Randomly stopped by to check my brakes and was notified my car was completely out of coolant and my thermostat housing was cracked. Not only was the information mentioned to me but he showed me exactly what was going on. Easy appointment set up and vehicle was repaired the next day which was 4/1/2021. Great repair, great customer service, great work. I strongly recommend this location. Thank you to everyone who dedicated time and energy into me and my vehicle.

I saw the 5-star reviews and was new in town, needing help with my brakes. Genuine help from the start. I called on a Saturday morning, they said, come by in an hour. They were ready to greet me and remembered I had called. A quick inspection in the driveway confirmed what I had thought the culprit to be. I asked questions, and the mechanic clearly explained the issue, and estimated cost. They were on time, friendly, true with cost, and competitive at that. This was a gem to find, and frankly, I just liked the people working there. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!

I previously went to a couple franchise brake/auto shops and was quoted over 4x the amount that Auto Brakes Plus charged me. I found Auto Brakes on Google and decided to give it a go.Ivan inspected my vehicle and told me that I only needed half the work the other auto shops were charging. Nobody likes to be (over)charged for body work, especially when its not needed.I would highly recommend this Auto Brakes Plus! Ivan was a great help and got my vehicle back to condition in less than a couple of hours.

Great small shop. Explained all aspects of what was being done. Showed me the new and old breaks and were honest about how long if not replaced they would last. Will be taking cars here for maintenance work. And will recommend to other folks.

Honesty! It’s the owner main name, I was desperate to find a reliable honest mechanic went to a few to get quoted even MIDAS FIRESTONE ETC . I went on for a estimate just for brakes this places came out with a bill for over $1,000 Started looking on Google maps so Auto Brakes plus show up with great reviews, called went in, I didn’t even needed half of what this other places where asking me. Its very hard to find a reliable, honest mechanic. Ivan is the best mechanic in Miami-Dade. I have been with him for 15 years, and if anything happens when Im out of town Ill call him so I know whats the problem. He is outstanding! I cannot praise him enough!

I gave them 5 starts but they really need to work on their waiting area. But the service and knowledge were beyond compare. Same job that one of the chains wanted to charge me $750 for, they did for $250 AND they caught a problem that the other place missed that would have had me needing breaks fixed again in just a couple months. Give this place a try!
