Great service at a reasonable price or better than reasonable; great value. We had a door failure and did not see that 1/2 of a spring was broken (poor lighting in the corner). We thought it was the opener. The first technician was able to put on a temporary repair until the springs came in. And a few days later another technician came out and installed the new spring. With the proper experience and tools they were able to make quick work of the job; it would have taken me many hours to do something similar, not to mention chasing the parts. The temporary fix really helped us out. And considering 2 repairs; the price was more than fair and actually a great value and save me several hours if I tried (stress tried) to fix it myself. Sometimes the money you save isnt worth it. Thank you for the excellent service.

Beckway had fixed both my garage doors on two separate occasions within 24 hours of contacting them. When it came time to replace the doors, they were awesome to deal with once again. Couldn’t be happier! Service tech was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job! High quality work at a fair price. I would HIGHLY recommend Beckway doors!!

We had a couple of wires on our garage door snap trapping my wifes car inside so she couldnt leave. A quick call to Beckway had someone out within minutes(helps to live close by) and was able to get us fixed in an incredibly quick time. It really saved us and we are deeply appreciative of their efforts.

Purchased an Amarr door through Costco and Beckway was the contractor. Jeff went over all the options and gave us an excellent quote. The door was delayed from the manufacturer (not Beckways fault). Installation was professional -well done and quick The new garage door looks awesome (have to credit my wife for the options chosen-glass, insulated) and is of very high quality.

Very professional. Got an appointment the next day. Called before they arrived. Arrived on early side of promised timeframe. Anthony was the technician. He was very professional and respectful of the property and social distancing. Answered all my questions. Efficient and very fair price. Anthony was not in a rush and took time to fine tune and make numerous adjustments before cleaning up after himself. Reused everything that was safe to reuse, did not try to charge me for unnecessary parts. I hope to never have another damaged garage door rail system but if (when?) I do I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again. Thanks for prompt professional service.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. It took almost 2.5 months to get my garage door installed. My door was ordered Aug 26, 2020 and installed Nov 11, 2020. First of all this company is listed as one of Costco vendors. I thought I was getting a good reputable company. This company does not communicate with their customers to let them know if theres delays with their product instead the customer finds out on there scheduled install day of a no call & no show. Nov 11,2020 they installed my garage door and my emergency key release doesnt work. The lock itself will not fit back into its housing so therefore the garage door is unlocked. The emergency key release is installed too high up for my reach and now i will always needs a step stool. They did not replace the handle on my garage door and now I cant raise my door eventhrough its unlocked. I called them back out 30minutes after they had left plus called the company and the emergency key release isnt resolved. I cant leave the garage accessible for theft. Im replacing the door due to attempted vandalism. I elected not to have weather stripping placed across the upper portion of the garage door opening near the header beam and them I found out the reason for the weather stripping is to conceal a large opening/gap which i never had before. They installed my garage door higher than it was without consent. There was no reason for this modification. Before they started the work I asked one of the installers if they have plenty room to work on the door track removing/install and he said it was okay, however, when I returned to look at the job he had removed a shelf near the door track and some of my stuff had fallen and it was a mess. No apologies just leaving a mess. They could have asked me to make more workable room. I asked him before they started the job. I will be contacting Costco. This is unacceptable and I need this corrected ASAPUpdate: I am now able to use my garage thanks to Mike a Beckway employee that corrected all of my concerns. Mike also showed me how to open my door without a handle. Ill leave the handle off for now but it is different. I dont have much strength as a senior with a bad back. No more gap at the opening its just right. Emergency key release is working. Thank you Mike. Mike deserves 5 stars.

Purchased and Amarr door through Costco with Beckway as the contractor. Selection and ordering went well and Nick was very accommodating, providing a number of quotes for different styles and colors. Nick did warn of delivery delays beyond their control and it was a few months before the door finally arrived. Communication during the delay was good and, when the door came in, Mike was able to come out and install the next day. Mike arrived on time and did a great job with the install, making sure I was satisfied with the operation and leaving the site clean. Their portion of the bill for install and haul-away of the old door was very reasonable as well. Highly recommended!
