I’ve had a VW Rabbit ac compressor, cv axle and wheel bearings repaired/replaced here. My experience was delightful and I really don’t have any complaints. The owners are extremely knowledgeable and you get a sense that you will be taken care of no matter what. If your phone call isn’t picked up then just stop by the location.

Excellent and honest. Notice that the negative reviewers called for estimates by phone. Obviously when they could not get a convenient and free estimate they say bad things. Do not be fooled. I am on my 3rd older Mercedes and many times Saro/Raphie could have sold me expensive repairs but did not. Case in point; the Mercedes dealership wanted $1500 for a set of radiator cooling fans. Saro re wired the system for a small fraction of the dealership estimate and the repair never let me down. They are good guys as demonstrated by the very high dollar vehicles entrusted to them to repair.

Absolutely god aweful. Do not waste your time with these people. Called for some info and they were trying to yoke me from the begining.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! RUDE owners over telephone call while requesting warranty issue. They yelled, hung up and will not honor job under warranty, claiming that the Invoice THEY wrote is incorrect. Dont even think of leaving your car there unless you want to be ripped off!!
