I love how fast, friendly and convenient this place is for my shipping needs! Not only do I operate an Etsy shop, but Im also the Remote Fulfillment Manager for products sold by Harmonic Egg, Inc located in CO. I always have USPS and UPS packages to drop off, Connie and Andrew make it super quick and easy for me! USPS is always busy and there arent any convenient UPS locations in our area. Now Im even selling some of my Etsy (Cloaks and Crows) items at their store! They offer a variety of fun and unique items. Its a total win-win! Check them out! 👍💌

This is a Hidden Treasure in South Lyon. Besides Faxing, FedEx, and so on, They sell local handcrafted goods. I seen some beautiful silk scarfs. They had scented oils, Himalayan Salt lamps & Rocks. So much more I cant remember everything i seen. Today was my 1st visit, but i will be going back soon to look around more. Today I had to Fax something and was running errands. I highly recommend visiting this Hidden Gem.

I had to ship a car radiator today (new) and had no idea how to pack it. The guy working at the counter was AMAZING! he found a box and packaged it up for me, even taped a clear envelope on the front for me to put the address slip into. Wonderful customer service and didnt cost me an arm and a leg.

I had a wide variety of household items that had to be shipped cross country, and because of a time constraint was obliged to have someone wrap & pack. Andrew not only gave me a fair estimate, but he also had the shipment ready in record time! Family-owned, friendly, fast & very competitive rates! Wish they had a branch in Boston!!

Great people here. Excellent spot to drop of packages or rent PO Boxes. Dont forget their packing supplies. Michigan made gifts as well as gift cards.

Customer service here is great! I have my daughter do the order whenever we go because I know they will treat her well and it gives her a chance to practice her communication skills.

Had to come in here to print labels and ship two items when my home internet was out, they were very helpful and friendly, and copies are very affordable. Staff is great, my only complaint is one time I was in here they were burning incense in the store which I find nauseating, and tacky.. this should not be allowed in any public location, and smells worse than cigarette smoke in my opinion.

Absolutely love love love this place! Been here at least a bakers dozen times over the last few months, always so kind and friendly, ask how you are, what you need, and let you know when your package is going out! I never have to step foot into a cranky and rude UPS, FEDEX, or USPS again! Love you guys and thank you for your business! Their singular bad review isnt even about something they did, its a service they dont do, which is on their website and they will tell you when you call. Disregard it!

Be wary here folks. They only quote shipping prices for ups and fedex. Thats fine and dandy, but maybe usps would be cheaper. Of which, the latter they dont make much money on.

They are very accommodating and helpful, with friendly service! - Theyve been able to wrap and ship packages from normal, - up to a large outboard motor that arrived in great condition! Highly Recommended!
