Under staffed, tried to get some of my art printed it was a waste of time and money. The store manager seems eager to attend mostly the caucasian locals but changed demeanor, to passive aggresive tones of discrimination and reluctance which was clearly noticed. If your trying to get help with basic printing solutions be prepared to be overlooked for fedex package dropoffs

Dropped off a package and was NOT told that there would be a signature required for delivery. If I had known, I wouldve asked to have that removed or sought a different shipping service. Fedex will not remove it now, so 3 attempts will be made which will all fail because I wont be home - which means the extra I paid for expedited shipping was a total waste. Terrible customer service.

Probably the most condescending and useless customer service Ive ever experienced in my life. I just needed to print some forms to send them to the IRS, and this idiotic person who spent around 20 minutes chatting with a customer who had already completed their transaction, while I had to stand outside in the cold, then she had the audacity to tell me that FedEx couldnt possibly deliver anything to the IRS, because they wouldnt know where to take it.If you have any other options to print or ship, take them, and dont waste your time or money in this store.

Was the only place in town I could find that printed with the large paper I needed. Awesome

Customer service wasnt helpful. Their website did not load on my phone or email. They lost my last two packages. They were not helpful whatsoever. Id use USPS or anything else. If I could give a them less than one star I would.

Good service. Ive been in twice with a flash drive to print docs and both times theyve forgotten to give me my flash drive (and I forgot to ask in the excitement of seeing and reviewing my docs). Nice folks, tho.

I had a missing item from the diamond resort and this is the post office they use to send them back! Really happy with the customer service and incredibly thankful that everything worked out! Super nice people and im very happy to have them taking care of my lost item!

Went in to see if they had a notary. Was ignored when we first walked in and then were rudely told they haven’t had a notary there in 7 years. Really poor customer service. They need to hire friendlier people. Wow was all we could say when leaving

Honestly some of the worst customer service anywhere. Rude to customers and almost purposefully unhelpful.

Fantastic service. Very professional help courteous and willing to go above and beyond. Much better experience than the UPS store down the road. Please avoid the UPS store. FedEx has much better customer service thx Andreas Edrich MD

Sam and Grace were able to handle our print order on short notice and get it shipped out to our hotel exactly as we needed it.The printing looked great, and my interactions with Sam and Grace were friendly and courteous. They answered all our questions and were all-around great!Id recommend this store for printing and we would be happy to give them our business again.

The lady working there was named Ana and I cant say enough about how helpful she was. I had to come and go 3 times during my transaction and she kept my work moving forward the whole time. In the end, I had three bound plastic covered with a colored backing 30 page documents that will be professional for a court related presentation. In fact, she went above and beyond what could reasonably be expected. In my opinion, she should manage the outlet as she is the most caring and professional employee I have encountered there. I go there regularly and always get good service but, she is exceptional in her brand of customer service.

We called ahead weeks in advance to ask if this store would accept and hold packages. They said yes.So we had a vendor ship some urgent packages here for a wedding. It turned out they were shipped via UPS, and despite this store saying they would accept packages, they refused them. Now were in a lurch where were missing crucial things for our wedding because they said theyd accept them but instead refused.While the staff were not helpful, they were courteous. One extra star for that.

Small location but has about everything you need to ship and print. They are quick with anything I need done. Not much staff there usually but that is how corporate businesses run in Tahoe. 4 stars because it is a bit pricey on stuff but they can get it done in a pinch.

Nothing works.The USB scanners on all of the printers are broke. The worker could not be bothered to help. A truly useless printing facility. They dont have a wifi network to send documents to the cloud. If the do, the in store employee could not be bothered to help.

Went there at 9:30 am to send some important papers, office was closed with no note on the door. Was supposed to open at 8 am. This was a Monday.

Yet to visit but it looks lovely!
