It DISGUSTS me to see all these terrible reviews! I remember coming here the winter of January 2017. I went as a beginner witch and loved it. My skeptic family left crying after how Cynthia touched their souls.My grandma had died a year before we went, and she said, Your grandmother is okay and gave my mom and aunt free candles. its 3 years later, and Im here because of how great my experience was, and remembered, that amazing little shop in Lake Tahoe.

My wife and I decided to have our wedding in Lake Tahoe and were perusing the local trinket shops for some good-luck tokens before our ceremoni. When we asked Cynthia what she had to promote good fortune, we were guided to a back room and presented with what I can only describe as leather, pelvic harnesses with vaguely-phallic crystal rods fastened to them. Immediately we turned for the door, hearing Cynthia call out behind us that the ones she had in mind for me were twice the size.Trust me people, steer clear.

Only place in town I go for my supplies. If Cynthia doesnt have what Im looking for on hand, then she orders it for me. She is also always very helpful and has been a great source of guidance. I highly recommend this store and having readings done with cynthia.Beautiful place and beautiful person . 🌛🌝🌜💜💜

Dont believe the bad reviews, Cynthia was amazing. Very kind and had a great perception into what was going on in me and my families lives. Will defiantly be going back.

Went a few months ago while on vacation, my girlfriend got a reading (that is looking very true at this point) and I bought a few candles while in. Wonderful little dog in the store that captivated my attention, but also a wonderful woman working the back counter. Dont listen to those reviews that are negative.

Crystal Bridge is absolutely incredible! It is diamond in South Lake Tahoe and I have never met anyone as professional, kind and loving as the shop owner. This place is a small and mighty oasis. On my fist experience, I walked in and the gentle scent of sage and sweetgrass immediately made me feel comfortable. I continued in and received a warm smile from the shop owner, Cynthia, as she was discussing grounding techniques with a customer. She showed me around the store and gave insight and guidance as I bombarded her with my silly questions. Since then, I have received two readings as well as readings for my extended family members. I have grown to love it there and stop in just for a quick hello and to soak up some good energy, lol. Cynthia is a powerful teacher, psychic-medium (seer) and a loving and caring soul. She has a genuine interest in helping every person that walks in that door. The shop has everything you need from incense, stones and crystals, to the most advanced supplies and even keepsakes. Herbs, pendulums, books, charts, singing crystal bowls and even wands and cauldrons are there. If she doesnt have what you are looking for she will either order it or help you get it even if it doesnt come from her shop. I cant say enough about this place and I wish I could give more that 5 stars. If you are looking for a place to learn, grow or just purchase a few fun souvenirs, then this is the place to go! Thank you for being you, Cynthia, and pouring your heart and soul into your store!!!

This place is Amazing, and so is Cynthia. The prices and quality are on point. Great customer experience every single time. Thank you for being there and helping so many find what they are looking for.

Its really hard for me to give a 1 star review, especially to a local business in my own home town. But Cynthia takes the cake as the smuggest, rudest person Ive ever had contact with.**edited to include screenshots of Cynthias harassment**This woman is clearly unstable.. Im going to take measures to ensure she doesnt contact me or further use my image.

Do NOT believe the negative reviews about this place. I went to the store about 3-4 mo ago before the unusual influx of one star reviews. Best psychic I’ve ever been to. She was able to recognize things about my life that could not have been guessed, and truly gave me guidance. It is NOT a coincidence that almost EVERY 1 star reviews is done within the same month. If you look at the reviews, it shows that she was clearly being stalked and harassed by someone. Someone is very obviously trying to slander her business and ruin her online image. Please do not fall for it.

Stumbled into this place kind of as a joke. My friends and i were joking about some stuff and getting nasty looks from the lady behind the counter. So i felt bad and tried to buy a crystal to which she tried to make me pay way to much obviously out of spite. Se we laugh and on our way out and im pretty sure she was hissing at us? I probably wouldnt suggest this place to anyone for these reasons. Additionally i couldnt get the smell out of my clothes for the rest of the day.

Lovely supply of items from crystals to candles to jewelry, and very friendly staff.

I have been to many crystal shops all over the west coast, and this is by far my worst experience. Nobody there is willing to help you. Huge scam!
