I have taken 5 different trucks here and never let me down I have zero complaints Ive never had any issues here everything is always professionally done and well done and always on time and great staff in general, I would recommend this place 100% !

Dan got my P0420 cleared once and for all. Vehicle through smog no problem.

Saturday night at 6.30 PM ... Lake Tahoe ... everybody is closed and i have to drive to San Diego Ca .. 12 hours away..Car is broken ...Got Kevins cell number, he was at the shop a few minutes later and was the bomb.. Or is it Lit...?He was able to repair my Jeep, professionally which involved, hydraulic press, sand blaster welder and a plethora of other tools to get me back on the road..Not only was he a great guy, he did not skimp on time or materials and pricing was about half of what i expected..If you need help call Kevin his number is on the window...Thanks again.. You kicked a$$ for me.

Was up in Tahoe and spotted this little hole in the wall muffler shop but they were closed..I later looked them up online . I spoke with the owner who was super friendly and accommodating. I took my Challenger there for a little performance exhaust work and while speaking with the shop owner learned that his family has owned the shop since the 70’s!! Just thought that was pretty cool, and I’m a fan of supporting local businesses! Anyway they did a GREAT job on the exhaust mod. My Challenger really sounds great and they did an awesome job. One of the few shops I’ve been to that treats your car like it was theirs!!

Brought in my Audi A4 for some exhaust work. Dan worked fast and the outcome was exactly what I expected and wanted it to be! Great place and totally recommend it! Very experienced and knows what he’s doing. If you need custom exhaust work this is place.

For as long as I can remember, the Palace has always been the go to shop for many satisfied locals. The Eames family goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I understand you cant please everyone all the time, but damn if these guys dont try hard to always make things right. The only place my parents would take their personal and business vehicles.

Went to muffler palace in south lake Tahoe today. I Treated the old man (owner) with respect and kindness. He acted very short and mean.I payed him good money and when I called him to ask why my truck run so poor after he replaced my catalytic converter, he said check your timing your truck run like crap when it came in, I said my truck ran perfect before I brang it in before the cat went bad 3 days before. so I check his work all the welds where leaking badly!! very sloppy welding.probably throwing off the o2 sensor which is the problem is runs bad now. Now I hope to get my money back or the part re welded. Dont ever want this guy touching my truck again.Dont go here go to a good metal shop or another mechanic.
