The people here are knowledgeable, nice, and willing to help. The same person is there every time I go in, I assume shes the only one who works there?, but she always greets me and other customers with a smile no matter the circumstance. A lot of these reviews are negative and talk about how they arent open during operating hours, which is sad to think that this many people discard the health and safety of other humans. Do better!!!

I get my Amazon packages delivered here usually because I live in an apartment complex and it’s just a bit safer to get them shipped to a different place rather than left on my doorstep while I’m not home. I guess they were closed for a few days because I ordered something I need for my dogs and it should have been here over a week ago and they tried to deliver it every day for 5 days straight and every day I got notifications that they weren’t open so they couldn’t deliver my packages. I tried to call Amazon two days ago to change my delivery address and they told me that the packages had been delivered the day I called, however I was on my way into work so I was unable to pick them up that same day. I went yesterday to try and pick them up, they had the lights on and everything but no one to be seen and the doors were locked at 4pm. Today, I tried again around 2:30pm, but the same thing happened. I can see my packages sitting on the floor, lights on, no one to be found, and doors were locked. I have tried calling the store multiple times and no one ever answers. I just want what the vet told me I needed to order for my dogs health, but it’s been over a week now and I am literally unable to pick up my packages. And what I ordered I can’t just get from a pet store. I just called customer service and the first man I spoke with just outright hung up on me in the middle of me explaining my situation.

I have been by this location 3 different times this week and each time I have been by there, a note is taped to the door, Closed Early twice - Open tomorrow at 10am and Gone to lunch, be back at 3:30pm and it was only 1:15pm in the middle of the week. How long does lunch take? Im coming here on MY lunch break, trying to shop local to help keep people in jobs, but Im not going to waste my time again trying this store location. Im going to get my products online and delivered to my door...

The store is never open I have stopped several times at different times of the day.The doors are locked lights are on the sign out front says OPEN and no sign on the door saying otherwise!!!!Damn maddening!

Employees seem to not even ask if you need help. Always out of stock of ghost products. Never answer phone. Hand written sign on door saying closed early back at 10 am next day. Very frustrating.

Justin helped us. Didnt seem like he wanted to help us find a product and rushed the phone call. Offered a product that had ingredients in it that I had mentioned Im allergic to... I almost drank it too. He was quick and rude when he hung up the phone saying they dont have a single product that could work for me. So I wont be doing business with GNC again.

Why are they never open? I have tried to go 3 times over the last two weeks and they are never open! It’s noon and they open at 10am. Doors locked, lights off. They could at least put up a sign.

I have been by the south jordan district location multiple times to find that they decided to close early in the middle of the day. I called other locations about it and they said the manager at the south jordan location is a joke.

David was super helpful. He was able to help me fairly quickly, and was super knowledgeable about all I asked him.I only say he was fairly quickly because at one point the desk was having internet server issues, which took some time. But he was very engaging and helpful during the whole process. I will be returning.

Store is not open. Says open with a sign that they have gone on a bathroom break. Walk into target for 5 minutes come back out sign is gone, doors are locked at 7pm.Suppose to be open until 9pm .

Stopped by to pick up some supplements on my way home from work. Doors were locked, lights are off at 8:40 p.m. Employee is sitting behind the counter eating and would not come unlock the door as he was trying to hide from sight. 4/16/19

Horrible location! I came here twice during business hours and one time it said gone for lunch, the next time it was 10 minutes before closing they were already closed up (6/9/2014 @ 8:45pm)
