Ive had this company replace the windshield in my Saturn Ion 4 times, as I get lots of cracks. Ive never had an issue with working with this company or the installation process. Theyve come to my house, and theyve come to my place of work. My deductibles have always been waived, but sometimes they just reduce it for people Ive recommended. I just noticed a crack in my husbands G6, and Im about to call them again.

Glass Technologies was able to waive my deductible, walk me through the insurance claim policy process and they showed up on time, were pleasant and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.Keep up the good work.

Well I was told I would get a call the day I made a claim, did not. A day later I did and made my appt. Tech called me at appt time and cancelled basically stating he had other jobs to do. Told me he would do it the next day and never called or showed up. Now they wont answer their phones. Terrible service

If there could be 0 stars, that would be it. Mike the owner came down and installed a new windshield on my car. The job was a total mess and he used so much urethane (glue) that it was every where and even covered my VIN number plate and seeped into my side pillars.The worst part was that he caused so much damage to my vehicle, i had to pay out of pocket to redo the windshield somewhere else and replace broken parts. Firstly, every single clip on my side molding was broken because it was ripped out and then glued back. Which is obviously not the right thing to do. Now, this is what caused me to LOSE $450. He broke off all the clips on my cowl panel and the apron that prevents water from entering the AC duct. I did not notice this until i heard rattling sounds in my hood area. Brought it to the dealership and they said that this was the worst job they have ever seen and further damage was revealed- cutting marks all over the inside part of the windshield which would lead to rustBOTTOM LINE- DO NOT INSTALL WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
