These pharmacists are just so awesome! They always take care to get my prescriptions filled as sickly as they can, have amazing customer service, and you can just tell they are in hustle mode! I just appreciate them so much. I had changed pharmacies to this one because it was closer but I’m so impressed with them, the distance is just the bonus! Thank you guys! 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I strongly question the decision making capabilities of anyone who uses CVS. If you like waiting on hold, or in line at the store, for over an hour every time you need a prescription then CVS might be a fit for you. Otherwise, go to just about any other pharmacy and get far better service and more experienced and effective pharmacists in just a few minutes.

Good pharmacy but the wait for service is ridiculous. Inside or outside at the drive through there is always a long, long wait to pick up or drop off a prescription. Not sure why they are so slow but don’t plan on getting in and out quickly.

Worst CVS experience ever! Employees were rude, unhelpful, and acted like I was an inconvenience. Handed her a coupon and she said “you can’t use that.” I told her “it’s two coupons per purchases” and showed her small print she said “yeah, the Machine won’t take that.” the Prices we’re all over the place and what was listed sale did not come up sale. Left and went to American Fork, They didn’t have any issues with the coupon, and AF was very helpful and kind. Never going back to south Jordan.

NOONE answers this phone, I can NEVER get anyone unless I wait at the bare minimum of 15 minutes but I usually wait closer to 30. I don’t know if they need to hire more people or what? But this is ridiculous.

Do not use this pharmacy. It is chaos incarnate. Just come view for yourself before you have them fill a Rx. Go anywhere else.

Came to pick Up medicine at the pharmacy at 8:02pm they said they can’t help me because they close at 8:00pm. Asked one of the workers if I can do drive thru they told me to come back tomorrow. Came back next morning waited 30 minutes to get the medicine. Poor service!!!

I understand that they can be busy but to be ignorant and rude is very unprofessional. No need for attitude when it takes a quick second to look up and answer questions. If you dont like to work hard or be in a busy environment then maybe whomever it is answering phones today 6/23/21 should maybe find another job.

Worst CVS locations n I have ever been to! Everytime I pick up a script I have to wait at least 20-30 mins in the drive-thru Lane. Understanding that this is a busy location, hire more people get more organized, do something.

I really needed a medication, that the distributor was not sending to my regular Pharmacy! CVS really went the extra mile to help me!!!🥰Thank you so much CVSA special shout-out to the lady that really helped me💜 Get my medication on the 19th of May, through the drive up and went out of her way to call me early, to say that she had it all together and that I could pick it up ...😇💜

I can not say enough about the pharmacy at this CVS. I moved from out of state and had to dealwith CVS all the time. It was a headache and a nightmare. Well we moved and this CVS is a dream! Everyone is so nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to help. Liz (the pharmacist) and Hannah are just a few who have been so incredible. I have had several complicated issues and every time I call, they work with me and help resolve it. My doctors who have had to call, can’t believe how amazing and helpful this CVS is. You won’t be disappointed going here!

This pharmacy will not inform you if they do not carry your item; they also will not fill an item if your insurance doesn’t cover it. So if you have more than one item, and one item is covered and in stock - they will text saying come get your prescription. Then when you arrive they won’t have everything, and have done nothing to let you know. I wanted to purchase the prescription that my insurance didn’t cover on my own expense, but that wasn’t even an option. Also, the staff I dealt with couldn’t clearly explain to me what had happened and acted like I didn’t have any prescriptions waiting. Maybe she just needs more training but the next person came through and clearly explained everything to me. I wish this pharmacy wasn’t the most convenient to me because I was not impressed.

Not my fav CVS at all. Didn’t like the lack of personality from the staff. Won’t be coming back, love the Sandy location.

I was able to get my covid-19 vaccine with in 10 minutes of my arrival time. Fast and easy waited only 15 minutes for obsevation.

The pharmacy tech working the drive up window was so rude!!! I called to inform the Pharmacist and was told that she has a flat affect and that a lot of people think shes being rude! She didnt care and couldnt wait to get off the phone with me! I can not believe the lack of customer service at South Jordan location! Awful!!!

There is hardly ever a wait at the pharmacy. If more than 2 people are in line, another pharmacist comes to help. The front check out people dont like anyone, they tell you to use the self check, and if something doesnt ring up right, they argue with you. Glad I only used the pharmacy today.

Very rude woman working in the pharmacy. Not sure of her name but she was Asian and has blue hair. She was so rude and so slow and absolutely condescending to everyone that I left before I could get my service done and she still filed a claim with my insurance company. Fraud.

Weve tried. In fact, weve given CVS every benefit of the doubt. This is the most unorganized, inept, and apathetic pharmacy around. Their prices are all over the place, and getting customer help is a thing of the past. Please, save yourself the frustration and headache ... go elsewhere.

I have to admit, I normally despise big chain pharmacies/shopping centers, and was forced to fill my prescriptions here by my insurance company... BUT...I am ABSOLUTELY PLEASED with the service and products here at CVS. I have actually switched my entire familys business over to this store, because I have been treated so well by their staff. Very thorough, available, quick, professional, and polite. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!

Stopped into the store today to see if by chance you had any paper masks. Not the hospital grade just the throw away masks. The older gentlemen stocking the store looked at me like I was the virus. With the CDC asking anyone going out to wear one and I also have mono so my immune system isnt the best I thought it might be good to have one for necessary times I have to leave the house. I tried to order on Amazon but they are weeks out. I really dont like to complain about people because we are all human and this is a crazy time but I left feeling really bad about myself. I ended up buying some easter candy and a doll for my granddaaughters birthday so it wasnt a waisted trip. The younger guy that checked me out was much more pleasant. I dont think I will return to the store until this is over. I definitely dont want to feel like Im the virus again.

Went to get a passport photo and had a quick and easy experience. Overall was pretty satisfied, though the employees weren’t very professional.

I cannot believe how overpriced this place is. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else. I will never be making the mistake of returning to this or any CVS again.

Not COVID friendly AT ALL, including drive through pharmacy. Use this location as a last resort and be prepared for staff that acts put out when asked to distance themselves properly.

Fist time using the pharmacy... filling the script was a good experience. The refill on the other hand was a joke. I called 3 different times & got 3 different days that I could pick it up. HAD TO TRANSFER back to old pharmacy further away from my house so I wouldn’t deal with this again. 1st & Last time, back to Walgreens.

Waited 30 min in drive thru with 2 cars in front of me, finally had to exit line to make appointment .. also dropped off script on Tuesday my doctor approved same day (i called to confirm) CVS did not fill until Friday ? They said it was on hold for unknown reason then said I could pick up in 1 hour when I asked questions ?? Very unorganized location sad

By far by far the best staff Ive ever dealt with in my life! They went above and beyond for me! Not to mention any names but there female staff went the extra mile for me! They will forever have my respect and business. Thank you CVS for your help!. You guys are amazingly nice and went the extra mile for me! Especially when they didnt need too!

This pharmacy is completely disorganized, ill-informed and rude. I dont write many online reviews, but feel the department manager should be aware of it and correct it. After having a multitude of bad experiences, I have decided to relocate my medication to a different pharmacy up the street. They also text/call you to inform you that your medication is ready for pickup. When you get there, they have no idea what you are talking about.

The employees at this store are exceptional. The staff at the pharmacy go above and beyond in providing kind and caring service. Thank you.

Ricardo is an amazing pharmacist who always delivers promptly with accuracy, and a smile no matter how busy the store may be. He’s a breath of fresh air in the pharmacy world.

I went into the store a month ago and talked to the pharmacy about switching to a different brand of prenatal because the current one tastes bad to me. They said they were able to help order the brand I requested, as well as make it a 3 month supply instead of monthly.I go in today and apparently the brand I requested has been discontinued, and they only have 1 month supply of the terrible tasting one in store. This is not the first time this has happened. I have asked for a 3 month supply for birth control before and the same thing happens.I dont know what kind of computer system/record keeping this store runs on but its terrible and this will be the last time I place any prescription orders here.

They deserve negative stars.. I have a certain brand that I use for my prescription. I called the day before to make sure everything was in order. Once I received my prescription, it was that the wrong brand. They said they could do nothing about it (since I drove away from the drive-through window) even though I told them I cannot use this brand. I need this medication every day or I can go through withdrawal. The staff are idiots and I recommend that you use other pharmacies for your prescriptions. Very unhappy and WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!I switched to the cvs in Herriman and they are amazing. They always have my brand and if not they make sure to get it before my fill date. But I will never go to the South Jordan location again.

This is the closest CVS to me so its my go to store. Ive never had a bad experience because Im usually in and out of there not needing help. Today is a different story. I placed a curbside order for 2 things. Its advertised as Free 1-hour curbside pick up. After an hour I received a text that theyre working on my order so I waited 10 minutes and then I called the store. I spoke with Zach Vancleve and he is very rude and not very knowledgeable. I explained to him my issue and he immediately said it might be the wrong store Im calling. So, I asked for their address he had to place me oh hold to check. He came back and confirmed that I had the right address but then he tells me they dont have my order. I told him I received the confirmation text and theyve taken the money out of my account. He then tells me that theres nothing they can do because it hasnt processed in their system yet. I asked if I can come in and bring the receipt they texted me and he says no he still wont be able to do anything. Its going on 2 hours now and I still havent received anything. He is supposed to be the manager and its really sad because he had no customer service skills at all. He knows nothing. I asked for corporates phone number and he put me on hold for 3 min to find the number which was 1800-Shop CVS.

This CVS has the absolute worst customer service I have seen anywhere. The employees are extremely rude. I went in to pick up some photo orders and was told that I could only pick up one order. I ordered these photos using their app on my phone. I proceeded to call CVS corporate and they are just as bad. The person I spoke with told me they would call the store and talk to the employees and then they told me they could not get through to the store so there was nothing else for them to do. When I was at the store 5 minutes prior both employees were just standing at the service desk twiddling they thumbs. Do not shop here! Take your business elsewhere like Walgreens!

The pharmacy staff is great, but the system they use causes struggles to get me the right prescriptions at the right times.

Had no trouble running in and out with the 1 item I needed there. Would shop there again.

Worst customer service ever

Just went to refill a Strattera prescription. I was told I needed to pay $144 dollars. Hmmm, when I refill this at Smiths, my insurance requires a co-pay of $10. Looks like I am transferring my prescription to Smiths and requesting PEHP request an audit of CVS transactions to see if they are either failing to run it through insurance or if they are and pocketing the extra money.

Everyone in this store is rude !!! Especially the general Manager !! Stay away from this placeBad costumes we service !!

The pharmacy actually closes at 8:50. If you come in any later than that, the gates are all locked up tight.Prices are ridiculous. Many items (pain reliever, vitamin, etc) are double what they are everywhere else.

Can occasionally have long wait times and sometimes they dont have the prescriptions we need, but thats pretty typical of most other pharmacies too.

Why do I continue to use this location to pick up my prescriptions?? The wait is always horrendous. Not to mention the last THREE times I came my prescriptions were not ready. Twice I waited 24 hours to pick up before I went in to pick up. The other time I waited 1 1/2 hours before swinging by to pick up my prescription. I try to call to see if my prescription is ready to be picked up and I’m on hold for 20+ minutes.I’m sure the staff is great and work hard but if your doctor calls in a prescription you shouldn’t have to wait 24 hours for it to be ready especially if it is an antibiotic.

When I first moved here I really liked this pharmacy, however, I noticed after a while the customer service went down hill and most of the staff at the pharmacy are rude, over worked and understaffed. Especially since they acquired another pharmacy, I have had to wait a day or two before getting to pick up a prescription I had dropped off. I have reached out to their management team and gotten responses back but, sadly after giving it try after try, I have decided to no longer fill my prescription here.Most recently, I had a prescription that was sent in and I hadnt heard back, also I couldnt get through on their phone. So I went to the pharmacy a day later and asked if they have my prescription filled, and ready for pick up, they said no, but they would work on it,So I had to wait 45 mins, to pick up an antibiotic, that was sent in the morning before, to be filled.Fine, one time thing, its a fluke I thought, then the same thing happened when I had to get a different medication filled a couple weeks later. Save yourself the Hassel and try another CVS .
