Bill was extremely honest and provided outstanding service. Within the newer and more specialized economy I was stranded with a dead battery in a newer car that required a mechanic or the tools in my garage. Dealership wouldn’t commit and if I didn’t find Sierra Alternators and Starters my trip would have been ruined.

Bob fit me in with a busy schedule. I thought I needed a new starter but after looking at it he concluded I just needed new terminal connections. His attitude was awesome and it made me want to share my experience.
