Fantastic place to rent and buy equipment from. Mark spent about a half an hour going over different skis and their pluses and minuses for my son and I. We rented skis for 2 days tried four different pairs. My son fell in love with the Faction CT 2.0 Rose and they gave us 25% off plus wiped away all of our rental fees. Ended up saving about 45% on a brand new pair of skis. These guys are super knowledgeable and very helpful. They werent very pushy like a lot of places. If you want good quality information and demo the latest and greatest this is definitely the place to come when youre in Lake Tahoe.

Many thanks to Mark, Owen and the rest of the demo Center crew, for their experienced assistance over the last couple of weeks. Travelling from Australia, they made the process of trialling, purchasing and storing our skis seamless. They were professional, not pushy, informative and very friendly. Best ski & boot shop in town.

I came in on the recommendation of another ski shop to have my broken boot repaired. I knew i was in the hands of a real pro mechanic when he got out the coffee can of parts and put together just what was needed to fix my broken boot. Many thanks to the shop and the mechanic for some great skiing on a boot that is as good as new!!!

Slow service but their boot fitting is second to none. When getting custom boots fitted, you don’t hurry...you get it right. They got it right.

Review about the shop at 1001 heavenly village way 20Worst pair of ski I ever rented. Their high performance ski are the ordinary beginner skies. If you want better equipment you have to ask for demo, which are super expensive.
