We had Accurate Audio Video install audio and video throughout our house when we purchased it 9 years ago and have gone back to them again and again. Theyve installed and maintained multiple video displays, audio systems and networks. They know what they are doing and they are very responsive.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!I had asked for a home Audio system to be installed in my house, that you could PLUG IN A LIVE BAND for doing entertaining. They came to my house and installed a system that would run the house only. The 70 watt amps were NOT enough to even plug in a small set of digital drums without making the amps clip! I called the owner, Darrel Shue, and told him I was unhappy that my original requests were not met...He personally came to the house and informed me that if I wanted to plug in a band that I needed to buy a powered speaker... in addition to the 11,000 dollars he had already spent on equipment. I told him that all this equipment was to be returned but he refused to take anything back saying that everything he purchased was a SPECIAL ORDER, and could not be returned. Two days later he said he had a “friend” that would buy the brand new amps and speakers from me at half of what they were purchased for. All the amps were unused except for one, which was only used to test the system.Accurate Audio did not deliver what I had requested and refused to take care of the problem. I wouldn’t suggest that anyone use this business for anything. I feel like I was taken advantage of, being that I’m retired and they spent a good amount of my retirement money...Kim

I agree with the previous review. We are also Tahoe locals who try to support our local businesses. We bought our Sony TV for $1700 from Accurate after they told us that was the going price and was only $200 over what they paid for it. I asked if they were competitive with other stores like RC Willey, which Accurate did not know and was not willing to match any prices. We accepted their word about the price....BAD IDEA...we later found the same model TV for $849 to $1000 at different locations. As a resident of S Lake Tahoe, I will not go back to Accurate TV.

I had an excellent customer service experience with Accurate. I didnt even buy anything, and they knew this would be the case, but they still took a ton of time helping me, and they were very knowledgeable.
