I have the best experience shopping there!! Gabon is amazing person súper friendly, he help me out a lot, he’s a very hard worker he is always staying busy. He is willing to help others at any time. Gabon has a very positive attitude & communicates well with others.

I accidentally left my wallet at their store and they took the time to mail it back to me and everything was still intact. I’m so thankful. Super nice staff.

Its a great store if your a woman. Almost no mens clothing lol . The store was well stocked with home and womens garments . The register staff was very slow but friendly so that was nice . In closing T.J. Maxx is a big fish in a small lake Tahoe pond (pun intended)

Seemed clean with a greeter at the front door with sanitized carts. Very friendly employees and wide variety of products available. Had what I was looking for...king size pillow and cases.

Very cool store. Has lots of stuff besides clothes. Toys, electronics, games, puzzles, pots, pans, etc. Name brand clothes for great prices. Very clean store and social distancing measures in place. Highly recommend looking here before paying retail prices. Way to go TJ Maxx

Clean, organized and following Covid guidelines. You have hand sanitizer and they will allow a limit number of people. The shop is well organized, easy to find everything and quite big. The staff are really helpful and you can find lots of brands!

I love the selection of items at this store. The pet section has so many cool things! The decor is often seasonal and you can find super cool decorations! The clearance clothes section can give you a steal! I love this store!

Small, limited store. Employees avoided eye contact and walked away when asked about mask enforcement and customers walking around maskless. Management did nothing. I will not shop here.

This is a great place for home decor and random fun finds. If you are looking for something specific, say shoes for anyone besides ladies this is the wrong store. They do have luggage, random makeup, clothes for all ages, home decor, bedding, jewelry, pet supplies and holiday decorations.

This place is just about the only decent place to go to buy decent clothes. Yeah, theres another place up on 50 but for some reason the clothes here seem to be better made. Good home stuff here too...

Kind and and go beyond ther way to offer help

Some of these types of stores feel really picked through and dont have much selection. This one is not! They always have a great selection of items. They also pay attention to seasonal demands and offer a large selection of winter clothing. I have found some really great prices on high quality outerwear.

This store has a good selection of nice things. If youre in town for snow or summer sports, youll find lots of good deals on name brand outerwear. Yesterday, I bought a bunch of smart wool socks and a Columbia jacket! They also have a lot of salon hair and skin products. Their shoe section is small, but they make up for it in other ways. If you dont find what you need there, there is a sporting goods store next door too.

Its one of the best places to shop!

Tjmaxx small store with a little bit of everything! Nice shoe selection. Name brand sales. Jewelry dept. good. Sales people hard to find. But s Little patience and you can score a great deal. Clothes not very good. Men’s dept good. Great sales in housewares. Pet supplies good. And guess what? I found philosophy brand soaps! Great scents!

Great selection and all staff wore masks. Dressing rooms are currently not open, but returns on clothing offered up to 30 days.

Clean store and everyone is so pleasant. Its a small store but there is a really hood variety of items. It was a busy day when we went but the checkout process was quick. The store manager, Stephen, was helpful when we asked for assistance.

They have a great staff here. The Shopper should buy more quality clothing. If you get there after a shipment you find some nice things. Many times I go and theres nothing. I have noticed a lot of TJ Maxx throughout the nation are like this now. Its a shame because this store has wonderful employees.

Every trip to Tahoe ( about twice a year) I have to stop here to shop and find way too many things. Yes I love the store in ELk Grove but Tahoe .... well it’s mountain country and Autumn 🍂 especially, I love the unique things I find here from apparel, jewelry, handbags and gifts. One year I found the most unique gifts for friends for Christmas. I’m sure they thought I shopped at Macy’s in NY. Stopping in had become a tradition but be warned, not sure you will walk out empty handed.

Due to covid, the inventory is always very low right now. However, it is TJ Maxx and its always worth going to check out.

Similar to most TJMaxx but they do seem to try to have in stock apparel tourist may need/want to purchase on vacation. I usually stop by in July and they have lots of swimsuits. Store is good size. Staff is friendly & helpful.

One of my Very Fav Branches. Huge, clean, well laid out, high ceilings - great lighting - and exceptional merchandise. One of the very nicest TJ Maxx stores I have ever shopped in...Really Good Shoe Dept! Excellent bedding and linens department.

Excellent customer service. Staff is super patient and the store is clean. Wish the store was better stocked but not bad for such a remote area.

Good selection on snow items

Really nice staff, hardly ever a line. I couldnt find an item and the staff member walked me over to a couple locations (one regular, one clearance) instead of just pointing and saying over there. At register line, a staff member was standing attentively to greet me, complimented my hair, and directed me to the next available cashier. I will be shopping here at Christmas now for sure! Best service than any TJ Maxx Ive ever been in.

Meh... Its TJ Maxx.My G/F loves TJs, and this is the only reason I rate so high. I have troubles finding clothes to fit - Im 64 230lbs. - not that their guys section is that great anyways.

Always look forward to coming to this T.J. Maxx when in town! Its pretty big with a great selection. I even found the dog treats I had been looking for to no avail at 4 Sacramento-area locations. Employees were super-friendly as always. I almost look forward to forgetting to pack something for the trip just as an excuse to come here. I never leave empty-handed!

The customer service cashier, Juliet, was fantastic!! I had purchased a lot of glassware, and she was so great about making sure that everything was wrapped properly and that the glassware would not bang up against each other and break. She was also great about offering me to apply for a TJ Maxx credit card, which saved me an additional 10% off my purchases. The prices were already great, but with this additional 10% discount, it made it even more special, especially at this time of the year. That was also very unusual for someone to talk me into applying for another credit card, when I normally only carry American Express and one other Visa credit card that I pay off monthly. She told me that I can also pay off this card monthly too with no penalty and no annual fee. Again, she was just fantastic helping me with everything! Also her manager who also assisted (I didnt catch her name) with Juliets registers challenges, was great as well. I also want to thank Karen from the jewelry counter and her manager who I believe was Evelyn that helped me with a returned gift that I had received from my wonderful husband (he had purchased me a Michael Kors watch for my Nov 2nd birthday not realizing that he had already given me this same watch last Mothers Day . . . LOL), and they were so great about helping me with the return. So with all that being said, I want to thank TJ Maxx and all their staff for always being so great, which is also why T.J.Maxx is one of my favorite stores to shop at here in South Lake Tahoe where I live. Thank you all again to everyone!!!

Never know just what you might find each time you visit... Unless your looking for anything mens clothing, then you will be incredibly disappointed. They have all but nothing for mens clothing anymore and what they do have is an absolute joke, sorry to say.

Was here visiting one weekend for a wedding and this TJ MAXX was right down the road from where I was staying, this location is nice, I didnt buy anything and just went in to look so I am not really sure how their staffs customer service is at this location, but it seems like they had a pretty good selection, the mens section is really small so theres not a whole lot to work with, I loved the outside structure it was so cute. I would say you could pop in here and have a look to see what they had or if you forgot to pack anything and see if they have what you need.

Good variety of items stocked in this store, the prices were a little better than reasonable. customer service was great. the location is convieniant on a major intersection for you to be able to stop on your way from traveling. if your looking for cloths and household items i recomend giving this place a look.

Slept here in a car overnight as Lake Tahoe campgrounds were all full. Safe and alive!

Im always able to find anything from a last minute gift for a friend or a quick outfit for myself. There are allot of home necessitates. Very clean.
