Bought a controller from them back in December, been experiencing some stick drift (which is normal considering how much I use the controller) and with the full warranty I reached out to see what I could do for repairs. I was contacted back very fast and they are fixing the issue for me, no issue at all. VERY much recommend these controllers, and their customer service is awesome!!!

They gave me a bad controller 2 months ago. Its still sitting here. No one answers the phone. Been 3 weeks since I got an email saying they dont get my Emails. Coustomer service is apparently non existent. Run away while you have your money.
