’t match and they said they weren’t going to be able to do the replacement, but I asked them to recheck because there was no way that was possible, after an eye roll they rechecked, and sure enough the serial numbers matched... they proceeded to blame their scan gun for messing up the serial number.I had everything I needed for the warranty replacement to go smoothly... yet I was treated like I was cheating the system.

First off their staff is amazing!!! Every time I go into the store im greeted right away and sometimes I am even welcomed home by a few of the staff :). Maybe because Im in the store 2-3 times a week Hahah. Theres one staff thats always there to help me out every time I come in. I cant remember her name sadly but she has black hair thats short, wears glasses, and is an amazing staff! She always helps me find whatever Im looking for and even helps me find games I might be interested in! Shes amazing at her job and she even helped me today find a controller I needed for my PS2! Shes definitely amazing and a great staff to keep forever! Love this store and I am definitely going to continue shopping at this location!!

The clerk, Brittany, was quite unpleasant. I carefully pulled an item forward on a locked peg to get a better angle to read the package, and I hear, Dont RIP that off the wall, its locked! In a very short-tempered tone.Shortly after, a kid and his parents returned to ask about a game, and she retorts, I already told you we dont have that here. I gave your dad a paper with the address to the store that does have it, ok!? And with that, they leave, with me short behind them.Not sure Ill be shopping at this location anymore.::Yet another edit::So, I feel like I need to update my review again, especially concerning the above-mentioned employee, Brittany. I decided to go back to this location because it is closest to my house, and therefore more convenient. The last 3 times I have been there, This employee has been working. I dont know if she stumbled upon this review and became embarrassed, but she has been wonderfully polite, friendly, and helpful each and every time. Just goes to show that you cant base your entire opinion on a store location based on one employees apparent bad day.::Edit 3.0::So I take back what I said. Called every hour to see if they had a specific item in stock. Kept telling me to call back later. They had received shipment but didnt know if it was in the shipment. Finally went over to the store and they had been sold out of that item - it had been in the shipment! Lied about it still being in boxes but was selling it to customers; didnt bother to tell me! Second worst customer service experience ever!

So i just wanna start off by saying thank you to the store manager Sam. She provided some of the best customer service i have seen in quite a long time. Now i bought a used ps4 about 2 weeks ago. Long story short it qas defective. I had thrown away the receipt and box because it seemed to work fine at first. So we call up the store and explain our situation. Sam told us to bring in the system and she would take a look. We get there and she took care of it in a very fast and professional way. All the while being friendly. Got a new system seems to work fine. All is right again. All thanks to an amazing store manager. And as for the store its clean and seems to be kept in a tidy order. Def the best gamestop in the valley. 10/10

I went in to purchase a code for a game online and the gentleman ringing me up was unsure if he was selling me what I was looking for, i told him i dont feel comfortable with buying it and this obnoxious girl in glasses was like, just try it it wont hurt. I was like no. And she continued to explain to me why i should but it. I said no thanks. She stared at me. Not saying a word but just staring like she was having the hardest time with me telling her i dont want it. I walked away and behind me i hear her say unbelievable . All because i didnt see her point of view. Its my fn money. Im the customer!!! Never will i come back here

First time at this store, best staff I’ve seen at any game store wasn’t super busy at the time I went on Saturday. First off Justin is the best, he recommended the gold 500 pro from plantronics, I originally only needed a mic but I’m glad he convinced me. If you don’t have an dobly atmos headset this is the one to get for 80 bucks it’s the best deal on the market can’t find these anywhere else from what I can tell not even amazon. When I put these headphones on it instantly changed how I game! Sounds I’ve never heard before not to mention the sounds you do hear is significantly improved good luck to those trying to sneak up on you when playing battlefront or any first person shooter like that game. Trust me when I say you won’t be disappointed in other words, GET THIS HEADSET ASAP! Otherwise your just a noob in my book. I also got a chat pad for xbox one however what I got was a chat pad for xbox 360. Not an issue they will exchange this with no problem and yes the label said xbox one. I can’t honestly blame the store for this as it was probably theft of some kind or some kid thinking he’s funny. Regardless best gaming need buying experience I had. Justin asked me what I was looking for what my needs where and then recommended what he thought was best! HE WAS RIGHT! If you do buy anything from game stop go to this store don’t bother with any other GameStop as Justin is the man to see. Also get the warranty can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten mad or simply dropped a disk, controller and was out the cost but not with game stops warranty if it breaks you get a new one free of cost just bring it in. Again glad Justin explained why I should get the warranty I’m usually agents them. But not anymore at least with game stop.

Love all the staff that work here (especially junie😋) everyone is knowledgable about games of all genres. My only problem is they will often take a longass time at checkout and that can be annoying but other than that its perfect.

Not a very happy camper after last nights experience.Granted it is a few days after Christmas so things are going to be a mess.Traded in about 30 ps3/ps4/wii and xbox 360 games and got enough credit to purchase 1 new game. Also threw in a charger which didnt ring up right and the employee was unable to fix it without short changing me even more. Out of frustration I just left. Couldnt handle being there any longer than I had been and was irritated with the messy store and counter. a third of my games only gave me 3 cents credit each.... After spending 50-60$ new on these? What a joke. I did however get 6-8$ for a few of these games. This is why people shop online.

They held my pick up order. and knew exactly who I was and what I ordered when I arrived. The cashier was friendly and I set up a membership with Gamestop.
